Hôtel propre. Piscine énorme. Pas assez de transat en comparaison du nb de chambres. Petit déjeuner assez varié. Literie confortable. Salle de bain récente, très propre.

Mauvaise surprise d avoir une chambre dont les fenêtres donnent sur un mur à 50 cm des vitres... mauvaise conception des architectes. Sensation d être dans une chambre sans fenêtres. Odeur d humidité dans la chambre. Nous préférons les hôtels plus petits mais c est une remarque indépendante du Bali Relaxing

Todella hyvä aamiainen, kohteella oma ranta, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Täysi vastine rahoille. Ihanan suuri uima-allas.

Buffet breakfast was fabulous. Pool area and room was nice. Comfortable bed.

Moving to the lobby between when on level 3. But that was not a huge deal.

The front desk staff was nice. It was nice having beach access. The egg station every morning was good. Hotel decorated rooms for my family which was nice. Cleaners did a good job.

Right next door to the hotel is a garbage dump and they burn the thing ALL THE TIME. it was impossible to breathe. If you have any asthma issues, stay far far away from this resort. Only a handful of beach chairs. And most importantly: the beach is a swamp after 12pm until the next morning. Hotel is older and needs basic upkeep

Though beach very near to hotel but one can not swim because about 800 meters it is all slushy water then after an embankment the actual sea starts

Staff was so so friendly always smilling and willing to help

Had to asked for extra toiletpaper not giving enough per room because rooms get serviced late in afternoon and they leave only one roll per room and the rolls is very small.

La habitación es muy amplia y está todo muy limpio. Tiene una piscina muy grande. El paseo que hay entre los hoteles es maravilloso, esto es lo que más me ha gustado.

La playa no es buena, está siempre bastante sucia, de hecho no me bañé ningún día. La piscina, a pesar de ser grande, si el hotel está lleno, se ve bastante abarrotada.

Rooms was dirty and dusty and not clean properly

This is our second time staying at BRR which says it all. We enjoyed our stay last year so much we returned again this year....great staff, large pool and bright comfortable room. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Meren läheisyys, todella iso uima-allas, monipuolinen aamiainen ja aamiaishuone kauniilla näkymällä, siisti huone, hymyilevä henkilökunta. Kaikki toimi mallikkaasti.

Rannan roskaisuus vesirajassa, ei tehnyt mieli mennä mereen uimaan. Hotellikatu (Jalan Pratama) kokonaisuudessaan epäsiisti.

breakfast was great a lot of variety fantastic pool room was very spacious.

although the bathroom was very clean it needed an upgrade. there was a lot of old mold on the back of the door and tiles in the shower and floor. Tiles were fine just needed new grouting to give it a fresh look.

It really was relaxing. An amazing pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast changed daily. The ladies in the spa do an awesome massage. Best I've ever had.

❤️ Ce que j’ai aimé : Un très beau séjour à Bali 🌴☀️, avec de magnifiques paysages, de belles découvertes et surtout une piscine vraiment agréable 🏊‍♂️. L’établissement était correct dans l’ensemble et nous avons passé de très bons moments

⚠️ Les points moins appréciés : Malheureusement, la climatisation n’était pas vraiment au top, ce qui a parfois rendu les nuits moins agréables. La plage était également très sale et le petit déjeuner manquait de choix.

It was a nice place, the pool was very big and had sunlight almost all day. Staff were very attentive and nice. Breakfast buffet was good!

La piscine est très propre et bien chauffée. une note spéciale pour le panier de Basket Nous avons profité pour faire des activités à la plage, ce qui est très intéressant. Nous avons même invité des amis qui n'étaient pas dans l'établissement à venir profiter de cette proximité.

The staff are all very friendly , the pool is huge , very nice and clean. The hotel is really a beachfront property. The atmosphere is very family friendly as well. The inside of the rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Has some stores and a pharmacy right outside the Hotel to buy some stuff you needed like distilled water, souvenirs, snacks etc. The staff can help you with managing tours or van services for you to visit and see around Bali.

The restaurant menu has only limited options not much authentic local dishes to try.

Meget plastik/skrald på stranden og i vandet. Høj rockmusik ved udebaren, der ikke passer til hotellets navn ‘relaxing spa’. Larm fra vand scootere i dagtimerne.

В принципе сам отель неплохой, немного под уставший, номера, санузлы, немного ушатаны. Но в целом неплохо , завтраки норм, обеды и ужины по меню дороговаты. Но Пляж ужасный. Имейте ввиду, что воды почти нет, дно все в водорослях , даже если вода немного прибывает, туда страшно заходить . Воды вообще нет, песок на пляже тоже грязный, всякие осколки лежат, очень легко пораниться. И расположение отеля не очень удобное , очень далеко от хотя бы центра Нуса дуа.

Пляж ужасный, грязный, воды вообще нет, душевые очень грязные, все в плесени, может из за климата , не знаю

Отель неплохой, немного староват и требует ремонта, а так в принципе соответствует уровню 4 с минусом. Понравилось расположение, вид из окна, уборка номеров, завтраки неплохие, все необходимое было, правда не хватало кофемашины, на завтраке был растворимый, поэтому после завтрака покупали кофе в ресторане.

самый большой минус- это слышимость соседей. Ощущение что стены картонные, ни разу не приходилось останавливаться в отеле с такой слышимостью когда просыпаешься под чей-то будильник как будто он у тебя на тумбочке лежит. Соседей слышно очень, их разговоры, все! И сам отель нуждается в обновлении.

The ocean view room was well worth the extra cost. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

There should have been an information folder in the room to order food and call reception.

Friendly staff, good amenities and complimentaries

The showers and the toilets are outdated.

Tout était très bien, mais quelques transats et parasols en plus n'auraient pas été de trop. Et un nettoyage en règle des abords ! Quant au sourire, omniprésent partout en Indonésie, il semble avoir du mal à s'épanouir à Nusa Dua.

No much, may be the pool is ok.

Nothing really, it is a little bit far from Bali collection which is the best place in Nusa Dua for resort, beach, restaurants and shopping g. The hotel is very old and needs major renovations. We changed our room 3 times: first room has no window, second room has a small window to the corridor (no day light and no intimacy). Third room with balcony (after paying an upgrade) was decent but AC and bathrooms were leacking and they were unable to fix in 3 days.

The deal for the stay was very good, incl. breakfast, which was excellent, good size pool, and the room on the 4th floor had everything you needed for the stay. Ah yes, can't forget those smiles from the friendly staff .

Didn't like the location of the 1st room I was located on arrival, but it was solved without any issue, and I was allocated another room on the 4th floor. Thanks to the staff. Keep on smiling

朝食、ロケーション、プール、ビーチ、周辺環境（スーパーなど）どれも期待以上でとても素晴らしい滞在だった。 スタッフ皆さんが笑顔で優しく対応してくれた事がとても嬉しかったです。

BBRがバラコレクションへのシャトルバスのルートになれば言うことなし、本当に最高です。

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa , porém não chega a ser 5 estrelas como mencionado! O staff é maravilhoso e atencioso! O café da manhã não achei muito variado mas atende o suficiente pra uma refeição! Quarto confortável! Piscina muito boa tb!

Na área da piscina não tem esteiras suficientes para todos! O que torna a experiência na área da piscina não tão boa! E vi várias pessoas pegando mais de uma esteira sem ocupá-las de verdade ! O serviço de bar da praia não é o melhor ! Uma coisa que me deixou pouco irritado foi o fato de consumir no hotel e ao invés de ser cobrado no final da estadia no check out, uma pessoa do staff veio até o quarto por volta da hora de dormir e veio pedir o pagamento, achei totalmente inoportuno!
