The location, staff behaviour and the cleanliness.

There was no full day in room dinning restaurant so difficult to manage with kids in odd hours.

Newly constructed hotel which was very neat and clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. Located next to the main maket.

Very well situated in Lonavala in a quite locality. Not on the main road but walking distance to restaurants etc. Great views of the hills etc from one side of the hotel from the higher floors. Excellent food in the restaurant with an impressive breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff right from the reception to the others in the hotel. Rooms are new, compact and well designed. Big car park inside the premises.

The cushion on the bed is too soft and can be improved.

Modern, neat and clean rooms. Service personnel were very helpful as well. Will highly recommend!

Price hiked on Sat-Sun, almost double. Rs14k for a 200sqft room is too much. No balcony, room closed completely.

I like restaurant service and staff service.

lack of proper infrastructure, hotel is missing facilities like GYM, Kids play area. Swimming pool is provided in open, which could not be used in rainy season. In addition, Toilet and bathroom size is very small.

There was nothing to dislike but just that the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm. I have a habit of eating late so had to order early than usual.

The staff were good. Decent breakfast and very friendly restaurant staff. Well maintained property. Good cleanliness. Ample and safe parking. Main road and good shops at walkable distance.

The swimming pool was really good, the food tasted excellent, if you are punjabi fan do try butter chicken, breakfast has a lot of options

Room service was slightly slow. Prices were high as compared to nearby restaurants

Overall the staff was very polite, service is very good. Very much baby friendly. They provided with service whenever needed.

Car parking was under tree which created a bit of mess on car. They should have cleaned the car. Rest everything was good.

Good location, quiet, clean and well looked after. Good evening meal in restaurant. Staff in restaurant very attentive.

Breakfast a bit insipid. Counter staff helpful to a degree but didn't go the extra mile eg would not give a second room key (no idea why, just repeated it was not possible). Booked a late check out but then asked us to move to a different room, ultimately we said no but it was rather awkward.

The location of the property is bang in the centre of Lonavala and very accessible

It can have may more facilities and activities but it currently has only a swimming pool for leisure

Loved this place, very close to the railway station. excellent breakfast and all other facilities. Would love to stay there again incase we visit Lonavla.

Rooms were beautiful, location was very convenient and the staff were very helpful.

There is no garden as shown in the images, it’s gone under construction so very little outside space. Also due to low occupancy they don’t provide buffet service for lunch or dinner and we need to choose from a limited set menu though buffet charges are included in the price. Breakfast buffet options are also very average.

Het is echt een viersterrenhotel. Het ziet er fantastisch uit en alles is echt klasse. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en het ontbijt is voortreffelijk.

Er is een zwembad, maar daar heb je niet zoveel aan, want het water is echt ijs- en ijskoud.

Great ambience. Was very well maintained. Staff is very humble and supportive. Restaurant provides wide range of fresh and delicious multi cuisine food.

The route to the hotel and the location could be better. Conspicuous signage and the approach road will help visitors.

The service was excellent. I visited two other hotels before coming here and this was the best one.

We loved our stay at Enrise. The hotel is new, the decor is beautiful european style and consistent across. The hotel staff is polite, courteous and warm. They also have a small swimming pool. The location is prime and walking distance from the market, main road & railway station. The restaurant food is delicious, they were sweet to accomodate our late night requests for Bournivta Milk for the kid. The hotel looks exactly as seen in Property Pictures on Booking.com. We loved our stay, especially our 6 YO kid. Highly recommended!

It's a great place to stay, i would like to thank Bulti for serving breakfast, The receptionist Aditi and each and everyone of the staffs. They were so kind and nice to me. I would like to visit again.

I like the staff and their on time services, rooms and everything was well maintained and clean. They attend each little or big issue if you have. Also, they helped in managing our extended days in their hotel at an affordable price. These all make your trip comfortable and homely.

The only thing that I didn't like was the food. People book hotels for good breakfast and meals too. In that, I hope they will improve as we had mentioned in our feedback. In the swimming pool, I noticed people were going casually and no one was wearing a swimming costume, all were in casual wear, that was not appropriate for swimming lovers.
