Good quiet location but close to main street with restaurants and bars, short walk to beginning of beach path. Nice room in well kept pretty garden. Choice of lovely breakfast. Owner Wayan and staff are really nice and helpful.

Мы были с дочерью. Нам все понравилось! Очаровательная Мисс Ваянг - хозяйка отеля сама следит за порядком и готовит очень вкусные завтраки! Настолько чуткого человека, который с вечера приготовит завтрак и упакует так, чтобы ты мог поесть его в дороге только потому, что у тебя экскурсия в 6 утра, я еще не видела! Она позаботится не только о завтраке, но и порекомендует куда и как сходить/съездить, где ближайший магазин сувениров с дешевыми ценами, выслушает все впечатления с которыми ты захочешь поделиться! Главное - ощущение заботы и семьи! У нас действительно было ощущение, что мы приехали в гости к сестре. К менее общительным она не полезет с советами и расспросами. Все ориентировано на комфортное пребывание! Очень чистая и красивая территория! Номеров не много - нет суеты и шума! Вся сантехника исправно работает, вода горячая и холодная без проблем. Отель расположен в паре минут от большой дороги, что оберегает от уличного шума. Очень рекомендую!

Отдыхали вдвоем с супругой в июне 2026 года неделю. Только положительные эмоции от приема, общения, сопровождения, завтраков. Вайян- хозяйка, очень и и очень гостеприимна, радушна. Свежие вкусные завтраки на выбор. Ухоженная территория, чистое белье. Кондиционер работает отлично. Номер не большой, но достаточный для двоих и со стульями/столом на террасе. Вариант эконом , но лучший из экономов. До пляжа и пешеходных дорожек вдоль пляжа около 10-15 мин пешком. За свою цену идеальный баланс расположения/цены/качества. Вокруг все необходимые магазины (2 минуты). Тихо, спокойно. Хозяйка порекомендовала водителя- Густи со своим микроавтобусом за очень адекватные деньги. Так с ним и проездили весь отпуск, и даже когда переезжали в другие локации вызывали его. Можно доверять и оставлять ценные вещи в машине. Когда будем на Бали с удовльствием остановимся у Ваян вновь.

Если понимаешь, что это не 5звездочный отель, то недостатков нет.

We loved our 2 night stay here. Beautiful spot and very serene. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We have been travelling for 6 months and this was a sweet spot for us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are friendly too. We would make this 3 star rather than 2.

Коротко. Заехали вечером, первое впечатление удручающее - маленькая комната. В отеле всего 4 номера. В итоге, оказалось - номер нужен только спать, его продолжение - весь дворик с фонтанчиком и магнолиями служил нам холлом. Весьма комфортно. Конечно на любителя, нам зашло, хотя переехали из Убуда Perwityi Resort, где все не *****. Персонал по балийски радушен. Все хотелки с пол оборота решаются. Например, из за раннего вылета сегодня пригнали персонал готовить нам завтрак на пол часа раньше. Дорога в аэропорт всегда !!! без пробок 30 мин. У хозяйки контакт с хорошим русско-говорящим гидом (Эрди), правда мы его достали на Trip.com, который берет почти 40 % сверху. Но вторую поездку спланировали совместно... Сегодня вернулись домой в подмосковье и сразу ощутили контраст радушия, начиная с такси, завершая магазином. На последний вопрос о пляже отвечу здесь. Мы посетили 4: Санур и Носа Дуа почти равноценны, Второй боле раскручен. Беноа, где находится Frangipani, пляжным местом не считается, и зря. От отеля до берега 200 м, Особенность всех местных пляжей для "понежиться", что они отделены от океана барьерными рифами, которые гасят волну. И вы оказываетесь в мелкой заводи, где нет места, где не достать до дна. Этот самый мелкий. Пляж Меласти -самый-самый из посещенных нами... Пляжи Улувату - для экстрима (серфинг и проч.).

Von Anfang an bis zum Ende haben wir uns jede Minute in guten und fürsorglichen Händen von Wayan umsorgt gefühlt. Vieles wurde bereits geschrieben. Ohne diese Unterkunft und ohne Unterstützung von Wayan wäre unser unvergesslicher Urlaub nicht so perfekt geworden. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Nicht zögern, direkt buchen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für alle Aktivitäten und doch in einer ruhigen Ecke weg vom Trubel.

Замечательное место. Доброжелательный, очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Удобная локация. Разнообразие завтраков порадовало. Уборка номера на высоте. Фото на Букинге соответствуют реальности. Питьевая вода в номере ежедневно пополнялась. Вай фай отличный. Рядом маркеты, ресторанчики и массажные салоны с демократичными ценами. С удовольствием вернемся снова в Франгипани))). Спасибо всему персоналу за чудесно проведенный отдых.🤗

Beautiful, calm place with the nicest staff and owners. It's all family-run, I got to know the grandfather who cut the grass, the mother who manages the homestay, and the kids who help out, as well.

За такую цену вы получаете отличный номер, великолепный завтрак, который готовят специально для вас утром, когда вы встанете, при заезде предлагают выбрать из меню, меня спрашивали по вотсапу заранее и время заезда, и что приготовить. Рядом супермаркет, локальные рынки, обменник, массажные салоны, до пляжа минут 10 пешком, в общем я в восторге. Вернусь еще! И искренне рекомендую!

The room had everything we needed and the gardens were pristine. The staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast each day was fresh and delicious. The homestay is excellent value if staying on a budget. The room was close to shops and restaurants.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable and excellent value. Excellent choice of freshly made breakfast including tea, coffee, fruit juice, eggs bacon, toast etc. Aircon in the room was great and the gardens were beautiful and very well looked after.

Wonderful accommodation, an oasis of peace and quiet, away from the noisy road. We were welcomed warmly and treated to a delicious breakfast. Every wish was lovingly fulfilled, and the team was exceptionally service-oriented and friendly. Our departure was very early, and we received a wonderful packed lunch. Thank you so much to the entire team; you are all wonderful!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This is a small, cozy hotel with only 5 rooms. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away. The breakfasts are delicious. The water pressure is good. The bed is comfortable and large. The air conditioning works. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It would be a good idea to update the furniture, especially the wardrobe, as the doors were squeaking and opening on their own.

Понравилось абсолютно все, это лучшие апартаменты, в которых мы жили: очень уютно, чисто, ухоженный дворик и самое главное - великолепная хозяйка Ms Wayan. Любая просьба выполняется ею мгновенно, а порой и просить не нужно. Она делает все, чтоб отдых был максимально комфортным и незабываемым. Готовит очень вкусные и сытные завтраки (накануне выбираешь что хочет поесть завтра и утром, как только готов позавтракать - свежая еда на столе). Уборка раз в 3 дня. В общем все безумно понравилось, с удовольствием вернусь в это место вновь.

Соотношение цена-качество 10/10. Гостеприимная хозяйка, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, чистота и удобства в номере, удобная кровать, ежедневная вода, хороший кондиционер, холодильник, красивая и ухоженная территория. Пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы. До пляжа Нуса-Дуа 40 минут пешком вдоль моря.

Очень понравился отель, огромная благодарность всему коллективу за чудесный отдых!!!! Такой заботы мы не встречали нигде, ощущение что ты приехал к заботливой бабушке, где каждое желание непременно исполнялось! Я бы в номер добавила электрочайник, так как вечером пьем чай или кофе, но персонал , по просьбе, предоставлял и это. Вкуснейшие завтраки, чистота , тишина, все на высшем уровне, особенно кто любит уединение, спокойствие-вам сюда. Район не тусовочный, но все необходимое имеется,магазинчики,кафе, фруктовые лавки, все в пешей доступности.Поблизости пляжи без волн, что редко для побережья Бали. Всем нашим знакомым непременно будем рекомендовать этот отель, так как мы пожили в разных районах Бали и такого отношения не встретили больше нигде!!! Оценка однозначно 10 из 10

Its a lovely place . Well run. The breakfast was really lovely, and the staff are so lovely.

The only thing that didnt suit us were the huge steps that get to the room. They are fine for young, fit ,people. But also dangerous when wet. Handrails have been remooved, but sre needed.

Номера не большие, но все необходимое есть. Рядом магазин, обмен валюты, прокат байков, прачечная, кафе. Пляж тоже не далеко, но нам он не понравился ездили на байках на Менгиат бич 7 мин.

Customer -focused owner and staff, who kept the premises clean and the small garden well tended. Clear communication; rules were explained and adhered to. Excellent location. Walkable to white sandy beaches, stores, warungs. Near some vegetation restaurants. We got to watch mind blowing sunrises. This is a less expensive place near super expensive resorts. That meant we could enjoy peaceful and well-kept beaches at budget prices. The included breakfast is filling and nutritious. Ms. Wayan is a great host. We were totally satisfied and recommend this place.

The owner and staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had early activities booked and they provided take away breakfast. The accommodations are clean, AC works great, the breakfast was delicious, the grounds are beautiful. Definitely a great value!

Very nice clean and comfortable room. The best thing about this place is the super friendly and sweet staff. They served up a delicious breakfast along with the biggest smiles in the gorgeous tropical garden. A little oasis.

The staff simply couldn’t do enough for you, Wayan and her staff outstanding and so pleasant. The room was a good size, the terrace was a nice outside space and the gardens are kept immaculate. Breakfast choice is also varied and plentiful. Close to beaches and restaurants but tranquil and tucked away. Loved our 5 night stay so much we’re coming back in 2 weeks.

Frangipani <3 Idk how i'll describe my experience as short as possible at this beautiful homestay. All I can say is that i'm deeply grateful for the days I spent there. The owner Wayan, Neldi and Ketut are one of the kindest, nicest and warmest ppl i've met in Bali, THANK YOU SOO MUCH for everything. I highly recommend this place to everyone and i'll come back to you next time i'll be in Nusa Dua. Other info: The rooms are well equipped and clean, there is a really nice outdoor area / garden that gives you a feeling of being "at home" and it's very relaxing. The breakfast every morning is also very good. I already miss my Nasi Goreng with Tempeh :D. See you again <3

We stayed here in May 2025 and our overall impression is great. Mrs. Wayan and the other ladies are very nice and helpful and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. She gave us useful info on where to go and what to do in the surroundings. While other people said the breakfast was insufficient, for us it was just enough to start the day, very tasty, and including fresh fruit of juice, coffee and tea. The room was not the biggest, but it was comfortable enough for 4 nights. The property is very clean, with a nice and well maintained yard, and is a bit hidden from the main road, which makes it very quiet. The place has a nice vibe thanks to Mrs. Wayan, who is a very welcoming and kind person.

While it was not a deal-breaker, I would have liked some insect nets at the windows and a bathroom window for a better ventilation.

The stuff is very kind and helpful. They kept our luggages after check in. Wi fi is good. We could work smoothly from there. Nusa Dua beach is near. You can easily get Grab to there.

Little gem in Nusa Dua! We had a wonderful stay here for a night. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The garden is beautiful and well kept and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room was really clean (sheets and towels) and everything was really comfortable. Breakfast was perfect with eggs and fruits. Well worth the money, would definitely stay again!
