Palm Garden Bali

The staff are so friendly. I loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. The room was always cleaned and smelt fresh. Water and new towels everyday. The garden area was tranquil and calm and you have your own little balcony. You can organise pick up and take back to the airport, but give your arrival and departure times in 24 hour time to avoid confusion.

It rained while we were there so it would have been nice if our TV was connected to an aerial so it would work.

Breakfast on demand and the smiles from the staff. Beautiful hotel. Close to the beach..

Nothing..

Everything was super!

Le personnel est magnifique, même les gens qui s'installent à l'hôtel sont très calmes et ajoutent plus de sérénité au lieu .

L'équipement de la douches( DENTAL KIT/SOAP..ETC )

Our host Wayan and Ayu went out of their well to see to it that my family had the best experience. They took good care of us from checking in to planning outings at very competitive prices to ensuring that we don’t get taken advantage as tourists

Le personnel, le lieu, le calme

The serenity of the gardens made my stay so peaceful and calm. The breakfast that was included was perfect for my requirements - scrambled eggs, potatoes and vegies followed by freshly cut fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The positioning of the hotel was perfect, just a one minute stroll to the main street so all shops and restaurants were close by. Definitely will consider returning to this place again.

There was nothing I did not like. The place was great!

Personnel souriant

Salles de bains très vieilles, infrastructure moyenne...

Great little place in Nusa dua for the last 4 days of a 16 day trip .Set right back off the main Rd so very Quiet but good little walk up the strip for multiple food and Spa choices in both directions. Staff very polite and helpful .Great breakfast option in the mornings .

Everything very good for this price 👍 wery relaxing and quiet place 🙏

Some staff is not speaking English so sometimes can be hard to explain what you want 😅 but it’s okay 👌

Nice tranquil location back off the street. Two lovely staff who made the breakfasts and did all the cleaning and servicing of rooms to a high standard. Pool and grounds were a pleasure to relax in.

The lack of information available at reception on things to do in Nusa Dua and no one regularly available to answer any inquiries on such things. However, once contact was established they could not have been more helpful.

Great place with very cosy ambience, great location and very friendly staff.

The bathroom needs upgrading

The room was basic and adequate. The gardens and pool area were lovely. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. It was peaceful and quiet.

The bathroom was tired and needs updating. Cracked glass in shower area. Unpleasant smell when running water and shower. Water from roof penetrating bathroom when heavy rain, in both rooms we booked Three lights (veranda, bedside light and one bathroom light over mirror not working) in room 9, and the lock to room was difficult to secure.

All staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast was good and just a relaxed atmosphere

Not a lot to do on a rainy day in that area

Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very tasty and we liked it a lot. Bike rent can be arranged at the reception desk which we found very convenient. Good water pressure. Territory is beautiful and peaceful. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed.

Room needs some serious repairing. For example, tap next to the sink was nearly holding, found it wiggling. Head of the shower was broken too and sink had crack marks. Pool could be colder, it is very warm and you can hardly refresh there.

Great room was around the pool. Space was very large. Had nice outdoor space to sit and relax.

It was picky, no kettle in the room.

Comfortable beds, staff were nice although didn't speak english.

Room did not look like the pictures on the site. Place was unmaintained, rundown and down an alley and laneways so a little scary at night. Linen and towels were stained and dirty. Inconvenient power facilities, couldn't use the tv and have the fridge on as there was only one power outlet. My mum and I only stayed one night out of our 7 booked, we did not receive any refund or compensation despite leaving due being very disappointed with the place.

Great workers. Place was ok for my needs

Extremely friendly and professional staff - Ayu is the best hotel manager ever! Very comfy rooms, spacious, clean. Hotel is situated in the garden, very peaceful, great atmosphere! Great breakfast! Amazing approach toward the hotel guests! We will be back!

The staff were so warm and friendly. The hotel was small and had a family vibe. Plenty of smiles at any time of the day or night. The room and bathroom were extra large. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Just a short stroll down a well lit lane way at night brought you to the main roads for shops, restaurants and waterfront. Being off the main road, the hotel was super quiet.

Nothing to not like.

We did not stay. Place was absolutely a dive, we told them we would be requesting a refund. They said that was fine. Please process this ASAP. THANKS Julie Knight 0405 678 441

Close to restaurants, pretty gardens

We booked via booking.com and put in all information about how many guests and paid 5 weeks prior to our arrival. I was asked if I’d like to be pick up from the airport which I said yes. We agreed on a price for this. Upon arrival no one was at the airport to pick us up so we caught a taxi. When we got to the hotel they didn’t even know we were coming. They asked for proof of my booking so handed them my phone. We were put in 2 rooms with a queen bed in each and no extra bed as requested. The next day I was told if I want an extra bed I needed to pay for it and for the 5th person to have breakfast even though I’d already specified there was 5 of us when I booked. Was asked to show my booking again the next day. How did they not have my booking?? We didn’t feel very welcome the first 24hours

Room and pool

NA

Lovely private courtyard and beautiful swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and warm hospitality.

It was super stay. So peaceful so convenient

Rooms were a bit tired but it did not affect my enjoyment of the facilities.

Spacious and nice room. Great gardens. Quiet. Nice place that gives you so much easier homely experience than the resorts in the area.

The road getting to the property is narrow and tight corners but doable even in a big 7 seater that we had. Pool could have been cleaner.

Comfortable bed, large room, good airconditioner (I set it up for 26 not 18! so it was quiet during the night. Quiet, not on the main road. Basic breakfast but good. You can use the kitchen to make your own coffee or smoothie. The small fridge in the room is handy. Swimming pool ok. There are 3 cute cats at the property (and the old dog). Cleaning every day and a new set of towels. Bottled water in the room and the possibility to refill them. Wifi is ok.

The bathroom shower tap was old and the water pressure was poor. Also not very hot but it didn't matter much, it was refreshing enough. Not much furniture to put your clothes into. The wardrobe was inside the bathroom - weird design as all gets wet and starts smelling. There is some staff on site, you can ask them basic things but it is not 24/7 reception. During our stay there were other guests who worked from the dining area remotely (maybe because this was the only place with the tables). This is open space and their discussions can be heard in our room at night so sleeping was difficult. They also partied one night which was very loud. None of the staff intervened - they might have left for the night.

Great size rooms, friendly staff. Cleand & tidy, excellent value for money.

Clean, big rooms. Lovely little garden. Nice breakfast, nice staff. Great value for money. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big hotel, but it does the basics well at a decent price.

The environment of the vicinity is wonderful.. Quiet, peaceful and serene. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The toilet is below my expectation. First I was in the room that the water heater is not working, so the staffs moved me to another room. This time the heater is working but not the water tap. Water is leaking from the riser and it couldn't provide enough water to the shower head. Overall the two room I have been to need some repairs or upgrade. Such as the taps and lights...

Excellent staff the people where really nice and they helped me to receive some packages I was sent to the hotel, they supported me even if I arrived in the middle of the night. Family run hotels, maybe they don't have all the facilities but who cares, they have the human touch

Nice and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and amazing owner and staff

There was nice garden.

Fantastic selection for breakfast, only a short walk to the main street in Nusa Dua. Lovely friendly staff and comfy beds.

Air con worked inconsistently and there were limited facilities in the room. No cups, tea or coffee, etc.

We loved staying at Palm Gardens, so quiet and peaceful whilst being very close to restaurants and shops.

Nothing

I stayed there for 3 days ,toilet sink have no water..I asked them to fix but they ignored.

Pool and staff.

No one from staff at night and gecko in the room

Everything

Nothing

The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms where big and clean! Generally a cool space to hang out in.

I traveled with a family with young children - we had a great time here! Very positive and welcoming staff, warm attitude. Convenient that the owners help with laundry (send to laundry and bring the next day), also there are transfers if needed. The territory is well maintained, clean. The kids loved the format of being able to leave the room on their own and walk around the inner area and swim when they wanted to. In walking distance there are cafes, to the cool beach about 7 minutes by cab (near Grand Hyatt). Great wifi!

Very clean air conditions good and beautiful lady’s work there very kind

Good

We had a fantastic stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet and we felt we had the place to ourselves. The people there were amazing and made us feel so welcome. Perfect for our planned relaxing holiday.

Very clean room and vefy nice people

The water from the pool did not look clean

Beautiful place tucked away from Main Street, The staff were fantastic

Little inconvenience with bathroom plumbing in first room so we were moved into another room

Loved the garden and pool, rooms very clean and the people that worked there very friendly and helpful. They helped us very much finding us places to go to and dropping us off and collecting us. Very friendly people. The breakfast was so lovely too. We would Definitely love to go back. Good location to access Nusa Dua beaches too.

Nothing.

Enjoyed our stay here. Felt so homey and also the pets they own were an added bonus. The kids loved playing with them and giving them cuddles. The staff were also great but would be nice to have one extra staff that can understand English. But Either way, they were all lovely and looked after us. Felt like I was home away from home. I highly recommend the place and would definitely return here if I were to return. I just miss the pets❤️

Communication

The hosts were extremly friendly and welcoming and helped us out everytime we needed something. Also the stuff was extremly friendly. The accomodation was clean, very spacious and modern. We loved the beautiful garden and the sweet cat Manis who lives there as a guestcat! We even extend our stay because we loved the atmosphere there and the calm. Perfect to enjoy and relax your soul. Thank you for the pleasant stay!! If we come to Bali again, we would definitley come back.

Everything was amazing.

Small boutique hotel. Very friendly hotel staff and nothing was a problem. Set back off the Main Street, so very quiet and peace full. Will defiantly stay there again.

Nothing not to like.

Rooms were very spacious and very comfortable beds.

The bathroom fan was so noisey. Every time you turned it on, I made a horrible noise.

- Large room - Helpful staff - providing recommendations for areas to visit and where is best for snorkelling, directing a Grab driver to the hotel, providing cutlery and plate for evening meal - Staff providing coconut in the morning

- Waiting for staff at reception when checking out

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool area is comfortable and we were given pool towels. Good Aircon. We were given free coconuts fresh from their coconut tree! Arrived early and was allowed in our rooms straight away. The owners were so kind and helpful. They organised a day trip for us (very reasonably priced), gave us free lifts to and from the beach (a party of 8 so used a car and scooter) and helped us to organise our onward travel to Nusa Penida, Gili T and then back to Bali - taking us to Sanur to get the ferry too! We were very grateful for all their efforts in helping our trip round Bali a smooth one.

Staff was great. Pool was good.

Showers not good. Had to change rooms to get hot water. Needs some work in the rooms. Breakfast was very limited but OK. Advertised TV but none worked.

The people were lovely.

no soap only shampoo and the place was not well signposted and very hard to find

The staff and people were very helpful.

The phone number on the website is not working so if you lose your way its difficult to call. They need to update the number on their site. Or when someone books send a message giving them the number.

Cozy place and the staff is so wonderful here :)

Nice big room. Comfy bed and good conditioner. Quite nice breakfast.

It’s super hard to open a door. It’s quite old and probably because of the humidity all mechanisms working bad. And sink is not good. After brushing teeth, you can easily become totally wet.

Everything

Great value, quiet, friendly safe

No one at the check-in desk for about 10 minutes when I arrived

The breakfast was great and the personel was amazing! The room was good enough

The airco was leaking but was fixed the next day. The room was not cleaned regularly. The kitchen in the central area could be cleaner. The wifi could be better, often it was slow

the staff were so amazing and gave us a lift to our next location. they were such lovely people and so welcoming. felt really at home here. the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. gorgeous outside round the pool. felt private but very open!

location was a short walk from the beach but the staff are more than happy to drive you about for a small fee which makes up for it !

Had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The rooms are very clean and you have the option to have them cleaned every day if you want. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is very beautiful and peaceful with a lot of beaches within walking distance.

This little hotel is unique but is need of an upgrade. The room size is excellent but could do with a touch up. The A/C is not adequate for such a sized room. The bathroom needs refurbishing & bathroom doors need fixing as it drags on the tiles. Bed & pillows were quite comfortable. The breakfast menu could do with a minor change as it does get boring eating the same food day in day out. Overall it’s a pleasant hotel that just needs minor upgrades.

Very quiet and relaxing staff friendly restaurants within walking distance & beach. Great shuttle service.

The staff at this place were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful well-tended gardens and a lovely clean pool. Pool towels are supplied. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach 6 days a week. Breakfasts are freshly cooked from a small menu of Indonesian and Western dishes. The rooms are spacious but basic, lacking wardrobes or drawers - apart from some hanging space inside the bathroom and small desk drawers. Access to a hair dryer would be useful.

Kettle in the room would be good

Kleine ruhige und nette Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Badspiegel könnte ein bisschen mehr Licht vertragen und ein Schrank im geräumigen Zimmer wäre sinnvoll.

Great place to relax by the pool. Quiet. Close to nice eateries.

The owner Romi and his staff were wonderful , very friendly and helpful. The motel is quite central to all the sights and just a short stroll to the beach and beach activities. The room was good with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The gardens are lush and welcoming just like the pool !

Really cozy hotel and the staff was amazing. Could recommend this place.

Lovely room by the pool. Very clean and simple. Great food and staff, very reasonably priced for such a high level of service. Juliebeth and I will be back.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet, rommene var store og servicen var veldig god.

We enjoyed our stay, the staffs are friendly and helpful. There are many choices of restaurants nearby or you can stay at this hotel for dinner and just enjoy this peaceful place... they offered super delicious breakfast...We visited different beach daily, Eka is very nice to explain where the best one to go..this place has a free shuttle going to the nearest beach. We will definitely back to this nice place and will recommend to family and friends.

This is a gem of a hotel in a quite location in the heart of Tanjung Benoa. It is very clean and staff are very helpful. They also provide a shuttle service to a nearby beach which was also very convenient. Overall, highly recommended.

The villas are very big and super clean. they all have pool view and are close to the pool and entrance. air condition works very well and the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. you can also rent excellent condition scooters from the hotel. Bintang is always available and the rooms are equipped with a little fridge. we enjoyed our stay and would always come back. only thing that could be better is to put a small table or something to put the suitcase on in the room. there is so much space in the rooms but you have to put your suitcase on the floor which is a bit uncomfortable.

Kleines Hotel und sehr idyllisch gelegen, Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und neuwertig. Das Tiem ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und tun ihr Bestes. Jederzeit gerne Wieder!

This is a great find, newish, incredibly clean and the staff are wonderful. Fresh cooked hot breakfast every morning and the rooms are large and bright.
