I liked the food at Qmin and the seating area along with the gym and all the facilities at the hotel. The housing staff was super amazing. Thanks to Shivam, Aditya, Kartikeya and Vishesh for their wonderful assistance.

Many flies , room was dirty , bad sheet having strains..

Mr kartikeya. Especially was very helpful and very hospitable and welcoming surely take any help needed he will assist you. Rest staff were also very welcoming & clean rooms and food was good.

It was close to office

• Staff was very unprofessional, has to chase for simple request • Room & bathroom was not at all clean, there was dust on furniture and also black Mold in bathroom • Had to call and ask for hotel receipt as printer was not working when I checked out

Liked the cleanliness and breakfast. Location was also convenient. It was a good room built with all the required things in a very compact space.

Some facilities like bathroom light and hair dryer were not working so caused a little inconvenience. TV was also not setup properly and set top box was hidden behind TV with no place to put it in front, so it was tricky too. Plus there was no TV remote provided. Would also appreciate if the check-in time is a little early and not 2 PM as for someone going to work, that time doesn't suit. Plus they don't provide any temporary room to even freshen up. One has to use restaurant restroom for that. They will keep you luggage though. Also, it was the first time any hotel took the payment during check-in and not checkout. It was unusual.

Stay was good but the room sizes didn't meet up to my expectations. But the food was good and I want to thank tridip and his staff for providing us good service. And in the reception sunny, vardhan and seema were very helpful. The gym was also well maintained. And lastly I want to thank saurav for the room upgrade.

Good and comfortable stay especially the housekeeping Mahesh was good enough to understand our timings to clean rooms. Hotel is slightly new so rooms are also cleaned & maintained.. Staff at reception is helpful

The stay was fabulous. The staff is kind cooperative especially the front desk Vardhan & Saurav helped us all to quick check in. There was some issue with payment but still he understood our problem and gave us room to rest as we were travelling since morning and were tired . Sunny & Aman helped during check out. We were a group and will surely recommend it to others

Good location fairly close to my job at sector 133

I stayed 4 times in different rooms in December. The basic cleanliness is severely lacking. Staff are very nice but rooms are not equipped with a basic bath mat. And you have to request one every stay. On my last stay I had to request a basic roll of toilet paper, soap and towel four times over the course of an hour and finally ended up going to find a housekeeping trolley to get my own. A front desk agent told me that housekeeping can't deliver anything to the room without my presence, a complete fabrication.

room hygiene was less than I expected, the rooms are very noisy with lots of echoing, restaurant was decent, froint desk staff didn't listen to me and I had to repeat myself several times, its close to work, hence why I choose it and hope my return visits will improve

The experience was fair. Good location, as next to it there are shopping opportunities and restaurants. Live security always at the door, giving additional comfort, even though Noida didn't feel like a dangerous place, just very dirty and polluted. People are kind and sweet. I loved that in our trip. Nobody tries to scam you or take an advantage, just it's very different from the things we have experienced so far, as it was our first trip to India.

We couldn't flush the water in WC and we asked many times for it to be fixed, on the 5th day it was fixed, but then the little shower next to WC didn't work anymore. We always got only 1 towel and had to ask extra ones (even though we were 2 people staying). Internet was not very stable. Electricity sometimes went off for a couple of seconds. The people on the floor (other guests) were very loud every night and were smoking in their rooms. We did report it once, but nothing changed, so we stopped reporting.

Overall good. Having stayed there previously the reception staff recognised me and that felt good. Service was good.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Toilets were not very clean. Towels provided had stains.

The rooms were booked with an understanding that breakfast was complimentary, but guests were charged for the same. Putting us in an awkward situation.

The stay was good , hotel staff is helpful especially Vardhan & Saurav who took care of us during the stay. Good to see Indian hospitality at Ginger with care and respect.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall, which was never clearly written on website. Even photos of this property is misleading. The bottom 2 floors are commercial and then the hotel on est of the floors. From my room, I could see the mall staircase. Also, hotel entrance does not give grand look and feel. Overall, not as per expectation.

My booking cancelled without any notice. Very unreliable. Rooms were available. I had to book again with increased cost. Attracting people with low tariff and knowing their helplessness you can cancel the booking is not ethical
