It was stated that cleaning is done after 2 days, but one lady unlocked the door, found me deep asleep and still woke me up to ask if she should clean and i went there to rest. I could not go back to my peaceful skeep. Was disturbed the whole day. Preferably, Do not disturb sign is needed

The guest next to our room did not abide by the rules of smoking areas and the worst part he smoked weed/ Marijuana. The terrible smell was in our room had to defuse the odour with airfresher

The location is convenient, with the town centre only about a 10-minute drive away. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and stable throughout my stay, and the beds were comfortable, making for a good night's rest.

The staff were not particularly welcoming, and I believe this is an area where additional customer service training would make a noticeable difference. A warm and friendly reception goes a long way in making guests feel valued. The property itself also requires some maintenance. The air conditioning was not working, and the overall appearance of the venue felt tired and lacked appeal. The breakfast selection was quite limited, offering very few options. Overall, the atmosphere felt cold and uninviting, which made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We were not comfortabke with the rooms they gave us we talk to them they change the rooms and we were not be able to eat breakfast since our programes were early the prepered us breakfast packs

There was a lady who was doing day shift on suterday she was rude when i asked something That makes me say nomatter what i wont book their venue next time

The breakfast was the best part for me. It was fulfilling and fairly diverse. I however, felt like the lady who was by the food had a monitoring/staring deminer which made eating and/or going for more food uncomfortable.

I feel the room I stayed in needed an upgrade it's a bit dated and the double bed seemed small and worn a new mattress would be recommended. The shower was not great either couldn't adjust shower head or where the water was spraying. The TV also dated and limited to channels. It felt as if I was in a dormetary. Although I didn't use the pool facilities the pool area needs attention. The grounds are beautiful. Apologies for the not so great review I just hope it helps to improve.

The breakfast was good. Every other amenity was in place. Just one concern about the omelet we had on su day morning. I think the outside was cooked well. The inside was not. Perhaps the chef could co sider frying the onions and the peppers. In this way, the taste will be enhanced and more enjoyable 😉 Please include fruit as well to the buffet.

The rustic look is beautiful and in a beautiful location. I didnt get time to explore other thing. The staff were friendly and the Bar had variety of drinks and prices were fair.

The bathroom door was broken, I guess there was a leak in the bathroom because I had to wipe it several time the towels were clean but over used. Not having a restaurant inside is kinda weird.

The hospitality, the staff , kitchen staff and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. We hosted graduation gala and they delivered a good service. Thanks to Sbu , Khumo and the rest of your team for making our stay memorable 🙏💐💐💐💐

The problem was buffet supper. How do you pay for a buffet and only be served 1 drumstick, 1 piece of beef and 2 veggies? I complained during check out and I was told I should have complained at the time the food were served.

The room that I booked online wasn't the one I found at the place the features online was totally different from what I found there. To make it worse when I complained the reception gave me a different room number which is the same as the one I complained about. The amount I paid was definitely not for the room I got there

The staff were extremely friendly they had a wide arrival time and the room had good wifi. The facilities were properly stocked and the bedding was clean and freshly pressed. There was a place for me to work nicely and a very cute outside seating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The remote was damaged, so the back of the remote was held on with tape but the tape was old so the batteries kept falling out. The channel selection is extremely limited not even SABC. The toilet plumbing made the most crazy noises when you flushed the toilet. But these are things that can be overlooked.

Very nice quiet place, just didn’t get enough time to check the place properly due to commitments, but from what I had seen and the friendly stuff this will be my go to place whenever I’m in Bloemfontein, I love it.

Location of the site..in a quite place which allows for a restful stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Compact room yet completed by an enclosed balcony which allows for space to read or write in my case, whilst the wife was sleeping

The pillows were big and very hard, making it uncomfortable.for the neck

I always go there for a massage the place and the service is very nice. Received the same warmth, friendliness and professionalism when we booked a night stay. The food was also very delicious.

Расположение - возможно моя ошибка, но думал недалеко от трассы, оказалось минут 15 по городу нужно было ехать, но городишка очень понравился-симпатичный! Номер дали возле бассейна. Приготовили ужин и принесли в номер, мы благополучно расположились возле бассика и насладились вечером. Завтрак скудный, но омлет был.

Туалетной бумаги и мыло небыло Вода в душе еле еле сходило, очень стремно Напор воды так себе… На чистой кровати, чей-то волос был обнаружен Кровать скрипит Слышимость сумасшедшая И добил нас сверчок, который был в номере или где-то рядом. Сладостей на завтрак небыло, пришлось йогуртом добивать 😀

Location provided at the booking app is incorrect. Please fix that. I was totally lost doing up and downs in town trying to get to the location.
