The staff is very responsive very accommodating. The locations near the airport, it's good value for the price paid.

There was no one in the hotel, neither at arrival or departure. Breakfast was rummage through cupboards and refrigerator finding whatever you could.

Es ist gut, wenn man in der Nähe vom Flughafen sein möchte. So war es bei mir, habe nur für eine Nacht gebucht, weil ich zurück geflogen bin. Super Personal. Ich würde aber nicht für einen erholsamen Urlaub empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war süß. Das gute das man kostenlos parken konnte.

Auf den Fotos sieht alles moderner aus. Und so ausgestellt das der Strand vor dem Fenster ist, ist es aber nicht. Und die Unterkunft ist schon ein bisschen älter Vorallem das Badezimmer.

A perfect place to stay my last night visiting Italy. After a 2 minute walk to the beach, I enjoyed a beautiful sunset and dinner on the Mediterranean. My welcoming was warm, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located near the airport, you will hear some airplanes but I was also able to squeeze a walk on the beach the morning of my travel day. Shuttle service to the airport was great!

Good location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and a super market. Room was cleaned daily, the lady owner made us feel like we are home. She also helped us with booking taxi from the airport to the property and then to Roma for a good price. Good breakfast. Would love to come back. Thank you

absolutamente nada. ES UN DESASTRE. Desde el momento en que estás llegando ya transmite inseguridad. todas las puertas del lugar abiertas. Absolutamente publicidad engañosa. Nada pero nada que ver las imágenes del lugar con la realidad.

La inseguridad. Todo abierto. Cuando entras tener una puerta con una llave puesta que dice que no la saques. Entras a la habitación y tampoco contaba con llave (olvídense de una tarjeta tipo hotel) Una pocilga. Yo viaje con mi familia ( niños de 9 y 12 años y huí en el instante) Si me lo regalaran ABSOLUTAMENTE TAMPOCO IRÍA

Perfekt gelegen für einen frühen Abflug in Fiumicino. Zuerst eine pragmatische Wahl, aber dann entdeckt man eine reizende Wirtin, authentisches italienisches Strandleben in unmittelbarer Nähe, köstliches Essen, perfektes Planespotting und einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang. Ein krönender Abschluss für jeden Italienurlaub.

Die Badezimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und man hört die Flugzeuge.

Clean, friendly hospitality, close proximity to the airport, great strong A/C, wifi, breakfast, towels. Also 3 mins walk to a beautiful public beach with cafes and bars. The most beautiful transit stay ever! Flavia is an amazing host. She found us a new ride to the airport once we found out our original ride was stuck in a heavy traffic.

Great location within a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Very sweet owner, convenient for our last night in Italy, lovely and homey, appreciated the limited furniture in the room so there was space for lots of baggage, walking distance to beach and restaurants, appreciate the ride to airport.

The pillows were not very comfortable 🙂

Great location 10 min drive from the airport and short walk from the beautiful sandy beach, we came too late, but were able to catch sunset! I wish we had more time at the beach! Nutella cheese cake at the beach restaurant was really good!

I didn't like plastic electric kettle, but we used it only once, so it wasn't a big deal!

Great B&B close to the airport and beach. The rooms are comfortable, clean with a breakfast / kitchen providing a nice place to eat your continental breakfast. Conveniently located close to airport and beach with a grocery store and options for food very close. Property was clean and host was responsive, communicated well and helped us out when we had some travel trouble. Facilities and breakfast were perfect for what we needed.

located 5mins away from airport so basically you can hear the airplanes, keep it in mind:) but in same time the hotel is just 5mins walk from the beach! the hotel was easy to find, room and bathroom were big, we didn't have problem with parking

Even though it was just an overnight stay, we had a great time. The hostess was a wonderful lady. She helped us find a great little place for dinner and got us a taxi for our trip to the airport the next morning. She went above and beyond.

The property was very clean. You could tell the owner took wonderful care of it. She was there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. She gave a suggestion for dinner and it was wonderful. Perfect place to rest before our flight.

It was in the perfect spot to get to the airport/fiumicino train station. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to check in early and gave us a good introduction to the area.

Good location for overnight stay to catch a flight at aiport. Bathroom was very spacious. Taxi was only 35 Euros.

Room was a little cramped for four people. Breakfast is very basic with croissants, pastries, juice, coffee, and tea.

Flavia and Francesco were so loving and helpful! We had an early flight the next day and Francesco was there before we needed to go. Flavia was beyond kind in orchestrating everything. Sabrina is close to the beach and we got to have a lovely beach day for our final day in Italy. Also, the beds were very comfortable!

La struttura è curata, molto pulita, con camere spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di ogni servizio necessario, La signora è stata semplicemente fantastica. Sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza, facendomi sentire accolta fin dal primo momento. La colazione era abbondante e di ottima qualità. Super consigliato!

The location is great when you need to be close to the airport. It took 15 mins to get to car rental return/terminal E. There is also plenty of stress free parking here.

We booked this stay last minute as we missed our first flight, we had a wonderful stay here and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer because we needed to get back home, we were welcomed with open arms and it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than a B and B, thank you for being so helpful and making us feel at home in your beautiful country, we are definitely going to return for a longer stay. Wonderful host, we felt so welcomed, she recommended a food place for us to go too when we got here late and took the worry of sorting out a taxi for us in the morning which was a lot cheaper than a Uber and we were so grateful . The facilities are beautiful, the bed is SO comfy Thank you so much for having us Love Amy and Ellie

L’endroit est propre et sympathique

C’est situé près de la plage, mais dans un quartier résidentiel. Pas de commodités, restaurants ni boutiques à pied, il n’y a qu’un seul restaurant style bistro sur la plage. L’aéroport est tout près et on entend un avion toutes les minutes. Mais c’est un emplacement chouette avec un espace extérieur bien emménagé

This should have been a bed and breakfast but the room was ugly, mine with no window (the one existing facing the common kitchen), the beds of poor quality, making noises at every turn, and very noisy, both from the kitchen used at any time by the other clients and from airplanes departing from a very close runway. As for the breakfast, only some sweets from the supermarket, no plain yogurt, no fruit, and accidentally in my case no more coffee left ! There is an simple expresso machine, but no possibility to make a cappuccino.

The breakfast area was nice but can be improved. The bed sheets were clean but the bed’s were uncomfortable. The lady from the reception was very nice.

The rooms are dark and smell, the walls are dirty and with mold.

Nahe am Flughafen und nicht weit vom Strand.

Unser Zimmer war im Eingangsbereich, daher hört man sehr gut, wenn andere nachts oder früh auschecken und zum Flughafen wollen. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür, aber der Strand war im Frühjahr eine reinste Müllhalde. Sehr traurig.
