Food, raw chicken Tikka after 1 hour, Phone not working....AC issues... Had to go to the reception to return the chicken Tikka... Ice was delivered after 1 hr 15min...

Avita did an excellent job with the house cleaning. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and maintained high standards of cleanliness. She took care of the house as if it were her own and ensured everything was neat, organized, and spotless. I am very satisfied with her work and would highly recommend her services.

The hotel must improve its billing flexibility — guests who inform staff of early checkout should not be penalized with full-day charges. The gym needs basic amenities: towels, a handwashing facility, and working equipment from day one. Compensation for inconvenience should be meaningful and guest-specific, not a generic complimentary dinner. Staff need training in empathy and genuine hosp

I stayed for nearly 3 nights and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel refused to allow me to pay even half the rent per day, despite informing them in advance that I would be checking out early — this felt unfair and inflexible. The gym facilities were poorly maintained: no towels, no handwashing facilities, and equipment was not operational on the first or second day. When I raised my concerns, the hotel offered a complimentary dinner as compensation, which was not useful to me. Compensation should reflect the guest’s actual needs, not a one-size-fits-all gesture. The rates could be a little more reasonable especially for longer stays. The breakfast spread could have more variety and the room a little more spacious with twin beds.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were professional and helpfull specialty (HITESH), and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and all facilities met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fast service. Hotel staff is really helpful. I interacted with Alam and he is quick and responsive. He takes care of room very well. In dining sometimes service can be slow but if you ask them urgently, they help you. The only issue is the spread of breakfast and dinner. It is not changed regularly and at times becomes boring with good options only being the south indian ones. Also try the avocado burger, it's tasty. Ramen looks nice but has a bland taste but it is like that. Portion size is more than enough.

Had a beautiful stay in ibis. Tanveer and Ravi from housekeeping especially were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that it was a great stay always. Especially Tanveer, he always checked on for laundry and cleaning and accommodated any request with utmost warmth even at times when the front desk was being a bit nonchalant and unhelpful. Really appreciate the help and effort. Would have been a 5/5 stay if the breakfast was a better spread and if front desk wasn’t so nonchalant at the instances i reached them.

Breakfast was not satisfactory, no desert, most of the items were in live counter , you have to order and serving guys forget most of the time, it’s frustrating ordering again and again. Otherwise rooms are clean basic all facilities are there

Breakfast was not at all good. It might be okay for business trip people but for the people coming on vacation it’s pathetic for them

2nd time here. Good location in Thane. Good food and friendly service. Our rooms were cleaned by Samarth. It was pleasure finding such tidy room when back from work. I can further recommend this place.

We had a great experience because of Sunil, the chef at the Spice It restaurant. He was superb and accommodated our meal requests, including a post-surgery patient’s meal requirements! Excellent service!

Entrance ground staffs need to be more helpful with their guests . Sometimes guest may get confused it is their responsibility to guide them properly.

Room was small ,no assistance at the check in had to move our luggage to first floor check in.

conditioner bottle was empty we extended our stay upto 6pm with instructions given at the reception however our room was not clean when we arrived at 5 further the Aircon , was switched off at the reception and we had to find out why the room was not cooling- only on raising our voice did the reception switched on this is totally undone- represents the LODGE mentality
