Power outage started on 16-09-2026 at 20:00 and lasted up to time when booking out at 09:00 on 17-09-2026 (still no power). There seem to be no back-up system (UPS or generator). Guests should probably be advised of possible power outages and no UPS, etc.

The rooms are cold if only they can buy small heaters or add an aircon it would be nice . When I booked I wasn’t informed that breakfast is not included in that money so I was shocked when I was told that we had to pay extra for breakfast,next time they must specify

It was just minor things we didn't like,but it would elevate the experience of visitors if ith can be improved. There were were just not enough facilities in the room to accommodate a couple, eg- the was 1 glass ,1 big towel in the bathroom... So,we needed to request those ,but we were just tired from our journey. Overall ,it was wonderful to visit the place,I would comeback again and again

This is my second time staying at this B&B and I was very disappointed this time around. The cleanliness of the rooms have detoriated significantly. There is no hot water, both my showers were unpleasant with very low water pressure and luke warm temperature. The room was advertised with a TV that has DSTV although the staff could not connect to it. She then proceeded to try Netflix and wasted an hour of our time playing with the remote instead of telling us that they do not have any Netflix or DSTV logins. Eventually I informed her that there is no logins that why there is no code and we can not proceed. We asked for breakfast 30 mins earlier the night before and we were told rudely that they could not accommodate us which I felt was definitely possible considering travellers use the facility quiet often and need to leave earlier as breakfast only started at 7.

There are no microwaves in the rooms.and this makes it difficult to warm up takeaway foods. You have to eat it cold.

4 nights business stay. I am a regular here for the past 7 years. this time around. the breakfast was not worth it,can improve on this .There were fleas for some reason. I found two on the bed and I was wondering why my body had bite marks on. the ants is a huge problem especially in the bathroom its bad ,they are all over. the WiFi signal was bad it was off more than on.

Whatever is used to clean doesn't smell nice. I am sure they are using pine gel.....it smells terrible and it lasts forever. Please consider using things like Handy Andy and Domestos rather and maybe investing in diffusers would not be a bad idea. Just so that the space smells good.

Communication and check in was smooth with Thembisa ,i made a last minute booking and she was able to assits me, i was travelling with kids and Thembisa made sure she provides everything to accomodate my kids we really enjoyed our stay👌
