It is really close to everything (old town) and the bed was confortable. The cleaning lady was adorable!

Extremelly noisy! Impossible to sleep at nigbt, even with earplugs we were seriously struggling to fall sleep. The balcony faces the street with several pubs with loud music and young tourist making it a hell to rest. We had ants in our badroom and the wifi conexion was not working on the TV so we couldn't use it. The second night our room was not pdoperly cleaned, towels not changed and the bed poorly done.

Die Lage war super – sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Lebensmittel und andere Sachen von den vorherigen Gästen, außerdem war er stark verstaubt. Auch die Fenster waren offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Der Balkon war ebenfalls sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt, sodass wir ihn überhaupt nicht nutzen und dort nicht sitzen konnten. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand des Zimmers leider sehr unzufrieden. Für den Preis, den wir für die Unterkunft bezahlt haben, hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Pflege erwartet.

The property is in the perfect location! There’s absolutely no need to hire a car, as everything is within easy reach. The bus station is directly across the road, making it really easy to explore other areas of the island. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented, with a great mix of modern style and traditional character. The staff were also absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

The girl who welcomed us was very helpful and welcoming. The WhatsApp chat service for communicating with the hosts is attentive and always available to help resolve any issues. The location is really excellent, as it is right in the city center and close to many services, all of which can be reached very quickly by scooter.

The property does not fully match what is shown in the photos, as it is slightly smaller than it appears. Furthermore, the cleaning was very, very poor, generally throughout the entire room. By accident, we looked under the bed and found what was underneath, which made us think that the area probably had not been cleaned for months. During a fairly long stay, we also noticed that on a few occasions there was no towel or garbage bag replacement, although this was not a particularly serious issue. There was also dirt in the corners of the shower that appeared to be related to mold, and the shower drain is very slow. If the shower is left running for more than 10 minutes, the water risks flooding the bathroom. Overall, we were not satisfied with the very superficial cleaning or with the very limited services provided. For example, we had to buy our own knives, glasses, and small plastic plates just to have breakfast.

de prijs en wat je krijgt is veel te duur de hygiene voor het zicht schoon maar als je overdag kijkt zie je pas hoe vies het is. dat er wel dubbelglas is maar dit houdt de herrie tot 1:30 niet tegen wist uiteraard dat het in een druk gebied is maar misschien toch een beetje onderhouden?

Obiekt położony w strategicznym miejscu. Tuż obok dworca autobusowego, postoju taksówek i starego miasta. Wokół pełno restauracji, barów i kawiarni. Pokoje czyste, zadbane, łazienka przestronna i wygodna. Wszystko nowocześnie wykończone. Doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy Rodos.

Wrażliwi mogą narzekać na hałas w nocy, bo pod oknami są bary i kawiarnie. Nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało. Wystarczyło zamknąć okno i po całodziennym zwiedzaniu spaliśmy jak zabici.

It was very difficult to sleep at night due to the constant noise and loud music. Since the property is located in a central area, some level of noise is understandable and expected. However, the building itself was not soundproof at all, which made the noise particularly disruptive. We also experienced several issues with the facilities. The AC control was not working properly, and the door could not be locked at all. We contacted the owner about these issues, but unfortunately, he never came to fix them. Apparently, other apartments were experiencing similar problems as well. At one point, we found a man in the corridor who was trying to fix the doors in other apartments, so we asked him to fix ours as well. Overall, the lack of maintenance and the poor soundproofing significantly affected our stay.

Excellent location, fair in cleanliness. Near food, coffee shops, port, elli beach. Couldn't find better spot to stay.

The bed was not so comfortable, and the ac was not working really good, broken chair.

The room was large and spacious and location was perfect being right opposite bus station

Bathroom floor has stagnant water under sink on tiles that needs a good scrub, switch was broken on Bathroom light, needed to be cleaner which was a shame as room is lovely

The bathroom was gorgeous and the room was very spacious. The host was quick to resolve any issues!

The floors were pretty dirty, I walked barefoot and the bottoms of my feet were black. The towel hook in the bathroom was broken. There isn’t much storage for clothing or anything. The central location is nice in order to be able to get around easily, but it’s very difficult to sleep because it’s right above a bunch of bars and places open until late.

Property is super close to everything. Only a couple of minutes walk and your in the old town, the beach everything. Spacious room and comfortable beds. When we had questions the staff responded quickly. Overall a perfect stay.

This was a good place for a few days to visit Rhodes, mainly because the location is perfect. It is right across from where the buses stop, the ones that go to the airport but also places like Lindos, etc. The room itself was good, the double bed was two singles against each other, so sleeping with a partner is a little less comfortable.

The information to get into the place was not very clear and it required some extra asking to get the codes from the owner to open the door, which isn't that easy to find. The shower tends to flood the bathroom because there is no separator and that makes the entire room wet. At one point, a cleaner or someone came into the room while we were inside and they didn't knock. These are some inconveniences to mention, but that didn't ruin our stay there. For a few days this is still a good place to explore Rhodes, especially considering the price and location.

This hotel was in the perfect location—ideally situated between the Old Town and Downtown, and only one block from the harbor and waterfront. Everything was within easy walking distance, and we loved having such a great variety of restaurants literally right next to us. You also can’t beat having the bus station just across the street—it made getting around so easy. The room itself was huge, as was the bathroom, and it had a large balcony, mini fridge, and excellent air conditioning. It was such a lovely stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Very minor issues—the shower definitely didn’t drain quickly enough and would leak out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The most annoying thing, though, was the guy who dropped off laundry every morning around 7:00 AM. He would bang against the room wall and speak very loudly, which always woke us up. That said, even with these small issues, we still loved our stay.

Bien que parfaitement situé (au centre de mandraki et tout à côté de la vieille ville), l'établissement est malheureusement au dessus de bars de nuit ce qui nous a renus éveillés jusqu'à deux heures du matin... Par ailleurs, le système de code à l'entrée a besoin d'être changé car nous avons dû nous y reprendre plusieurs fois pour pouvoir entrer...

The location is pretty good. It's really clean and confortable.

The buttons of the first door aren't in the best conditions and I didn't dislike it, but at night there is a lot of noise but that it's more about location, in my case I like it, it's not for everyone though.

No reponen consumibles. Limpieza de la ducha suficiente pero no excesiva. Apertura de puerta exterior un tanto dificultosa.

Отличный хозяин, оперативно решил абсолютно все проблемы (с соседями иногда может не повезти). Сама комната очень просторная, есть всё необходимое (кофейник, чайник, холодильник). Безконтактное заселение тоже очень удобно.

За окном были строительные работы утром, но тут уж ничего не поделать. Вода в душевой медленно уходит, возможно, пришла пора прочистить слив/трубы.

The hotel location is very good

the extra bed is uncomfortable. It was mentioned in the reviews that there was a lot of noise; I didn't pay much attention to it, but there is a bit of noise, so keep that in mind. Other than that, it's a good value hotel.

Great location! Central to some historic sites and the old city. Very walkable. Nicely decorated and the room was spacious.

We arrived at dark so while the owner provided a photo of the front it was too hard to see . They could have said the door is between LaVazza coffee shop and another shop. Lots of stairs. So the less luggage the better.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Dusche ist sehr gut.

Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und hat keine Sonne. Außerdem liegt er direkt am Busbahnhof. Nachts konnte man deswegen das Fenster nicht offenlassen. Es war nur eine Rolle Klopapier vorhanden. Das Bad hat eine Glastür, sodass immer Licht auf das Bett fiel, wenn im Bad Licht angemacht wurde.

The location was great as it was right next to a bus stop. The owners were lovely and helpful with our stay and got us a taxi early in the morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.

When we walked in we realised the apartment had supplied no toilet paper and we didn’t feel that safe as the code for the door had been used for the other hotel rooms so we had a unexpected visit from other travellers at 1am in the morning.

Accomodation is exceptional, very comfortable and fantastic location

It was so noisy from the outside noise and nighclub that we literally did not sleep most of the night - absolutely terrible considering how beautiful the accomodation was.

Расположение просто великолепное - в двух шагах порт, автобусы, старый город, магазины и рестораны. Несмотря на очень оживлённую улицу, в номере было достаточно тихо. Очень удобная кровать. Номер достаточно просторный для 2-3 человек. Просторная и удобная ванная комната.

Очень крутая лестница на входе и входная дверь открывается туго (в первый раз можно подумать, что проблемы с кодом). Неплохо бы в номере оставить пару тарелок и приборы (вилка + нож).

Telefon numaralarını verdikleri için sıkıntımızı hemen giderdiler. Valizleri gemi kalkış saatine kadar bekletmeleri bir artıydı. Teşekkür ederim.

Yakında kafe barlar var ve eğlence uzun sürüyor. Bizi etkilemedi ama hassasiyeti olanlar göz önünde bulundursunlar.
