Fariyas Resort Lonavala

Amazing property wonderful stay almost everything was good. With a good gesture and good will everyone was helping us. Mostly we came through ms.kushi she was so sweet and elegant. Was really helpful through out the stay.

It’s a lovely property with heated pool. Rooms are very neat

The bingo was amazing an fun and lively . The stay was amazing but not as amazing as the food and the waterpark I really like staying here and it was very comfortable and all the activities were fun and everybody was so kind and lovely I really particularly like the water park because the slides were very fun they weren't dangerous and it was very fun the atmosphere was lovely location is amazing you got a beautiful view of everything and it was not very expensive and everything was really really clean especially the pool which was very warm and felt lovely to be in it wasn't overcrowded particularly at the time I went and it was still fun even though there wasn't many people. The carpet was very nice and so is the furniture everything is lovely and the bed was so comfortable there were no unneeded bugs and Skeeters or insects everywhere and it was so lovely with a nice atmosphere the rooms are amazing and very spacious they have lovely beds it's very nice inside and has everything you need it's not very noisy there's barely any noise and at night you can sleep very sadly inside your bed

Really enjoyed the stay and also the activities for family especially Housie. Akshay and Manvendra were the ones conducting it and Akshay anchored it well.

Lovely atmosphere, good clean rooms but a slightly creaking bed and a bit wobbly tap, in a premium room were the deterrents for us, good service though! Food in all the restaurants is very good and absolutely delicious, even the air fried items were crispy and delicious! Service given by Mr. Nuna at Tavern was fantastic! We loved the Schezwan sauce made by Raj Buhara, it was absolutely delicious! You will see many families with kids in peak holiday season, so the corridor was noisy at times. Overall we had a comfortable stay, though I'd have loved more peace and quiet.

The stay and food both were excellent.. The entire family enjoyed it. Special thanks to Suprina,Asha,Mala,prajwal,dami,remi, Harshada for food in the restaurant. Kripa as a manager Kavneet in the front desk.

We had a wonderful vacation here with my kids and parents. The buffet staff was very warm and welcoming, specially Asha, Sushma and Suprina, they were very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful meal. The indoor pool was lovely, they had games to keep everyone active and engaged. Rooms were clean, and very comfortable. Room service was quick to come set up our sofa bed at night. Front staff was lovely. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!!

We had an awesome stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time with the family. The water park was well maintained and nicely organized, making it a great experience for both kids and adults. A special thanks to Mr. Manvender from the safety team for ensuring all safety measures were in place. His support and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The staff was courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help. The food was good overall, and I would rate it 4/5. Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself is decent, but the service—especially in the restaurant—falls well below the standards expected of a star-rated property. I opted for the full-board package, which unfortunately turned out to be poor value for money. The buffet selection and quality were disappointing, and the service was even more disappointing. The chefs at the live counters lacked basic courtesy and professionalism in their interactions with guests. Over the course of my two-day stay, every meal was an unsatisfactory experience. I raised my concerns with the staff, but despite the feedback, nothing changed and the issue was handled quite casually.

One of the oldest and best maintained properties in Lonavla. Excellent staff and very helpful. Food is top notch and location very good. Waterpark make entertainment for kids and family. Many activities for kids to spent time. Certainly must stay.

Our stay at Fariyas was amazing. The resort location is amazing with view of hills covered in clouds. The staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Harshada and Suprina. Both of them were very attentive and helpful. They made our toddler feel like home and looked after her proactively. There are quite a few amenities in the resort. The temperature controlled pool was a bliss in this monsoon weather. Overall experience at Fariyas was great!

I specially came here for my daughters first birthday. Location of fariyas is amazing n safe for monsoon season. Atmosphere of resort is kid friendly. Rooms were hygeinic. Value for money. Very helping nature of staff. Specially asha and elis both of them wer darlings. I will come here again for sure.

Mala in the dinning area was excellent,her service was impeccable ,as we are senior citizens she made sure to get everything on the table for us with a lovely smile ,thank you ,god bless.

Fariyas Hotel, I would like to give 5* rating, Staff authentic, Genuine Service, receptionists are so kind, humble & beautiful in nature... Hygiene atmosphere, Room service is too good, Rooms are neat & clean, awesome food service, water activities fabulous, swimming pool & indoor games are available, healthy nature around Hotel, there is nothing to say negative... We are happy to visit here, would like to come again here... Here restaurant staff Aasha & Dami so humble, kind & very active in work, they gave us beautiful service, we are really thankful & grateful...

Amazing Stay at Fariyas Resorts. They have an indoor pool, which is the best part, especially with kids and when its raining. they also have a Waterpark attached to the property. Wonderful property beaufully landscaped. All staff are professional and courteous. Service in the restaurant is excellent. We had an excellent 3-day stay at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala. It was a wonderful experience for our entire family. There were plenty of fun activities for both kids and adults, including the zip line, water park, and kids' play zone. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The staff were very cooperative and always ready to help. A special thanks to hasina and rutuja , who was exceptionally caring, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. We look forward to visiting again!

The stay was very good. The buffet spread was good especially breakfast and ground staff was really helpful. Asha was very helpful and she guided and my parents through the buffet spread especially considering we are pure vegetarians. I would come again for this lovely experience.

It has been a lucky find for us. The hospitality and the service are truly excellent. Almost everything is perfect.....I say almost becuase weather is not part of the stay.... :) Ramesh ji the chef , sanjay , Ajit, Rana, suprina, dami...and the folks at the pool made it turly memorable experience.

Food and overall resort is very good. Mr.onkar, Ms.puja, Ms.saigita these guys have really done good job in food and dining for welcoming and serving .

Very happy with the food in the Asian Fusion restaurant and the Tattva Spa. Special mention to Omkar in Asian Fusion restaurant who was very considerate towards our dietary restrictions and customised meals for us perfectly. Very happy with the experience too. As always with Fariyas, the quick service remains their strength.

Worst experience, the room we got was so bad, I didn't expect a 5 star hotel having such rooms, the sofa cum bed is broken, we had to ask them to get other one, the bathroom has a bath tub but the bath tub is so dirty that you don't want to step in it, stains every where , floor tiles are broken , n the room feels so suffocating, fan not working properly, we called the mantaice people still the same, had really high hopes with this place but bad experience

Amazing set up for Corporate conferences... The staff are empowered to help you in every way they can and that makes the experience ever so enriching... Even for a family outing over the weekend, this is the most ideal location around this area.
