One room was small compared to other and paid extra cash amount compared what was shown in bookings.com

The bedsheets are not good and bathroom amenities are not provided also bath towel is very bad.. it’s far from Guruvayur temple so compared to nearest hotels the room rate is high

For that price our stay was really worth it, seriously had alot of fun staying there And gotta a say the breakfast was really tasty

Wifi was not working when we landed. Hotwater was not even lukewarm, they had iron bars in the bathroom which was rusted.at times water stopped.

The maintainance is not good. I informed about one complaint and went outside morning and came back at night. But it was not taken care. The complaint was balcony door was not closing. Then the food is not sufficient there. Only very few.

The facilities were not upto the mark. The bathroom door was rusted. They said many toiletries will be provided but it was not there . Also the location is a bit inside. At night we cannot walk and come.

I regret to say that we had a very bad experience. We expected at least basic cleanliness, but there was dust everywhere in the room and the toilet is smelly. We stayed here for the purpose of visiting the temple. It seems like the same bed sheets were just reused. The hot water was barely available and seemed to be just for namesake. If the company truly wants to improve the quality of this facility, please maintain the rooms properly and conduct a deep cleaning. Please take this review seriously and address the issues mentioned.

Our overall stay was ok.

However, a few points could be considered for future improvement: It was a heavy downpour during our visit. After getting drenched in the rain and entering the room, we noticed there was no provision for a door mat, which made it inconvenient to keep the space clean. The pillows provided were not comfortable. Though we had confirmed the availability of hot water, it was not accessible early in the morning. Despite informing the reception, no solution was provided, and all of us, including the child, had to bathe in cold water. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed a couple of cockroaches near the cot and flies in the washroom. Although a kettle was available in the room, stirrers or sticks to mix beverages were not provided. All of the above points were brought to the attention of the receptionist during our stay. We hope these are taken into consideration to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Could not avail as we had to leave at 6 am

After check out transport to the railway station was not available at 6 am. We had to pull our luggage up to the main road which might have be around 300 mtrs from the hotel. Inquired at the reception whether they could arrange any transport, the response was negative. This is a very big short-come of the property. As food is not served here we were told that Zomato / Swiggy was the option. As we were on pilgrimage and did not want to risk ordering from non-veg serving restaurants. Luckily there was a pure veg resturant on the main road (300 odd mtrs). In the afternoon we walked up the restaurant for our lunch. You could consider some arrangement for such veg restaurants. The staff at the check in time were very courteous. The house keeping staff were too very good.

Plz tell us to provide a good wash basin system in the toilet. The present system is outdated, and not fit for a reputed brand stay accommodation. Now, its finished on anglers, with almost cursive, and may harm full for guest. More, the management should provide break fast and other amenities on time., As u know, its litile far, from the main road, so, they have to arrange minimum, facilities like, chilled water and other refreshments, with a payment option, will help the guest.. in future.

Poor service from booking.com. Filtered and selected room with breakfast option, but while checking in the staff said breakfast was not available. Talked with booking.com customer care and they said I have selected rooms without breakfast option. I don't understand why I have to select another option while I have clearly selected a room with breakfast. The customer service agent didn't answer my queries and hung up the phone.

Property location is walkable from Guruvayoor temple

I had booked 4 rooms, in which 2 were good but the other 2 had a bad smell and when asked about it, the staff leisurely said the smell was from the bathroom and he couldn't do anything about it as there were no other rooms available. Worst experience ever, lost trust in treebo properties.

The room was spacious and clean. Even the location is calm and quite and very much walkable to mammiyur and Guruvayoor temple.

The complimemtary breakfast could have been much better. The breakfast timings are just one hour wherein everything gets finished within the first half an hour. The menu is also poor when compared to the room rent.The dining area could have been in an interior place rather than on the roof top as it's sunny during the day and is very hot.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The checkout time felt a bit early, and it would be great if the hotel could extend it later for added convenience.
