Lovely peaceful property Staff are so courteous and caring. Shout out to John for sorting out all tours cars and spa. Roshni in the restaurant was a delight and a ray of sunshine, nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay despite not seeing a tiger.

My stay at the hotel is a very memorable one. Friendliness of every staff member , their eagerness to make me feel comfortable, attending and responding to my requests ( no matter how small) was commendable. Great selection of food. Room was very spacious and fully equipped with all the facilities that I needed. Loved the ambience , hospitality and attention to detail by the hotel staff to make their customers stay a very memorable one ❤️

El personal és molt atent i servicial, pendent en tot moment del que puguis necessitar. L'hotel disposa d'espais i habitacions àmplies. L'esmorzar i el sopar són variats i de qualitat, l'afternoon tea és un bon detall pels hostes. Ens van oferir una millora a una habitació amb una petita piscina, perquè estan reformant la piscina de l'hotel i no està disponible.

La ubicació. L'hotel queda en mig del no res, allunyat de tot, encara que a prop de l'entrada al parc. L'accés és complicat, ja que és un camí de sorra amb força desnivells i sots.

Loved everything- the absolute “over and above” helpfulness of the manager and staff in general was amazing. Safari was great (aim for zones 1-6, and pre-book!), thank you to hotel for organising. Food was also great (thanks to chef!) and service fantastic (thanks Roshani!). Room and bed very comfortable, clean and relaxing.

Wonderful staff and property. The food selection was amazing. We travelled with kids and senior citizen. Every member of the staff was absolutely a delight to be with. Friendly, courteous and warm. The staff in the restaurant are super accommodative and are always welcoming you with a smile. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank you bookmark for making our holiday extra special. Special thanks to the GM Karan Bakshi. Definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a holiday to Ranthambore.

The only place where there is scope for improvement is housekeeping. Not a major issue but some minor things that they could work on

The food & beverage team was EXCELLENT, Mr.Rahul & his team members Partima & all others were a highly motivated Team,always smiling,delivering their Best. The breakfast buffet was good,lot of variety,which was unexpected. Housekeeping team is a bit lax,towels & linen were not crisp & of high standard. Resort needs to look into the cleaniless & housekeeping standards to raise the bar higher & make the exorbitant tarrif justified. Overall experience was good. Front desk needs to have a justified tie up with pvt.operators for Safari. The price aspect should b controlled & hv some limitations. Our special thnx to Mr.Rahul & sweet Partima & 1 or 2 more members whose names i m forgetting now. They made our stay Happy,Memorable & good.

Housekeeping team was a bit lax,upkeep & cleanliness can definitely b improved. Safari tie ups wd tour operators need to b better to help the guests wd reasonable bookings. We had to come bk wdout doing the safari,even after booking our tkts in advance @2300rspp. The whole Safari thing is a very BIG SCAM where everyone is making money

We stayed at Bookmark Resorts, Jogi Mahal, Ranthambore for two nights. First of all, we would like to highlight the hotel staff — everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and eager to help. From reception to restaurant service, the team was warm, professional and truly did their best. For this, they deserve full praise.

However, overall, this hotel feels more like an attempt at a five-star property rather than a true five-star experience. We received an upgrade to a room with a small private pool, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the room itself raised several concerns: • the wardrobe and luggage shelf are located inside the bathroom, which is a very unusual architectural decision — due to constant humidity, clothes and luggage became damp very quickly, forcing us to keep suitcases in the main room; • the shower cabin does not close properly, so water leaks out every time; • the small private courtyard with the pool feels poorly designed and is separated from neighboring areas by a cheap-looking green barrier, which significantly affects the atmosphere; • next to the pool there is an untidy patch of land with small debris, which does not match expectations at this level. The common areas also fall short of a five-star standard. The open restaurant terrace, for example, is a very basic space with just a few tables — it lacks greenery, design and a sense of comfort or ambiance. Food was decent, but again, not at a level one would expect from a five-star hotel — there is clear room for improvement. Another surprising issue is the access road to the hotel. The road is in very poor condition and realistically passable only by an SUV. It is unclear why neighboring hotels in the area have not coordinated to create a proper access road, as this significantly affects the arrival experience. In summary: excellent and very dedicated staff, but the property itself — from architecture and maintenance to common areas and dining — requires substantial improvement to truly meet five-star expectations.

Wonderful warm and hospitable team. Especially Roshni and Paromita at the restaurant who went above and beyond to make my children feel so comfortable. Entire staff has the Rajastani hospitality attitude. Lots of green spaces for kods tp play cricket, football etc. The hotel has sports equipment. The heated provate pool was a great hit with my children.

Lovely, clean room with a plunge pool. Overall, the resort was well maintained and very clean. The staff were incredibly attentive, obliging and friendly. The restaurant was great. Suneel (the chef) was excellent. He checked on us each and every meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. The waitresses, Pratima and Roshni, were outstanding.

I had some unhappy initial communications with the resort when I booked on the booking.com platform. Having received a confirmed booking on booking.com (with free cancellation), the resort then wanted a deposit from me - and would not guarantee my booking otherwise. I asked booking.com to intervene and then the booking was confirmed without a deposit. All of this left me feeling uneasy… until I got to the resort and everything was excellent.

It was a very beautiful property. Well maintained. Clean. Big grounds. The staff was unbelievable. So helpful & kind. Especially in the restaurant.

The road to get there was really bumpy and a little confusing to get to. Would have liked for there to have been an option to book a safari when booking hotel.

Its a good property and overall a good stay! We pretty much ate all our meals at the resort as its a little away from the main city! The service and the staff members were outstanding. They have local live music, performances and some crafts in the evening. So it ket the kids entertained.

The resort, service and overall experience was fantastic! We especially loved the food which was top quality. They also have two gardens, evening entertainment including some traditional Rajasthani music and dance and also a variety of other activities. The staff and hotel management was excellent and went out to their way to arrange a VIP Safari in Ranthambore national park. Was a brilliant experience overall and would certainly return to the resort in the future!

Certainly not a 5 star property by general hotel standards. Probably an International 3.5/4* which is comfortable and functional but not luxurious. Small things like phone not working in room, missing door in one of the showers, intermittent shower temp etc. could use better maintenance.

Zusammen mit meinem Vater durfte ich 2 unbergessliche Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Resort verbringen. Dieser wird von einem sehr freundlichen Manager geführt, welcher sich täglich bei den Gästen über deren Wohlbefinden informiert und individuelle Buchungswünsche umsetzt. Unter anderem wurde eine halbtägige Birdwachting-Tour mit einem Birdingspezialisten organisiert. Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem gut geschult und freundlich. Das Küchenpersonal hat uns täglich mit neuen Köstlichkeiten überrascht - wir fühlt uns wie im kulinarischen Himmel🙏🤩 Unser Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und modern, mit einem privaten Pool und aussen Dusche. Zusammengefasst können wir den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Resort jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Bookmark Resorts, Jogi Mahal is immaculate. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained and all the staff are exceptionally attentive and polite. Upon arriving the welcome was personalised and luxury, this continued throughout our stay. The food was great quality and the menu was significant. The private pool & outside shower was a plus! The hotel team were kind enough to help with a train ticket booking for later in our travel. Would highly recommend staying if visiting Ranthambore!

Not an issue at all, dinner service starts at 19:30. If I had the choice I’d have food a little earlier.

It is a stunning property with exceptional staff.Great hospitality.We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made it very special for us.They decorated our room and arranged a cake as well. My husband doesn’t eat garlic so the prepared some dishes especially for him. Overall I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for luxury and pampering.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We were given a free room upgrade and got a beautiful room with a pool. Both the room and the hotel are very new and clean. The staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and friendly throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we also loved the evening traditional dance show. A special thank-you to the GM Mr Karan for going out of his way to organize our safari at the very last moment. We truly appreciated the care and effort.

The resort was beautiful and the staff incredibly attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was so lovely, and the kitchen staff were amazing. They made us so many different dishes, all delicious and flavorful. Thanks to Pratima, Suneel, Ajeba, Monika, and everyone else (sorry, I don’t remember everyone’s name) who was so kind and helpful during our stay.

Our recent stay at Bookmark Jogi Mahal Resort, Ranthambore was nothing short of delightful. A special mention must go to Mr. Karan Bakshi, the General Manager, whose quiet yet perceptive hospitality sets the tone for the entire property. He carries a rare ability to make guests feel both valued and at home. Every interaction with him reflected thoughtfulness and genuine care. At the front desk, Ajeba deserves heartfelt thanks for going the extra mile to arrange complimentary bedding for our daughter without us even having to ask. Such gestures make travelling with family so much easier. Dolly, too, from the front desk, radiated warmth and efficiency, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs with a smile. No review of this resort would be complete without appreciating the culinary experience. Chef Saroj Kumar Behera and his team deserve no less than applause for the spread they created. The Junglee Mutton and Laal Maas carried authentic flavours of Rajasthan, while the Chilli Paneer and Dal Makhni were cooked to perfection — soulful, comforting, and beautifully presented. Their ability to blend tradition with finesse elevated every meal. And finally, a heartfelt note for the service staff who brought everything together: Suneel, Roshni, Pratima, and Nisha. Their empathy, promptness, and quiet attentiveness were remarkable — always there when needed but never intrusive. They made dining and day-to-day needs seamless and pleasant. Bookmark Jogi Mahal Resort isn’t just a beautiful property; it’s a place where people make you feel special. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a promise to return.

Breakfast selection is very good. They make dishes fresh to order. South Indian food is tasty. They also give good healthy juice options to start with. The team is very good. Always there to handle our needs. It was lovely interacting with Mr. Ajeba at the reception; he explained all activities in detail and helped us plan a trip to the Fort and Ganesh Temple. This is a must-visit. This resort is at a very good location; the approach road is a mud road but easily accessible.

The location is very close to the main zone 1 to 5. We visited the Ranthambore Fort with an English-speaking guide. It was a great experience, and we got to see a hyena on the way. The arrangements made by the resort with the guide were excellent. The dining experience was very good. Mr. Surya and Mr. Rahul go out of their way to ensure our food is perfect and to our taste. I wish Zone 1-5 were open but as told, the main zone opens on 1st Oct

We had an awesome time. Such big rooms. We paid extra for an upgrade to the Luxury room with a heated pool with your room. It was perfect . Food was good and service is smart The hotel spa was very good too but expensive but they extended a 20% Discount as we booked from Booking.com. Breakfast had a good variety too. The dosa was very good. Sambar could be better . Overall an excellent experience..

We loved the welcome by the team. Mr. Ajeba was great at handling our request on arrival for a king size bed. We were escorted to the hotel and Monica gave us a good explanation of the hotel activites. While the hotel had less rooms booked the services were good. Restaurant Mr. Surya was always there to take care of our needs. The variety offered even without a buffet spread was excellent. The chef made a few dishes to our liking with less spice and less oil. Will be back again in November.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bookmark Resorts Jogi Mahal this July! We booked a room with the plunge pool which was an absolute highlight – it felt so private and refreshing, and truly added a special touch to our getaway. The property was spotless, with every corner maintained beautifully, and the overall vibe was so peaceful that it instantly put us in vacation mode. The staff was very welcoming and the service was great. Waking up to the calm surroundings and ending the day with a dip in our own pool made the experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to be back during the safari season!

Food could have been better.

Everything about this beautiful resort was eye catching and the services accorded were exceptional..! All the staff very polite and efficient and i must point out one particular person Mr. Rahul.... A great gentleman and attended to all our needs especially the dietary part... 10/10 for his service accorded to us... A big thank you..!

Lovely comfortable room which was really nicely decorated. They upgraded us to a pool room as well which was amazing :) the shower was one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel - so big and powerful. The breakfast was also a good spread. The staff were also nice. Good location only 10 minutes to the tiger reserve.

The main WiFi didn’t work for us (and you could only have two devices total on that) but they did sort this problem by giving us a router in our room. The main bar was also not operational (we assume because we were travelling out of season). The drinks menu was quite limited and could be more descriptive eg. It said “Cocktails” and “aerated beverages” “wine” instead of listing which wines, cocktails etc are available. We weren’t told about any entertainment but stumbled across some men playing drums and dancing and singing on our way back to our room. It would be good if they told you about this on check-in. But overall a lovely stay!

Great breakfast, and dinner was delicious - some of the best food we had in India and they gladly added more spice y the curries when we asked :) such helpful staff too, Karan the general manager couldn’t do more for us whether it be organising drivers for onwards travel, our safaris - nothing was too much bother. the pool was beautiful appointed & a great sunspot. overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay, and excellent food. They even gave us complimentary high tea, as we were very tired when we reached in the evening. The cleanliness was upto the point. We really were very comfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly, special thanks to Ashish and Rahul who really looked after us. The resort is in a great location for safari, especially for zone 3. The breakfast was a buffet with lots to offer.

There is something missing, it’s a five star resort without having a feel of a five star resort in the room. The interior design of the rooms could be nicer. The road leading to the hotel is hard to find in the evening/night.

Our stay at Bookmark Resort Jogi Mahal was wonderful! Everything, from the staff to the room, the service, the food, and the personalized attention we got, was a delight to experience. An exceptional feature was the hot water private pool for every room. Especially I would like to thank the GM Mr. Karan, Mr. Rahul, Lakshya, Prakash, and the staff in the restaurant and the maintenance staff. Nowhere did we see anything but commitment to the guests' comfort. Thank you.

The approach road to the resot is still unmade, and I hope it comes up very soon. Some group activities or games might be nice to have.

The staff was friendly, especially the people helping us with the luggage and the staff in the restaurant. The food was tasty. The spa is very good also, and the hotel facilities look very nice.

There are a few things we didn't like: 1) Our room was cold. The AC unit does not generate hot air. The hotel gave us a smaller heating unit but it didn't do much to warm us up. 2) The plunge pool was too cold and unusable. It is also dirty on the side. 3) After dining at the restaurant, I suffered from food poisoning in the next day, which significantly hindered my trip. I am confident that the issue was something from there because I did not eat anywhere else that day. 4) Our safari scheduling experience was very bad. We had booked via the government website, which is bad enough as it is, but the hotel did not really help us navigate that confusion. Instead, I was at the lobby trying to communicate with the reception from 10pm until midnight, ultimately having to pay an additional 500 rupees to some external travel agent who solved all our problems immediately. I don't know why that was not presented to us an option right off the bat. We understand that the hotel isn't all to blame for this because the government system for booking safaris is terrible in itself, but the hotel also contributed to our experience worsening. 5) Our communication with the reception was often difficult because of a language barrier. That often led to misunderstandings and confusion.

Loved the staff, always polite and ready to help . Food was amazing. Good variety from Indian, Italian and pan Asian. Having booked from booking com we got some additional discounts on food and spa... Very close to the forest zone 1-5 but this time of the year only zone 6-10 operate. Hotel front desk helped us in booking the private jeep.... Seemless arrangements. Will come back in October.

One night stay, Excellent Stay. Great food and service. Young team is very helpful and attentive. Must book your safari in advance with the hotel. They were able to block the safari for us. Will come back for a longer stay.
