Great location being close to airport. Restaurants nearby but it’s a plus that we were able to have dinner at the hotel. The host could not have been any better, he was very helpful, and kind.

Everything met our expectations.

Location was great! Staff was amazing. Our unit was perfect.

The only reason to stay there can be proximity to the airport. We had to pay 40 euro to the shuttle to get there. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

We were greeted by the Manager Stefano and whisked away from Rome airport to the hotel by the sea just 15 minutes away. The 9 room hotel was spotlessly clean. Stefano and Pricilla ensured we were happy and comfortable. The small onsite restaurant offered home cooked style meals.

Lovely staff. Comfortable bed with nice tiles in the bathroom. We stayed for one night before flying but drove into Fumicino to eat.

The outside was a little dated.

Location is almost on the beach yet only 15 minutes from the airport. Our room had everything we needed for one night between flights.

The aircon struggled to keep room cool (like most places in Italy this summer)

Lovely property. Feels like living in a lovely garden oasis. The staff is super nice, helpful and goes well beyond the expected.

Fantastic host with great recommendations for food (we ate with the locals and it was amazing). Really lovely place, incredibly well insulated from the heat and noise from the airport. Basically on the beach and right next to free parking for property users. We booked it for one night before flying out of Fiumicino Airport and were worried about the noise, but you cannot hear a thing! I thought I was in a different place altogether.

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was very friendly, I loved how private our room/terrace was and how close it was to the beach and other smaller restaurants in the area. It was simple but perfect. We stayed in about 4/5 other hotels during our vacation with fancy descriptions/photos that never lived up to what they advertised but Intorno absolutely exceeded our expectations. If we’re ever in the area again I know where we’ll be staying. Thank you!

Very close to the beach and walking distance to nice little cafés and restaurants. Their breakfast was pretty good and the staff was fantastic. Property was clean and cozy. I really love the courtyard.

Very limited food options in the evening nearby, and the room suggested evening meals were available in the hotel until 8pm (but actually stopped at 7pm).

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Rome airport for an overnight stay. Buffet breakfast was included in the price. Staff were very accommodating when we wanted some refreshments!

We were in the triple room with a small basic kitchenette and coffee making station. Unfortunately no milk or creamer! This establishment is located in Focene and not Fiumicino and the area is very run down. It is more of an AirBnb than hotel and do not have the same facilities than other 3 star hotels. There is no lounge and we had to enjoy our refreshments in the reception area.

Great location, very helpful staff. Beach, bars, and restaurants close by. The hotel arranged our taxis to the airport.

sauf l check out s etait tres tôt dorenavant ça doit étre à 3h surtout que j ai fait check in le soir à minuit.il y a aussi l equipememt de la douche n etait pas bien le robinet de la douche n'etait pas en place pour chamger l eau de descendre en haut .

Non c’è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Dovendo partire con un aereo molto presto al mattino purtroppo non ho potuto provare la colazione (ma non è imputabile alla struttura)

Close to the beach

Not much to offer, expensive for taxi to go anywhere. Hotel offered private transfers but still expensive and could not get into taxi areas. No shuttle to airport available. Would suggest staying closer to Rome.

I was arriving late and had pre-booked here due to it's proximity to the airport as i was flying again the next morning. Nice and close to the airport. The manager gave me clear and easy instructions on getting a transfer to and from the hotel (saving me big $$) and instructions on getting into the hotel and my room. All very easy, which i was grateful for.

Garden off room and near the beach.

It is located at 15 minutes drive to the Fiumicino airport, the beach is just 2 minutes walk. Room is spacious and clean, staff is very friendly. It is easy to find parking place and it is free. Lots of different restaurant alternatives are available at Fuimicino center which is five minutes drive. I liked watching the planes landing but this may not be good for everyone since naturally planes are loud :)

The air-condition unit is not adjustable, it is either on or off which makes it difficult to get comfy, but it is not a dealbreaker.

It was a very quaint and personable hotel. Very quick walk to the beach. Has rides to and from the airport.

Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about this place. I had a terrible 2 days prior and showed up stressed and over the whole trip. I was genuinely welcomed, the male staff even parked my car for me in the locked parking area next door. He showed me to my lovely room with its own outside courtyard, and a huge rain shower in the bathroom. The room was large and had table chairs mini fridge with a freezer compartment, TV ..all the things. But the shower and courtyard were my highlight. The bed was comfy. They have a restaurant on site and I had a delicious lasagne for dinner in my courtyard. Despite this I was also told about other good restaurants in the area and a mini mart I could go to. It was really refreshing not to be hard sold on their own restaurant which was genuinely yummy . The beach is 100m down the road and I was given a beach towel. Honestly this place and the staff are incredible nothing was a problem for them and I left the next morning after another beach swim feeling much more energized and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I like that is something different it’s like a house, it was really nice, the atmosphere was very friendly and warm. The staff were very helpful and nice.

It wasn’t very clean especially the bathroom. Also it was a bit overpriced, for what they offered.

I stayed overnight due to a long layover. Stefano was super helpful before my arrival giving instructions for shuttles from the airport and self check in. Priscilla was very helpful when checking me in and helped me out with all my questions. Room was spacious and comfortable however it was scorching hot and the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. The short walk to the beach is so easy.

Blízko pláž, každý deň sa menia uteráky, personál veľmi milý a ústretový. Hotel zasadený do malej záhrady. 10 min pešo je obchod, voda je pitná, ale my sme si ju pre istotu prevarili. Mali sme k dispozícii raňajky, také základné. Letisko je blízko cca 15 min autom.

The location was excellent and the room was renovated and lovely

Great location, close to the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights before we left very early in the morning and the hotel was perfect for a stop over. They helped us arrange a transfer to the airport in the morning which was very helpful.

If you have a car, in the summer be wary that street parking is a hot commodity because its so close to the beach but after a few laps we were able to find a spot.

The air conditioning was not working very well, so it was pretty hot in the room and the lobby/breakfast area was not air-conditioned and it was super hot when we were there.

Staff was polite and the breakfast was good.

Area was run down. The room was low standard compared to the 4 other hotels we stayed at during our trip with comparable price.

The place was charming and the location was great for being close to the beach and close to the airport. Our stay was perfect.

So charming!!! Rooms were spacious and clean! Staff was very sweet and helpful. Helped us w reservations, ideas for dinner and arranging a ride to the airport! We went up on the terrace at night for a glass of wine and it was very beautiful. Breezes coming off of the ocean were wonderful.

It’s older, but well kept. It was a hot day/night and the AC had a tough time keeping up. I brought a fan so that helped.

It was a great place to stay the night before our flight because we had a rental car we could drive to the airport the next morning. It's also one block from the beach, and the lady that met us at check-in recommended this great restaurant on the beach called Buena Onda. The room itself was fine-- there are double doors to keep the airplane sound out and it actually works. It was clean and the property is really cute. I just wish we had arrived a few hours earlier to get the most out of our stay.

The website says breakfasts are offered for early check out but it wasn't clear we had to let them know in advance so we had to miss out on breakfast, which is included in the price. Since the airport is so often used for access to the airport, and they had already contacted me about check-in time, they could have also asked whether we needed an early breakfast or not.

Établissement atypique, ce n'est pas comme un Hilton mais c'est charmant, le personnel très sympathique, à 1 minute de la mer. Ça vaut la peine de prendre la navette à partir de l'aéroport en contactant l'hotel.

Room was compact but efficiently laid out. Good lighting, comfortable bed, shower worked well. Bathroom window was cracked open and we didn't see it until being in the room for awhile resulting in a few mosquitos getting into the room (no screen on this window). Staff were top notch, friendly, helpful, provided beach towels when asked. Breakfast was decent, good cornettos, yogurt, some fruit (apples and oranges), fruit juices, ham/cheese and breads. They provided a ride back to the airport for $20 which was a bargain. (cost us over $30 to get to them using a Lyft) Neighborhood is safe enough, some areas a little degraded, some not. Malibu beach club one block away seemed nice, we stopped in for a drink in the afternoon and watched families enjoying the beach. Sand and surf looked better than many other Italian beaches we went to on our trip.

Area outside our room for our personal use needed sweeping and cleaning. Table, ashtray looked beat up. It had great potential, but we didn't need this for our short visit, so it was fine. Other outdoor areas were much nicer.

Loved the ocean air and the lovely courtyard. Also enjoyed the small homey atmosphere and the close proximity to the airport.

Priscilla was awesome in checking us in, getting help arranging for a taxi and providing information. The room was very clean and bed so comfortable, but nothing beat the location. The beach and beach restaurants were right behind it. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I was pleasantly surprised at our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hearty and excellent. Quiet. Location is perfect for airport convenience. Wish we’d had more time at the beach!

We decided to stay near the airport, and this B & B was so cute, and only a block from the beach. The staff were all so friendly. We actually ended up eating dinner there, which was good and convenient. The breakfast was also very good.

The area around the hotel was not great, but we never felt unsafe. It was a bit run-down, but that didn't really affect our stay.

The whole place was amazing. Private transfer to and from hotel. The beach is right around the corner. Great restaurant down the street and one on site. The beds were so comfortable, lots of space. Staff were incredibly kind. A great end to our vacation. We use a noise machine while traveling and didn't hear the aircrafts at all. It is right in the flight path but didn't bother us. Courtyard is beautiful for breakfast.

The charm and attention to detail of the entire hotel was remarkable and spirit-lifting. The staff were friendly and provided very helpful tips for making the most of our stay in town. The room was decorated very artistically, and the kitchenette was very cleverly designed. The gardens were lovely, and the rooftop sitting areas gave us a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine, and encouraged socializing with other travelers in the hotel. There were tasteful, reasonably priced ceramic pieces for last minute souvenirs in the lobby, which we took advantage of- purchasing 3, and they all arrived intact due to the special packaging the hotel provides. We loved walking the beach, shopping at the local market, having an amazing meal at the nearby restaurant, watching the planes head off over the Tyrrhenian Sea, and enjoying a sumptuous and generous Continental breakfast the morning of our flight.

It's unfortunate they built a building right between the hotel and the ocean. The hotel is so close to the airport it's in the path of the planes. A bit noisy until later in the evening.

Easy to navigate to this location and close to the airport for an early morning departure.

Great for an overnight airport stay . Close to the beach and felt safe . The manager Stefano was amazing. Very personable and wonderful communication( spoke English too ) . We used the shuttle service to the airport and was good value compared to a taxi . Loved the courtyard .

L’accueil, très gentil, mais personne ne parlait français.

Le bruit. Celui des avions, on l’avait imaginé, mais aussi celui de la chambre voisine, du portail d’entrée et de la route. On avait la chambre numéro 1 qui est donc mal placée, près de la route et du portail. Le matelas qui était complètement affaissé. Obligée de dormir sur le dos. Il n’y a rien autour de cet hôtel début mai. Les bars de plage sont fermés. C’est triste et loin de du centre-ville.
