The room is very spacious, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is the best value for money.
The price was good. It was located near locations I needed to visit during my time there.
The photos of the rooms are very old. The building was showing its age. For a budget accomodation it was sufficient. If they were to invest a little bit into maintenance and cleaning it could be a great hotel.
Fantastic all round, owner is really helpful and polite, very welcoming atmosphere. It's perfect too to have some peace and quiet and only 15 minutes walk to pub street and the riverside. Bed is mighty comfortable and I like that the light shines through the curtain in the morning it gets you ready for the day, highly recommended!! Definitely stay again!
Nothing.
Very acomodating hosts. Nice quiet location.
Very peaceful environment and very polite and friendly staff. The bedroom was lovely nice and large size with a beautiful huge bathroom and the shower was 10/10
Very spacious room, amazingly comfortable beds, big fridge. The location is perfect, loads of restaurants, cafés and shops around. 12mins drive from Angkor Wat. Staff is very nice and helpful. Less than $12/night, such a bargain.
Good location, big rooms
They won’t clean during the stay, but you can get clean towels
Value for money was great. Had better wifi than the other hotels I stayed at.. only bad part was they only accept cash.. Other than that it's great value
Great place - it is a very charming place to stay.
Low key, which I liked. Siem Reap is swarming with tourists. His place lets you escape from all that.
New paint job
Nothing interested
This hotel was in very bad condition and all facilities are unuseful
The 24 hour reception in the description is a lie

The Heng Long Villa is a lovely place down a side street. For guidance I would say it’s about 15m walk from Pub Street, but if you don’t want ‘full on in your face’ this place is absolutely ideal and a 3 minute walk from the main thoroughfare in Siem Reap. The real bonus here is that the Bayon Pastry School is opposite. This is an NGO that provides training to vulnerable girls who can then enter the catering trade in the big hotels and restaurants. Honestly their pastries are fantastic; $4 for a breakfast that’s a coffee, pastry and a fruit salad. The staff are really lovely ladies. Back to Heng Long Villa. The room we had was a double and massive! Marble floor, air con, etc., everything one needs and the best we have stayed in during our trip in the $10-$15 range. Very quiet and a nice verandah and shady. The owner is a great guy too. If you are doing some cycling in Siem Reap, which you should, he can help as he’s a cyclist himself. He rides a Pinnarello Dogma!!!
Nothing that bothered us. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, but isn’t that picky. Really nothing to complain about at all
Size of room
It was good nothing bad to say
Great location. Best value. Big rooms. Have nice restaurant. Most important: Very friendly staff. They rent me their own mototbikes! They will assist any request. Staff made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
Great little spot , near the centre of town but on a quiet lane, comfortable and great value
only thing missing was a pool and powerpoints near the bed
Large room, huge refridgerator, cofortable bed, adequete bathroom
no powerpoint near bed
The place is a nice one to stay in Siem Reap. It is cozy in an Asian way, the room is very big, with high ceilings, spacious, and full of light. The air con and the fan save you from the day hit. The staff was very helpful and helped us with the small things we asked. There are also a lot of places to eat and have coffee within a 2-10 minute walk.
Great location and a peaceful setting. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good bicycles and motorbike for rent
nice price nice location nice hostel!
mosquito
Super convenient and comfortable stay. Fantastic bakery next door, bayon.
The rooms let through quite a bit of light in the morning due to the glass bricks above the windows.
It has a good location, the owner has a good quality bikes for rent just for 2 dollars per day ! The room was big . We could leave the bags in reception before check in !
The only downside was earlier check in charge 8 dollars!
Good value for money great location and amazing shower
Windows missing panels in bathroom meaning lots of mosquitoes and lots of bites. The bed had a comfortable mattress but had a thin plywood base instead of slats making it feel unsteady and noisy
The attention made by the staff specially Mr.Loeng even though they made an error about the dates.
The mixed up with the completed booking from 23-25 February and the hotel management cancelled booking for 25-26 February. Mr.Loeng was so good in attending to the issue but the booking.com staff seem to get the wrong information several times.
We found the accommodation relaxing and comfortable. It's in a good location but best to follow directions for Bayon Pastry School as this will take you straight there. The room was big and the bed was comfortable
+ The location is perfect. Close to food options, the church, the main road to Angkor Wat and the bus office for a follow-up journey. + We were able to extend our stay by a night without any problem. + Nice, helpful personnel. + Good value for money. + Fridge in the room.
- The basin in the bathroom was leaking. It was patched up with duct tape, but it wasn't enough and the leakage made using the rest of the bathroom quite uncomfortable. It's high time the owner made an investment to fix it for good. - The WiFi was unstable, it was unavailable for half a day. - There was only one power socket available.
I.liked the hospitality and good attention of the very friendly staff. The food in their restaurant is great. It's very close to the exercise areas and riverside walks. About 10 minutes walk to the old market.
The mixed up with my bookings, They cancelled my already COMPLETED booking 23-25/02 instead of the confirmed booking on 25-26/02 which was double booked. I hope I will.not be penalised as they were the ones who cancelled my booking and not me.
The room was spacious enough.
It is a very basic room with not much daylight and a horrible internet connection.
Very good accommodation . Only TV is not working.goid staff. Only 12 minutes walk to pub street.
TV is not working.
Large clean room, all was working fine, quiet and good location.
Some mosquitos managed to sneak in.
I liked the location, I loved the price. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and attentive without being overly so. They also have bikes for rent to get out to Angkor Wat, which I used and loved.
I guess, I didn't like that it was hard to find on Google maps, though I don't think that's their fault. I didn't like... The blanket I guess, but I'm just stretching for dislikes here it was honestly very good.
clean quiet comfortable rooms. staff do their best to help
I thought it was private balcony but all rooms have a shared terrace. Also no TV in my room although description said there would be. Nothing major for me
Great low budget hotel, nice and clean and comfortable, friendly staff , not too far away from pub St etc hot showers, comfortable bed fan and air conditioning and a big fridge
Power point behind the bed pretty unaccesable
Great budget hotel, clean and comfortable just at the edge of town
Very good location because it was in the middle of a busy area but not noisy at all. The owner was very helpful with our bikes (he is a cyclist himself) and worked hard to ensure we had all we needed. An unexpected bonus was the French cookery school just across the road: wonderful food and great coffee too!
No bad points. Not fabulous smart but clean and good value for money.
All was great Also great Courtyard Vannak the Manager and his Team also is always there and helps
The onwer and his team are very friendly, helpful and nice people ! The room is very big and beside a good aircon it has also a big ceiling fan and a huge refrigerator with a separate big freeze. In the restaurant they offer yummy food for good prices.
I did not like that I was not on vacation and so unfortunately I had no time to visit Angkor Wat. Heng Long Villa offers tours to there and they also offer bicycles, motorbikes and cars for rent. So at their side there was nothing I did not like.
