They charged me for my 2 kids instead of booking online via booking.com . They told that I have not mentioned the age online that's why, that was very silly. I didn't argued much and paid them nearly 1500

Rooms sizeable but poorly maintained. Latch, toilet lid broken. Overall cleanliness was not good water dripping from ceiling. Had to request for bath and hand towels. Booking.com GST bill?

Paid Rs 12500 for a nights stay with breakfast and was very very disappointed. Not at all worth the money. Breakfast was also very average. When you are charging this amount am sure guests expect much more. Room also very ok, nothing great. Overall very average experience

We recently stayed at Picaddle Resort, Lonavala, and safe to say, it was a completely disappointing experience that fell far short of basic expectations. Despite paying a premium price, the resort is poorly maintained and unhygienic. The water park and swimming pool were dirty and not properly cleaned, which was very off-putting. We booked an Executive Room—expecting a higher-category experience—only to be assigned a very average room on the ground floor. To make matters worse, the room was situated right next to their massive generator set. The constant, deafening noise made it practically impossible to get a decent night's sleep. For the price they charge, the quality, maintenance, and basic peace of mind are non-existent. Absolutely not worth the money. Would not recommend

Very Disappointing spa services My experience at Meritas Picaddle Resort was extremely disappointing. Despite charging a premium price, the spa experience was far from professional. The staff appeared uninterested, spent more time passing time than providing proper service, and their behavior was rude and unprofessional. There was very little attention to customer comfort or service quality, making the entire experience feel like a waste of money. I raised my concerns with the management, but instead of seriously addressing the issue, no meaningful action was taken. For the amount charged, I expected trained professionals and respectful customer service, but unfortunately received neither. I reported these concerns to management, but instead of addressing the issues seriously, my feedback was not handled appropriately and no visible action was taken. For the price charged, the quality of service and hospitality was far below expectations. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves staff professionalism, cleanliness, and service standards. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

This is my second trip here, and trust me I m very Happy with the hospitality given here. The manager Jeevesh and restaurant people were too humble in nature and especially Jeevesh had helped me getting the room I wished to have. Thank u sooo much Meritas...ur hospitality has been commendable always..wish to come again in future

The resturant staff,the room boy(who gets the luggage from the car)And Sadhana at the booking office were pleasant to talk to. But they still haven't given me any feed back regarding my lost clothes.

1)The matress in room 115 was very uncomfortable. 2)My clothes were stolen from the room. 3)When we tried to complain .The. manager Jeevesh and another junior were very cooperative.While were talking another senior lady manager came and started shouting nobody will take your old clothes.That was very insulting . How did she assume my clothes were old?? And instead of apologising for the theft she started shouting.It is totally unacceptable behaviour.

Actually we could not have breakfast as the spread had mix of veg and non veg. Our choice is purely vegetarian.

Information about local site seeing should be on display. Also the food article kept in the lobby need to change.

Rude staff. Clothes were stolen from executive room 125 Instead of apolizing.The so called manager Ms Mrunmai Champanekar started shouting and saying nobody will take your old clothes. How did she assume the clothes were old?? The hotel staff started ringing the bell at 9.30 am when the check out time is 11.30 am. When my daughter complaint the manager refused to believe her .As luck would have it the room boy came to the counter at that time my daughter recognized him and he admitted to ringing the bell at 9.30 am.

Make sure to dine at Restaurant Picadore—excellent food at a fair price. The water park and pools are pristine and well-managed. Overall, a great atmosphere and a place we look forward to returning to."

Water park and other facilities for kids are good. Food options as well as quality is good. Other facilities for adults like spa, gymnasium and saloon also available in the premises.

Extremely disappointing experience. I genuinely regret booking this hotel. 1. Swimming pool is unusable – The water is ice cold, literally like ice. No temperature control at all. If you’re planning to use the pool, avoid this hotel completely from November to February. Totally pointless to even have a pool. 2. Wi-Fi hardly works – Internet connectivity in the room is pathetic. If you’re travelling for work or need stable Wi-Fi, this hotel will frustrate you badly. 3. Overpriced and not worth it at any cost – Even if this hotel is available for ₹2000, I would strongly suggest DO NOT BOOK. I paid ₹9000 for a so-called “normal room” and got absolutely nothing special in return. This hotel is nowhere close to the price it charges. Poor facilities, poor value for money, and a complete let-down. Save your money and choose literally any other hotel.

Breakfast menu was one of the best one I had in all my Indian hotel stays. Room was clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. I am going to stay here again.

The ambience was quiet minimalistic and good, amenities were awesome with a big swimming pool and waterpark,the water was quiet cold tho as we visited in winters,the water was crystal clear,they had a game room with tt and snooker and carrom,air hockey and os4 in it,the rooms were big spacious and aesthetic,with good amenities and fast housekeeping support,the food was tasty, they had comparatively lesser options in breakfast tho,but the taste was still nice, Mr.prince was also very helpful and informative while Booking and other info,value for money

We go regularly to picadel day by day the service and ambiance is getting more and more reduced.

We booked 3 rooms. 2 of them where smelling very bad. The premises near the pool was also smelling. Very bad experience. I was with my relatives for 1 night stay and insisted them to stay at this hotel.

Room was not maintained. Booking was for executive room but provided room not even up to the standard. Provided room and the report is not value for money.

Tha breakfast was well provided,except the ready made tea was often short for the demand and in some cases it never arrived.

Reciepts should be given after every payment without asking.This is mot the case as I found it. The floors in the lifts were very dirty.Attention to keep it clean will help.

The negligence of swimming pool staff(despite multiple requests the water park wouldn't open),they used to make me run from pin to pillar while waiting for it to open. The, head cleaners entering the room without knocking, invading privacy. It was just not good.

Amazing location, right in the centre of city. It was very pleasant in the month of November, The hospitality is commendable. Children friendly and jain friendly too. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The entire staff, right from the reception staff, to housekeeping, to hotel piccadore, hotel veggies and hotel brocolli staff were super humble and helpful always. The pool area was awesome and the slides for children and adults were cherry on the cake. Must visit when in Lonavala

Initially, the experience wasn’t good as we faced some issues but on second day we were escalated by the room decor and customer service. Would like to visit again.

I had a truly relaxing and refreshing experience at the spa. From the moment I arrived, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. A special thank you to Manager Sagar, who was extremely professional and attentive. He ensured everything was well-organized and made me feel taken care of from start to finish. His friendly and courteous approach added a personal touch that really enhanced my overall experience. Also, a big thank you to Toni, my foot massage therapist. Toni was fantastic—very skilled, attentive, and knowledgeable. The foot massage was incredibly soothing and helped relieve a lot of tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality spa services with excellent staff!

I Had a very pleasant stay at Meritas picaddle resort. Resort has waterpark which is the highlight of the property. All the staff is very cooperative. Special mention to sameer f&b staff. Aniket, Mansi and Prem at reception were very amazing. I will definitely visit again to enjoy the waterpark properly.

The pictures shown in booking website n their official website are taken when the hotel was new. It was very disappointing for the price it is not worth it at all. The washroom with tub I booked and it wasn’t clean at all as soon as I entered I was shocked to see this . There are black flies everywhere n no cleanliness maintained. The pool and the water slide is as the only good attraction in the hotel but that also had dead mosquitoes The place is made very well but not maintained at all The staff friendly ness n attitude is very good n down to earth n all staff are nice but they are helpless I guess Overall very disappointing experience

We stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala and had a really enjoyable time. It's just near the market area very much feasible to travel around nearby famous spots. The food here is delicious with multiple cuisine options. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—the spread was generous with a good mix of Indian and continental dishes. The staff serving at breakfast were warm and attentive, which made mornings feel extra special. A few items could be seasoned better, but overall it was satisfying. The rooms and property were neat and well-maintained. Common areas, the pool, and the dining section were kept tidy, which added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Service was prompt in most cases, and we really appreciated their courteous approach throughout our stay. The in-house water park was a highlight—perfect for kids and families to relax and have fun. The swimming pool and slides were enjoyable and well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. Overall Meritas Picaddle is a family-friendly resort with great food, good cleanliness, and truly warm hospitality. The water park adds a fun element, especially for kids. The water park was very dirty and ordered food arrived quite late. Not very good for pure vegetarians either. Lunch and dinner are not imcluded in the hotel expenses and need to be paid separately. Overall not worth the money and locality is also not so good.

Behaviour of hotel staff was very rude. I had an experience that hotel is doing me a favour by allowing me to stay in their hotel. They have excuses for everything. I do not recommend anyone for stay.

After conducting research, I selected Meritas Piccadale. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms,spacious suite which we had booked and additional facilities with top-notch amenities,water park,play zone,Spa,delicious with good spread of Buffet Breakfast and attentive staff. I highly recommend it. It left us with great memories. Thanks Mr Kunaal for being always responding my queries and providing us Pick n drop cab facilities too.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Lonavla. We stayed there for 3 nights. The standard checkin time is 1pm but we got our room at 2.45pm since the room wasn’t ready. Even after repetitive calls there was no room service done for 48 hours. No bottles of water were provided on time. The slides on the garden were full of dirt. While asking the housekeeping about the same, we got to know that cleaning of slides is done only if someone requests them to do so. Children could not play on the slides as it was filled with dust everywhere and was clearly not cleaned since almost a month. The restaurant service was also a total turn off. After placing an order for cold coffee, we got to know after 45 mins that the waiter had forgotten to place the order to the chef. The jacuzzi wasn’t working for 3 days and got fixed on the day of our checkout. Overall it was a pathetic experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was visiting pune and had to take a break as I was travelling from gujarat. I halted in Picaddle to take a rest from my ride. It is very peaceful and relaxing even though it is situated near the highway. I had very nice sleep and felt fresh for my ride ahead The food is very delicious, one must try their Romali khakra in the Veggies restaurant. Monica is very friend and helpful server there.

Situated in the heart of Lonavala Picaddle resorts is one of the amazing resorts. Very convenient to travel as it is close to railway station, market and highway as well. Staff is very friendly and nice. They helped us with smooth and quick check in. Jacky the bellboyis very sweet and provided with all the information for resort. I will definitely visit with my mom and dad again

Visiting lonvala after 7 years and picaddle is where we stayed. My kids enjoyed the water park and game zone and also loved their pasta in picadore. The rooms are neat, clean and tidy with all the basic amenities. Khushboo form their house keeping helped us our request of providing 2 floor mattresses for our baby. Over all had fun and enjoyed their food as well. We will come back again

Relaxing rooms after stressful training session is the only requirement that I had and picaddle helped me with the same. Smiley faces in the restaurant make you feel welcomed and happy. The rooms are comfortable and worth for what you pay. Had some trouble with the door lock but was assisted with the staff very efficiently. Thank you all the staff for nice stay

I visited with my friends to Picaddle Resort and it was my first time with my school friends. We United after very long and we had memorable reunion. We enjoyed in the rooms, front desk staff provided us with interconnected rooms and it was fun. The only thing is that their lounge was not operational but rest everything was very nice. The restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly and accomodated all our requests. Their SPA is very relaxing and the therapists are very well trained. Will come back to this resort with my family

The room air conditioner was very ineffective. It didn’t cool at all. Moreover even the fan used to operate in extreme speeds either very slow which was completely unusable or very fast. There was no Middle speed. I couldn’t sleep for the full night. Also the toilet seats were broken. Considering the cost of the resort, it’s expected that such things are taken care of.

We travelled for the first time in lonavala and we were very confused about where to go and which resort to book. Then, we came across Picaddle Resort and it was one of our best decision to come here. My son enjoyed in waterpark and would not come out of it. All the staff is very friendly and hospitable especially the restaurant staff. Thank you for making our trip memorable. Will visit again with friends.

Whenever we visit lonavala we only come to Picaddle resort and this time it was special as we came with our grandson. We enjoyed each and every moment with him and he enjoyed playing in the garden especially the swing. All the staff is very friendly and they accommodated all our request as he is only 11 months Olds we had some diet instructions and chef helped us with the same. We will surely visit again when he grows up.

Picaddle is the only place we go when we come to lonavala. This was our 3 visit and this time it was very special as we visited with our grandson. All the moments with him are precious especially when you have such amazing and accomodating staff. Right from room to food every request of our was accomodate with staff. They really went above and below for helping us with the food requests for our grandson. I would like to mention onima on the front desk and aman in the restaurant for helping us out. We will visit again with him when he grows up. Thank you everyone for such lovely memories.

A well deserved applause for the entire team of Meritas Group. We were a group of 108 people - Corporate event. With such high quantity, chaos is expected. But to our surprise, everything went so smoothly, that no external efforts was needed to maintain the order. Special thanks to Mr.Rahul for calmly looking after the management of our group and catering to all the special requests we made. Leha mam and Onima did a great job in handling the check in and the check out process. Mr.Jacky was helpful in fulfilling any assistance that was needed. And Mr.Sushrut from the Sales team, who looked after the entire booking procedure and was patient enough to understand our needs & wants.

Had an amazing stay at Meritas Picaddle Resort, Lonavala! The resort offers a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with beautiful views. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The water park and pool were a highlight, making it a fun retreat for friends.

Had gone for a corporate gathering and all the service was good, From reception to handling. Food quality was good as well. The staff was very considerate of our requests and needs. The room quality was great. Our company has arranged a few events and all those events were successful with the support and facilities at the Resort.
