Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hitesh at the Reception was very good and helpful. Other staff members were good but Hitesh exceeded. The chef at Table101 Praful was very good. Nothing was too much trouble.
The refrigerator in the room was cold enough. Also, during the evening the 6th floor corridor towards my room was smelly (urine). Further despite being a non smoking floor there was smoking smell from nearby rooms on 2 or 3 days..

Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of food on offer both Indian and western. Rooms were spacious and clean

Reviewed May 11, 2026O pequeno-almoço é soberbo! O restaurante Table 101 onde também é servido o pequeno almoço tem funcionários fantásticos e live cooking, o melhor naan (pão indiano) que comi! A variedade do buffet tanto no jantar como ao pequeno almoço é incrível, da comida ocidental à oriental é um verdadeiro manjar. A piscina e os serviços são muito bons.
Muitos dos quartos estão neste momento a ser reformulados e o nosso, precisava mesmo de de uma boa intervenção. Nada de grave mas para a qualidade do hotel, esperávamos mais. O barulho das remodelações não nos incomodou, apenas o som do elevador à noite, já que estávamos no 8º andar, certamente muito próximos do motor. Pequenos apontamentos, apenas para elevar o que já é muito bom!

There were insects in the room, they didn’t have sanitary pads and when called for it - they said we ran out of it after asking it for the second time. The bed sheets were stained and the room allocated to us was just in front of the elevators and the noise from the hallway travels to the room. The TV screen was dysfunctional and had one side blacked out. Overall a pathetic experience and no apologies from the team when these issues were brought to notice.

Valet Service can improve. Entry of the Ballroom and Hotel lobby is same, that creates commotion at the Main Porch whenever there is any event going on, most of the time Valet is busy, they should either increase the staff during events.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the dining options, which offered a great variety of high-quality food. The location is convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Surat Marriott to anyone visiting the city and would be happy to stay here again.
