Reviewed May 2, 2026The hotel is fabulous, the food is great although limited as vegetarian only and no eggs. The rooms are wonderful.
My only complaint would be that the reception staff aren't great in English. You would think that in a clearly 5 star hotel in a bit city with plenty of international trade that the staff would communicate in English. But this is a minor issue.

Das Hotel selbst bietet keinen Fahrservice an, es vermittelt jedoch. - ein Uber kann man ja selbst buchen. Im Hotel besteht nicht die Möglichkeit Geld zu wechseln. Hierfür muss man erst ein ganzen Stück laufen. Wie in Indien üblich, akzeptieren manche ATM trotz Visazeichen keine Visakarte.

Reception was a make shift arrangement. We were not recieved with enthusiasm on arrival. Inside area is very hot as roof top is exposed to sun. Pool being on east side is directly exposed to Sun from morning till 3 pm. Buffet in the restaurant was arranged on two sides of the sitting area, for taking one single item you have to cross all the other guests sitting in between which at times becomes awkward. No non veg. Majority of the general viewed Channels on TV were not available.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026The location is great if one has to come in and go out to the Highway. But every event place in Surat city is about 30 minutes away. The room with a small sitting area as well as an additional WC was designed quite well and a great help to get ready quickly in the morning. The building and lobby was very very impressive.
1. Quality of furniture, bed sheets etc as well as build quality of bathrooms was average to say the least. 2. Distance from Surat main city.

Seems like nitpicking but Towels and toilet paper could have been quality. Piped tune (Coming home) in the common area was the continuously the same and got tiring after a while. Also there were a lot of flys in the dining area.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026had taken a two bedroom suite ... loved the size of the rooms / suite . It was neat , clean and convenient. Not too far from NH48 ... but I wish the road to the hotel was a little more lit (not a problem of the hotel though)
The guy at the reception Gaurav .. we reached at 11 pm ...Gaurav was there at the reception .... he looked quite irritated ... never a smile on his face, thats the least you expect when you reach a hotel (dont know why they put him in reception) . Next morning too he didnt bother to smile and had the same constipated expression as the previous night .... looked like we had bothered him lot .... He was the one and only negative of the hotel . I wish they kept some chair / small sofa in the bedroom ..there was nothing !!!

Initially when I was entered to property for check-in, Front desk staff given me lower floor i.e. 215 but they showed Room 405 in show round. When I was specially requested for high floor at the time of booking but later on at the time of check-in she denied to allot me high floors. But after that they finally allot me 405. Room Service is not attentive, very slow.

There was just a weird drain smell by the elevator side and the toilets on the L floor could use some upgrading.

Nothing they don’t even deserve the 1 star. They were no hygienic. The food tasted so bad i even told her she still charged me 999 i mean 999 for this food. Total wastage of my money. The hotel is not even working there cleaning staff told me. And the cleaning was not even wearing gloves. He didn’t even washed washrooms. I was telling him to do this and that.
