ウェルカムドリンクのライチジュースが美味しかったです　ベッドが広くてよく眠れました 朝ごはんも美味しく頂きました　

Buffet was good. Staff were very helpful especially when assisting with luggage transfer. Clean and quiet area. Always felt safe walking around. Queen bed & room size was pretty good. Not the newest or fanciest hotel, but a solid affordable option. Offered toiletries and pjs.

Staff are amazing! Breakfast options were great. Close to Disney.

The stay was wonderful, with the friendly staff and breakfasts. The hotel's location is very quiet and close to train stations for getting around the city. The beds were comfortable and the daily cleaning was 100%.

Hotel di buon livello adeguato al prezzo pagato camera spaziosa e silenziosa, abbondante colazione giapponese scarsa la versione continentale. Ubicato in quartiere nuovo arioso e tranquillo a 500 metri dalla metro e a 20 minuti a piedi da Ginza e dal mercato del pesce.

Room was bigger than expected. The free buffet breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Was a great start to our vacation.

LOVED my stay here. rooms were so spacious. perfect for my group of three. definitely my favorite hotel from my entire trip. the location was a tiny bit of a walk from a station, but can’t complain honestly.

There are elevators that bring the guests to all floors (Expedia incorrectly listed it has having no elevators). Food selection for the breakfast buffet was great, menu alternates every other day. Our room was spacious & clean. Staff was courteous. This will be our default hotel when we visit again.

一人で泊まりました。ツインだったので、広々としていて快適でした。 アメニティやコーヒー、紅茶などもフロント付近で自由にもらえるのが嬉しいです。 朝食付きで、朝食バイキングは和と洋両方バランスよくあるので、何を食べようか悩みました。 ただ、客室の音が廊下に漏れやすいので、その点は注意が必要です。

Great space and close to bus and train stations. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Had supermarket and pharmacy a block away. Only complaint are the pillows. Besides that it was great.

ツインでしたが思っていたより部屋も広くて綺麗でした。アメニティもいっぱいあって満足です。

荷物の預かりもスムーズにしていただけて、その際にチェックインもしてもらって帰ってきた時には直ぐにお部屋に通していただけたので嬉しかったです。 お部屋自体も広く快適でぐっすり寝ることができました。ありがとうございました！

There was one staff member who didn’t speak English. I can speak some Japanese but we had a very difficult time communicating with each other. Didn’t realize it would cost an extra 4,000 yen for sheets for the pull out bed. There were 4 of us in a room, but only 2 pillows with pillow cases on them. When I tried to explain we need 2 more pillow cases, he just looked at me. There are so many hotels in Tokyo, and unfortunately would not stay at this one again. The carpet in the check in area and our room were dirty, our kids didn’t want to take a shower because it was dirty. Thankfully only stayed here one night to go to the Toyosu fish auction the next morning. Side note- it’s almost a 1 mile walk to Toyosu.

Great hotel for the price. Stayed 4 nights. Very nice neighborhood. Close to train station. Best buffet breakfast ive had at a hotel, and it's included with the room price. Comfortable beds. Average 25 minute train ride to most turist attractions. Would definitely go back.

建物は古いが、リノベーションで綺麗に。外国人宿泊者が多く、とてもうるさかった。 朝ご飯がついており、良かったです。

シャワー後の寝巻き（？）、上下別のとても着心地の良い、肌触りの良いものが用意されています。 スリッパも有ります。様々なアメニティも、全て心配ありません！

Hotel facilities is good, room is so spacious , we got a room with two single bed at 23sqm, and plenty of space when my husband is doing packing. The staffs is super helpful and friendly. I will recommended my son to stay here when he is visiting Tokyo in September. The only think to complaint is about 8mins walk to the train stations .

We tried 2 types of rooms during our stay in Tokyo. The Deluxe Twin Room, Non Smoking (45㎡) is highly recommended if you have 3 people or more. the room size is amazingly huge especially in a place like Tokyo. It is relatively close to the subway system. breakfast is awesome.

Had to go for food expo that was a good location. I could even walk it to the markets and I was very happy with the hotel. Breakfast was fine.

Such a shame to be charged for every extra hour because of an early check in after 13 hours flight and 2 hours customs and transport.

위치도, 시설도, 조식도 좋았어요! 다만 더블룸과 트리플 사이에 금액 차이가 큰 것에 비해 엑스트라 베트 추가 뿐이라 좀 그랬어요. 다음번에도 기회가 되면 또 갈 계학입니다.

one of the beat place

正直あまり期待せずに行ったが、宿泊とセットでついている朝食も柳川飯やそばなどもあり、おかずの種類もポイントを抑えたものが用意されていて大変満足できました。朝食会場のスタッフ数も十分おり、片付けや声がけも行き届いていました。 チェックアウトする際にも、「観光されるのならば荷物は預かりますよ」と声がけもいただき、気働きが垣間見れました。 駐車場も隣接した場所にいくつもあり、コンビニスーパーも近く便利で、また利用したいと思いました。

立地、食事、スタッフさんの対応など良かった点が多いです。室内に謎の木材が敷かれており気になりましたが、基本的に室内も清潔で満足してます。お客さんがいても挨拶なしのスタッフさんがいた事で少しマイナスな印象を持ちました。

地點在高級住宅區，離地鐵站只是簡單步程，酒店房間大和新淨，我們住的那邊雖是樓景也不錯，職員服務到位，下次還再來。

アメニティも揃っていて全体的にきれいにされていました

Breakfast was included and the rooms were of a decent size. Located next door to a supermarket and close to the bus, the location was convenient for us. It was a short walk over the bridge to Teamlabs and the tuna auction.

また泊まりたいです。

ホテルは良かったです！朝食の際、子供がパジャマのズボン、ホテルのスリッパで行ってしまったら… 対応が悪すぎて…対応、態度の教育はしっかりされた方がお互いに気分を害さなくて済むかと思います。 その後も海外の方の子供さんがパンを持って戻ろうとした際も、、めちゃくちゃ態度悪く、見ている他のお客様も気分悪そうでした 朝食バイキングの内容は良かったです。 ただスタッフの方の教育問題ですね…特に年配の方が悪すぎました

勝どきが好きでお世話になっています

設備はとても良かったのですが、壁紙が剥がれていたことと、棚の上の埃が気になりました。

豊洲の万葉倶楽部でゆっくりしたあとにタクシーに乗ってすぐに着きました。お値段も手頃で部屋もきれいでした。隣接の音が聞こえるのは、気になりましたが、朝食のバイキングは品数も多く、和食洋食もあり味など期待以上でした。立地も良かったです。

お風呂の汚れが少し気になりました。 スタッフの対応はすごく良かったのでまた利用したいです。 コスパは申し分ないです。

Huge rooms. In new part of the city, surrounded by modern apartment hi-rises. I stayed here as I had to be at the Toyosu Market tuna auction at 5,30am and it was a 20 minute walk from the hotel - much easier/cheaper than taxi/public transport from central Tokyo. Staff were very helpful, despite my limited Japanese and their limited English! Also, breakfast was really good!
