Neat and Clean Hospitality is fine

I got complimentary late check-out from the hotel. The staff is very good and supportive. One of the staff Krishna, he helped me out for the complimentary lae check-out. The food is also very good. Must recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a comfort stay in Thane.

We had been here for a lunch with the family. The restaurant Qmin Cafe is wonderful w.r.t. ambience, food quality, quantity, and service. The main course food portion is good enough for 2-3 people. The starters and main course are cooked perfectly and are indeed tasty. Special thanks to the staff who took good care during the lunch. They were prompt in their service and related stuff like taking the order, delivering the dish on time, clearing the table and enquiring on additional orders. Wakas, Sufiyan, Nikita, Sunny, Vedant, Sameer need to be appreciated for their service. A 4.5/5.

Comparing with the prices paid for the property, the rooms were poor, there was a needle sticking out of bed, no regulator to control the speed of fan. Bad odour in the alley and room. Not acceptable from a brand like Ginger

Visited the well-known Ginger Hotel ( Thane) near our site after a hectic Saturday shift. In the blazing heat, the light Dal Khichdi made by Chef B. Preetam was comforting and delicious—a simple menu but extraordinary taste! The entire staff is highly professional, and the hotel has amazing vibes. It completely wiped away all my site exhaustion. To top it off, the soft background music was just as refreshing as a perfect 'tadka' just like I ordered the dal tadka. Highly recommended!

Everything right from the receptionist attitude to help to staff in restaurant. They really dont care for any request. Room was dirty / filthy, requested for a change, they didn't care. I will never come back.. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO COME HERE.. STAYED HERE IN MAY 2026

Excellant food… chef is expert in cuisine Malwani fish curry was delicious authentic. Chef is very polite and down to earth. Polite and humble staff. Location is good.

They did their hotel maintenance in early morning and late afternoon. We are trying to sleep after our long flight but the noise coming in our room someone knocked with HAMMER. They don’t have parking. I will never book this property again. Horrible

When the room was handed over it was in very bad condition, not cleaned before handing over the keys. The bed was dusty, bathroom was used and very unhygenic. The first day, cleaning staff missed to clean the room then second day after reminding they did the cleaning and then only it was somewhat okay to live. We chose this hotel as a higher mid range to avoid those low range dirty hotel but this one was just higher range in cost and not in cleaniness or hygine or facilities.

Location is surrounded by 2 wheeler garages. Very noisy, even at night repair work goes on.

We were not allotted the rooms we saw on the booking web site. Then they told us we could upgrade to a better room at a cost. So we offered to pay extra and upgrade.They have refurbished part of the hotel. These photos are uploaded on the website sites.

Krishna was prompt at the reception and gave a us a free upgrade as well

I had a pleasant 5-night stay at Ginger Thane. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping done regularly. The location is convenient, especially for business travel, and basic amenities were easily accessible. Krushna was so kind to wake me up & assisted in booking cab to airport. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Breakfast Menu is very limited. There was only marshmelon & bananas in fruits, cornflakes & milk, bread with butter & jam, puri bhaji & Uttapa, plus tea & coffie. You could order eggs. Very disappointing breakfast. Room furniture is very old. Washbasin in toilet was cracked. Lift starts from first floor not the ground floor so you have to struggle up to the first floor to take the lift. I stayed in room 202 on the 2nd floor.
