Hotel C7 Munnar

Location

They switch off the hot water between 10pm and 7am. Apart from that there is no hot water during the rest of the day, it's just barely warm. If you flush the toilet once, you cannot flush it again after. The corridor to the room we were given had water dripping down the ceiling with towels laying on the floor. The room smelled mouldy apart from that the walls in the room were dirty and had loads of mould on them.

Lokalita ubytování byla skvělá. Jenom cca 1 kilometr k čajovému muzeu, kousek do centra. Zároveň bylo ubytování na klidném místě. Celkově byl hotel moc hezký - recepce a restaurace má krásné posezení s výhledem na plantáže a kopce. Snídaně je formou rautu - indická, dostačující. Jednou jsme měli oběd z jejich menu, opět moc dobré. Večeři - formou bufetu za 650 rupií. Pokoj byl čistý, uklizený. K dispozici voda a nějaké sprchové gely a kartáček. Personál příjemný!

Koupelna hodně zapáchala odpadem, což bylo nepříjemné, protože se zápach linul i do pokoje. Vybavení a nábytek byl méně moderní, což by nevadilo, ale ta koupelna by stála za rekonstrukci

The breakfast was quite nice with lot of options. Only thing is all the items were available a bit late. I went for breakfast at 7.30 but some items were not available even after 8 am.

There was no Uber facility. Was told Uber was not allowed to come to property so that local taxis could fleece the customers.

Very good location. Very convenient for walking into town. At breakfast staff tried very hard to cook nice food.

The problem with this hotel is the hot water. You have to turn the tap on in the sink and shower and run for a very long time to get hot water. It was about ten minutes. My friend said it took even longer in his room. I hope they sort this out because apart from this it is nice and I would come back.

The listing has the property having a/c and a fridge, neither were present Breakfast good although would be monotonousafter a few days No hair drier and limited supplies of tea/coffee in room. We asked for more before going up to bed but nothing arrived. Location was great but the road to town was full of busy workshops fixing tuk tuks may have put some people off.

Location with stunning views across the Plantations and an easy walk into town. Very comfortable and clean room and bathroom

hotel is located in a tea estate and at an elevation which provides a good view.The view from the room balcony and the restaurant view is excellent.Food was awesome and delicious and priced perfectly. Food was iffy at best. Pakodas were good. Some veg dishes were just OK. Chicken 65 was good too. Breakfast spread was OK.

I spent three days in C7 Munnar. My room was hill facing , it has a stunning view. The rooms were very clean, food was good and staff were really accommodating and helpful. Mr Das, manager , is a great person. We loved the view of the hills, which start just from the hotel's back side , as the rooms have huge glass windows.

For hotel with this style bathroom was very old fashioned and needed make over. Restaurant had many menu items unavailable. Breakfast was limited in choice.

Munnar is nature's basket..the hotel is located in a tea estate and at an elevation which provides a good view. The food provided is okay. Not so great. There are variety of options in buffet but everything is all right. Could have been better. The rooms were clean. The staff is courteous.

The one thing I did not like about the rooms were that there's nothing much provided in it. There is no space to keep luggage. No storage facility in the bathrooms. You cannot keep your toiletries anywhere. Also there is no provision made to keep clothes in the washroom.

The views from the suite rooms were stunning. I booked a deluxe room and later upgraded to a suite room. The suite rooms was very nice and the staffs were very good and professional.

The deluxe rooms were not value for money and do not have any good views . The rooms were also looking dull and bathrooms were average.

The person who is in reception need to trained. At least ask him smile to guests. Really stupid. Ask hotel to mention the details correctly on your website.

Upgrade to suite was nice but we did not really need the extra room...bedroom was large with plenty room for 2 suitcases. Balcony facing west was lovely to sit out on with great views. Bath and shower and plenty hot water. No a/c but in the evening fan was enough. Good interesting b/f with big choice. Helpful friendly staff. In quiet place about 4-5mins walk from town

Error made by booking.com saying rooms had a/c when none of them have it.

The view in the balcony room was nice. The hotel is located just at the right distance from the town center.

The internet was not at all they way I expected. The hotel says it has high speed internet. But my room was in the corner of the building and i was not able to maintain a sustained connection to wifi

Location A beautiful location on main highway from Munnar to tea museums road. Ambiance An artistic interiors of reception desk and indoor hotel lobby area was very nice. It has a nice secnic garden, scenic restaurants with vire of tea gardes hill. Room A very good and specious room with tea plantation view and equipped with all modern amenities. Bathroom A good clean bathroom equipped with all basic amenities. Staff All staff was polite, kind. Service A room service was quick and prompt. Memorable stay at Hotel, happy to come again.

The location is about 600m from the market so it’s quiet. The view from the balcony rooms and the restaurant is excellent.

The Room view was excellent. Breakfast was good. The room and bed were perfect and big enough not like the executive rooms.

The hotel is a bit old and renovation is needed. Slightly overpriced compared to others of the same range.

Nice and courteous staff. Room are very good and food were tasty. Surrounding tea plantations with balcony view of it. Highly recommended. Easily accessible. A cool and quiet place throughout the day. In the early morning, we could watch tea leads being plucked by the tea workers from the balcony

We stayed three nights in the C7 hotel and it was a great experience. Service was good and they helped us with arranging vehicles for sight seeing.It's located in the main area and easily accessible.

The best part of hotel is that it has an amazing view and the room are well ventilated and spacious . The balcony of the room is fantastic and the morning nature gives us magical experience . The market is walking distance from this hotel. The staff is very cooperative ,service and hospitality are best part of the hotel C7 .The manager Suresh Jesu was very good and he very well did his job by providing us best service .I fully recommend to stay in this hotel when you visit munnar

The hotel is located at the main road and provides good connectivity to different major attractions, market and Tata tea museum which is walking distance from the hotel. We booked club suite room and when we checked in there were stale/used flower garlands (gajra) found in the bedroom and one was hanging from the lamp in the living area of the suite. Although after notifying the staff, they came, checked and cleaned it, it raised serious questions about the cleanliness standard. We chose to have lunch in the room and the cream of tomato soup ordered was curdled and had bitter taste. Everything else ordered was okay. Hot water was available and there was no other problem faced. Hotel offers good breakfast spread in their restaurant. It offers good views from the room and restaurant. It also has good parking space. Overall a good stay.

Munnar was our first stop in the trip. We booked a room in c7 for two nights. It was a spacious clean comfortable room. The view was of tea plantation which was beautiful. Room service was promptly provided. We had breakfast and i must say it was delicious. We had been to kolukkumalai early in the morning and they provided us breakfast post their service hours. We got the room at a good deal being off season. Enjoyed our stay. Rickshaw stand is just a min walk and so are the other mode of transport. Thank you staff and c7
