The property is in an unsafe area and not by the beach as per the advert and also i paid for breakfast but I wasn't offered breakfast. The water was warm, I didn't enjoy my shower.

The shower door is high risk. It is close to the basin making it difficult to open it freely as one avoids hitting it to the basin The room was not clean, even saw a spider, when I moved the bed there was indeed a spider web. I can’t say much about the staff as we hardly engaged.

I didn't like the fact that guests have to pay separately for breakfast it would be nice knowing that everything is included in one payment

Clean the rooms properly, dust was all over. You could tell no one cleaned before the next guest arrives. Also the towels has stains even on the bedding.

1. Number reflected on booking.com different from actual number so we waited a bit outside without gaining entry. 2. The automatic bathroom fan disrupts sleep at night when used by neighbours 3. Smoke from people smoking outside can creep into your room 4. My car was bumped by another guest at the B&B by no accountability was taken as they claimed I couldn’t get the footage of the incident

Cleanliness,On our first morning we did the bed and when we came back from our errands our cleaning lady didn’t touch the bed and the floor was not touched.The pierces of broken glass were still there.The stains on top of the table and glass stains on top of the pedestals were still there.There was no tissue roll . We complained to the other lady who was very nice,she apologised and improved the next day because we were there for 5 days.

The opposite buildings make it look like it's in a bad neighborhood but honestly, the view of the beach a few steps away from the property make up for it

There was a small mouse in our room 😭😭😭 and few cockroaches. There is no phone in the room, when you ask for the iron you have to go and take it in reception they don’t bring it up. They don’t put extra toilet paper you have to use your own or ask for it. On second day they only put towels for one person, no shower cap and soap for bathing.
