First and foremost, the staff are amazing! Every person we met and who catered to us was outstanding - all the way from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Service was quick, efficient and delivered with amazing courtesy. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make our doggie feel welcome. Appreciated the doggie bed, bowls and grooming kit a lot. I would highly recommend this place to anyone including solo, female travellers.

Majority concern aeea is food - quantity doesn't justify the price. Taj hotel doesn't mean that too much of quality over too little quantity. A balance is needed. Menu items are highly overpriced with what you actually get. 8 to 10 prawns for 1100 bucks! Who has set this standard? Another pain area was shortage of dining space during breakfast. Based on staff instruction we wereI waiting for 15 to 20 minutes with family and kids only to get seating for 4 chairs. Staff started winding up despite we were having b'fast. Is this hospitality from any point of view. There were no fresh seasonal juice items may be due to cost optimization. Food taste was average for most items. Lastly on the room front- bed was queen size! You are giving room for 4 with queen bed. By default you should have king size atleast in the Taj hotel.

People are so polite and respectful. They care so much about hospitality rather than the money or being commercial. Workers are so empathetic and available 24/7. I would like visit again. This is the most incredible stay I’ve ever been so far.

Cab mafia and it makes the whole experience unpleasant as they don't give us a choice of booking cab from other locations. Cab service inside the hotel demands 4 times more than the actual cost. At Anjuna this was the issue (Vagator was better stay)

The grounds and security are good - if only they could give rooms to people who booked them.

After a mishap with check-in, the property could not give me my room and then refused to issue a refund due to an assortment of excuses. It was late, we were tried, and they just did not care. I then kept getting around to different people trying to issue a refund and they each came back with different excuses. Honestly avoid this hotel. There are better 5* hotels who genuinely care about their customers.

I had a fantastic stay at The Yellow House Goa. The hotel is stunning and has a great atmosphere, but what really makes it special is the staff. A huge thanks to Arun Rawat. He was professional and went out of his way to help with my travel arrangements, making sure I was safe and comfortable. It’s rare to find such personal care. Between the beautiful property and the top-notch service, this is definitely the place to stay in Goa. I will be back!

I did not like the behaviour of Reception guy with some name Abhishek, I had issue with my indigo flight and flight was cancelled and I could not do the checkin in hotel on time , I could do checkin the next day only for which he said previous night is chargeable, despite lot of explanation, he kept on saying same thing. There was too much smell from some factory nearby as informed by the staff to us which was unbearable smell. There was dead lizard in the room too, so overall experience was poor. The property you need to use lot of steps / ramp to come down walking, so not good for elderly people.

If they could have a Spa and some unique amenities . Additionally reception is in a heritage building while stay is at a adjacent building. If they could add some experience where guests could do some activity on the heritage building, it would make it more worthwhile. But enjoyed the stay here

The property is located centrally. The rooms are very spacious, especially the bathrooms. The attached plunge pool is a good size and honestly a big advantage if you need your own space or just want to dip post the pool closing hours. The property pool Is also quite nice. The breakfast spread is quite elaborate, and everything we had tasted good. Our interactions with staff were all pleasant and everyone was friendly.

Because they have kept the property as open as possible because of that spotted a couple of giant rats in the plunge pool area.

The property prices for the dates of my stay were atleast 15k less. I had booked it earlier and when I contacted the hotel about giving me a better price, they quoted that their pricing was dynamic.

For a brand associated with the Taj, one would expect that pricing benefits customers who book well in advance. This experience has left me wondering that I should book last minute to get better price for my stay.

The property was amazing, super clean, amazing well trained and friendly staff, beautiful interiors and pristine in all sense. I have only good things to say about this hotel. Rooms were spacious and super clean and aesthetic. This was our first time at this property but we will definitely keep coming back for their exceptional hospitality. I would rate this a 10/10

The property was nice but not up to taj standards , it had loud Punjabi and Delhi guest . while the reception is heritage structure it is fully rebuilt and the building tha has the actual rooms is just a regular building structure. that said the service and staff were warm and helpful .

too many loud guest from Delhi . the staff and service was amazing , but the hotel is not a true heritage structure only the lobby is a fuly re developed reception no signs of the older structure . the actual hotel is a brand new building .

Extremely courteous staff.

The entry and exit to and from the hotel is not safe at all. It is a very busy road and chances of accidents is very high. The swimming pool should have more privacy. The rooms section should be connected to the heritage section by a ramp or a small bridge.

I liked the property, the architecture, and the design. The room was very comfy and spacious. The food quality was also good, except for the Poori.

I wasn't too fond of the staircases in the property. Also, when I checked in, the reception informed me that for departure or checkout, I would need to book a taxi from the stand across the street, as taxis from Goamiles are not allowed to enter the property due to the taxi union's rules but When I came to the property I came by Goamiles cab. This was a bit inconvenient. For instance, I searched for a cab on the Goamiles app, which showed a cost of Rs. 257 for a trip to Baga near Tito's Lane, but I had to take a taxi from the union, which cost me Rs. 700. Overall, my experience was good except for this issue

The nrooms are exquisite and at their best. Neat and tidy to the optimum level. Food preparations overall are impressive. Food is priced reasonably well.

The staff are very naive. They can be more prompt. The amenities are good enuf but the stairs makes it uncomfortable for kids. The pool and gym is too small.

The service was exceptional from the room service, reception as well the ground staff - The room was cozy and the hotel had an excellent ambience - keep up the great work and would recommend to anyone looking to stay around Anjuna Beach.
