First of all in booking.com its mentioned as 5 star and in reality its a 4 star hotel....they charged almost 15000 INR for a night which even not worth half the value...TV wasnt working inside bedroom....I dont want to say much but wasnt a great stay

Billing logistics. At first they refused to accept signing in the restaurant against room number . Also the spa insisted on direct payment. However, the card machine had to be used downstairs. none of this was told to me before I began the treatment. As a hotel guest, I may not have been carrying other modes of payment. Bathroom is basic. Only one hand towel given per couple. But they rectified that very soon. No shelf space in bath area. Spa is overpriced.
