Reviewed Aug 24, 2026L'espace salon pour travailler. L'accès à une cuisine et un lave linge. Le calme du quartier résidentiel. La chambre lumineuse. La gentilesse du personnel. Quelques restaurants à proximité pas mal.
Il y a 3 chambres par étage et j'ai eu des voisins bruyants toutes les nuits. Donc j'ai été réveillé toutes les nuits. Il y avait une souris dans la cuisine. Les espaces sont assez curieusement aménagés. Les serviettes de toilettes sont vieillottes. Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude un soir. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez épais donc réveillée très tôt par le soleil.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Beaucoup d'espace et le calme en ville. Propreté sans faille. Serviettes propres mais un peu tachés, âmes sensibles s'abstenir. Clim relativement silencieux par rapport à tout autre vécu pendant un séjour de 15j & 3 villes. Très joli décor sobre et excellent petit déjeuner aux petits soins. Eau filtrée tous les jours plutôt que des bouteilles en plastique omniprésentes. Personnels très gentils et serviables. Plein de livres en plusieurs langues à disposition et une cuisine meilleure que la mienne au niveau place.
Juste un peu de rouille coulant tous les jours sur le coffrage devant la chasse d'eau empêche une note parfaite.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Always our go to place in Delhi. The property is in the quiet side of South Delhi thus it is a great breather from the chaos city has. Room has a shared spacious living area and a shared kitchen and laundry too. One floor is shared between three rooms, so it is not at all over crowded. Photos posted is what it is in real life - except the fresh cut flowers. Staff were also accommodating and had helped us always in whenever we need something. Last time had to go and check-in after a red-eye flight, they tried their best to have our room ready earlier than usual. Truly grateful of this.
Just need little improvement in cleanliness of the toilet. Other than that everything is on point.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Das Bungalow 99 ist im Gesamten ein sehr ansprechende Unterkunft mit hohem Standard. Der Empfang, der Service sind äußerst Aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und stehen 24 Stunden zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer mit Bad und weiteren nutzbaren Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig und sauber. Die zur Verfügung stehende Küche bietet Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung oder auch nur um den Kühlschrank zu nutzen. Die Zimmer sind mit Safe, Fernseher, Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet und die Größe ist sehr angenehm bei längerem Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend und sehr umfangreich. Wir sind zu Fuß ins Zentrum gelaufen, was kein Problem ist, aber eine ca. 20 minütige Tuk-Tuk-Fahrt ist wesentlich angenehmer. Auch Metro ist in der Nähe und ermöglicht alle Sehenswürdigkeit schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Hinzu kommt, daß das Bungalow 99 nachts absolut ruhig ist und die Erholung gewährleistet ist. Wenn wir wieder nach Dehli kommen, werden wir auf alle Fälle wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of 5 days. It is peaceful and quiet and feels like home. Most important: the room was very quiet. The interior is tasteful and great to have a kitchen and a dining table. The rugs are gorgeous. The area is green and eateries at walking distance.
A few suggestions to improve the experience. Part of the interior, like the bathroom needs some touching up. Also recommend paying attention to the cleanliness/appearance of the linen and towels. They are brownish.

Warm in our room with heater but owing to winter weather we were unable to fully enjoy the very large spacious living room outside our room as it was chilly and we didn't feel it was worth heating up just for us. We didn't see any other guests. Super quiet which is what you need after a day in Delhi. Very good and generous breakfast.
Location is a trade off between being in a quieter area and having to take a cab or tuk tuk to main sites versus more central and potentially noisier accommodation. That was fine with us.

The photos of the kitchen on the Booking.com shows a large and spoiling space yet what you find when you get there is that most of the cabins are empty. Limited equipments including pots, cooking, towels and more. The receptionist admitted that they actually don't want guests to cook. No dryer for laundry, no clothespins, air conditioner in the room isn't working, TV doesn't allow international channels pr apps only if you pay, USB that that is exist on the TV is faulty. Bed is only OK. The price is inflated without proportion.

Room I reserved wasn't suitable or cleaned properly. The shower head was incredibly dirty and the bathroom was worn, showed wear/tear. I immediately asked to switch rooms and staff brought me to another room that still didn't meet my expectations. Bathroom grout, tiling and surrounding shower area needs a refresher. Overall, would not recommend this property due to the poor bathroom standards.

Tried from 5 star to Airbnb, but Bungalow99 is (for me) the perfect choice: Brilliant concept, great rooms, very good breakfast and supernice hosts!!! And: The location is on top: peaceful, safe and 5 min walk to Defense Colony with great cafes, restaurants and some shops!

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025I arrived at Bungalow 99 after a long haul crowded night flight, exhausted and in need of peace. I'm so glad I chose this hotel - my room was ready hours before check-in time, which was a godsend. The hotel was a little oasis of peace in the midst of bustling New Delhi, with a tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff who went out of their way to help. They were incredibly helpful in coordinating my onwards train travel, and I wouldn't have been able to make the arrangements without their assistance. Thank you to the team at Bungalow 99 for a wonderful start to my trip - I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in New Delhi.

However, I was next to guests who were very loud and talked outside my door after I had already gone to bed. You can hear everything in the common area. The street noise was also loud at night but I used white noise to sleep. I didn’t feel comfortable walking alone to find dinner at night, so the staff helped me order something delivered. Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Lovely apartment in gated area in Delhi. There were three nice big double rooms in our apartment and we had two for our family. The rooms were super quiet and comfy. The living area is shared with the three rooms. It was fantastic having a kitchen and laundry room attached to use. Breakfast was provided and had a decent range to choose from. Staff were excellent and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. They arranged collection from the airport which made the journey easy and the location easy to get to. There is a small shopping area about 5 minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants and Ubers were easy to use to get around the city from this location.
Comfortable stay but need to recognise it is not a hotel.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025We love the location of the property and the set up with an open lounge and kitchen on each floor plus a kitchen. Breakfast offers many options and the coffee is good. Meets all my need as a group traveller.
Tea and coffee options need to be topped up in the kitchen with some milk offering for guests on each floor. Two glasses should be placed in each room. A second luggage rack would be good as only one guest gets to use this. Lamps on either side of the bed is a must and should both be working.
