Temizlik ve oda boyutu.

A casa tem uma área muito reduzida para 4 pessoas, mas para uma estadia pequena é tranquilo. A zona é muito tranquila e com muitas coisas aupe a pé. É relativamente perto do centro histórico. O facto de ter cozinha dá mesmo muito jeito !

A nível de limpeza não é fantástico. Tivemos duas situações estranhas. Uma pessoa entrou-nos no quarto e não era nenhum trabalhador do hotel... Entrou com o código do nosso quarto... O que não nos deixou nada seguros. A torneira da nossa cozinha estragou, deixou de fechar, então ficámos com a água a correr durante 22h sem ninguém resolver o problema. Era só fechar a torneira de segurança, que o fizeram em 2 minutos... Para além de termos dormido com a torneira a correr, que by the way a cozinha é menos de um metro da cama, foi um desperdício enorme de água!!!!

Zona calma e central, equipado com todas as comodidades para uma estadia

Pouca segurança no hotel, entrou-nos no quarto um desconhecido. Pouco acompanhamento por parte da equipa. Tivemos um problema na torneira do quarto, demoraram um dia para agir. Houve bastante desperdício de água.

Posizione eccellente. La fermata situata proprio di fronte all'hotel consente di raggiungere Römerplatz in circa 10 minuti. Il processo di self check-in è stato semplice e privo di problemi.

Come già segnalato da altri ospiti, la pulizia è un disastro. È inaccettabile che nessuno effettui controlli: coperte macchiate e cornici delle finestre sporche da tempo. Ho inviato una segnalazione già durante il soggiorno, ma purtroppo è stato impossibile parlare con un operatore reale: la comunicazione avviene esclusivamente tramite un'intelligenza artificiale del tutto inutile. Esperienza pessima.

Easy to get to, close to public transport. Little kitchen was useful, fridge good size. Fan provided and windows opened wide for ventilation

One sofa bed was broken, took until 3rd night of 3 to be repaired despite management saying they were coming the day before. Communication is with chatbot, so can be difficult to get accurate replies. Induction cooktop was provided, but cooking fan vents straight into the room, and aluminium pan provided that does not work on induction.

The location was fine. Not far from the subway station or the city centre. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough. The kitchen was well equipped: a coffee machine and a microwave.

The reception is done 100% by AI. It was uncanny for me. I booked a family studio, the most expensive option, for three people but the room was rather small. People next door are loud and their smoke comes to the room.

Ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο το δωμάτιο είχε περισσεύματα φαγητού από προηγούμενους . Επίσης στην είσοδο του διπλανού δωματίου είχε σακούλα σκουπιδιών για δύο μέρες με αποτέλεσμα να βρωμάει ολόκληρος ο εξωτερικός χώρος του διαδρόμου. Επίσης στο δωμάτιο υπήρξαν έντομα και στο κύριο χώρο στο σαλόνι είδα δύο ποντίκια

I were given two separate studios, which we didn’t know about. My sons had slept in a separate flat in a separate floor, I wasn’t ready for it. I couldn’t sleep properly.

The location was good

I stayed in room 410, the window was blocked by a wall, so you couldn't see anything, and the TV didn't work. I messaged them every day for seven days about the TV, and they promised daily that someone would come, but they never did. I find it disrespectful that they didn't keep the promises they made every day.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Puedes ir andando al centro sin problemas o también puedes coger el tranvía en la misma puerta. Muchos supermercados cerca. El tamaño correcto para dos personas. La cama cómoda. El acceso muy cómodo con el móvil. La puerta de fuera solo se abre con el móvil, así q no te quedes sin batería!!! Sábanas y toallas limpias así como el menaje de cocina. Cualquier problema te contestan enseguida amablemente, aunque no se solucione.

La tele no funcionaba y me quedé si practicar alemán. Se lo comuniqué a la propiedad, pero no pudieron arreglarla así que me ofrecieron un reembolso del 10%. Un poco de moho en la ducha y dos colillas en la parte exterior de la ventana.

Aunque pedí que porfavor me pusieran una habitación fresca me dieron la peor además está sucia!

Boa localização, perto da estação de comboios, a casa de banho era bastante espaçosa, especialmente o chuveiro. A cama superior era confortável. Apesar do espaço ser pequeno, estava bem aproveitado.

Quando chegámos, reparámos que na cama e numa das toalhas de banho tinha pelos púbicos de hóspedes anteriores, acho isso absolutamente nojento. Também, os bancos que tinham na zona para refeições tinham o tecido sujo, com manchas de comida e o chão em redor estava com restos de comida. Os equipamentos de cozinha (colheres, talheres) também estavam mal lavados, e a torneira da cozinha devia ser substituída porque estava cheia de ferrugem, a água até saiu amarelo inicialmente. As paredes estavam todas riscadas. Também, o sofá cama não é muito confortável e é ruidoso. Resumindo... se houvesse limpeza tinha sido uma ótima estadia.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la salle de bain et a été très légèrement dans la chambre, pas de code pour ouvrir la porte principale. Manque de luminosité dans la chambre.

Great location in the very centre of Frankfurt. Easy to find and get access code for main entrance and room. Small kitchen with all required stuff for preparing breakfast and even cooking. Fan was provided to survive in Summer heat. All worked well in bathroom. WiFi pretty fast.

Smell was awful in our room/apartment. Although we have chosen non-smoking room, we felt heavy smoke and smell like in canteen. And it is worsening when your neighbours start cooking and possibly smoking. Ventilation should be adjusted to take smell out directly, but not through the neighbouring rooms. Besides, room looked like clean, but we see cockroaches (see photo). While we were provided with a fan, it was not that effective, so the family suffered at night (global heating is out of control of hotel administration, but in terms of climate change adaptation measures, a/c can be more effective). A kettle is just one thing that could make people happier. One more thing that I personally didn't like is the door opening/access via application system. Every time entering hotel, I felt eyes of Big Brother watching you)

Nonostante non ci sia una reception, il servizio via Whatsapp è veloce e sempre presente sia con AI che con personale reale.

Были в этом же отеле в апреле месяце,было супер,номер на троих,все отлично было. Приехали вдвоем в июле ,номер был не ахти- вид во внутренний двор,вентилятор слабый,раковина очень маленькая,не удобная,за кроватью презерватив валялся( уборка плохая),обнаружили случайно,упал за кровать телефон,пришлось отодвинуть,много пыли ,следы от стаканов у изголовья кровати,не понравилось в этот раз вообще.

No eran dos habitaciones como contratamos. 3 camas pegadas a una cocina diminuta sin equipas. Una de las camas rotas. Hongos en las duchas. Una sartén deformada como único utensilio de cocina. Reclamamos y después de debstir con un robot, reconocen que no tienen a nadie para pasarse. Lo peor que hemos visto en años.

The location

I went with my family and rented two rooms. In one of the rooms, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the TV was not working in either of the two rooms. Another issue was that the only way to contact the staff was through the chat, and the responses seemed to be automated, so it was difficult to get proper assistance.

Great location near historical landmarks and the Main, with a tram stop right outside. The owner responded to every message immediately. An iron is available in the shared room rather than the unit itself. The room is small but compact—ideal for a short trip. A fantastic option for the price!

It was +38 outside, and we really missed having air conditioning. It wasn't listed in the description, and the host provided a fan, but it was still hot.

ich hatte beim check-out eine jacke vergessen, als ich die ein paar minuten später holen wollte, war der elektronische zugang bereits gesperrt... schließlich hatte glück, vorort helfendes personal anzutreffen.

La limpieza fatal todo lleno de arañas en el techo en cada esquina las ventanas percianas se ve que no han pasado minimo dos meses de limpieza profunda. Yo creo que falta control para mantener limpio las habitaciones en cada esquina encontramos polvo de mucho tiempo .

La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, il y a du savon à disposition ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux. Il y a parfois une odeur d'algue qui émane des tuyauteries mais rien de dérangeant en soit

L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour 3 personnes (2 fourchettes, 2 assiettes et un verre). La cuisine est là mais n'est pas complète (pas de linge de cuisine, pas d'espace pour laisser la vaisselle sécher). L'appartement n'est pas propre, nous avons retrouvé des chocapics sur le sol, des insects écrasés aux murs, la vaisselle était salle, certaine linges avaient des tâches. De manière générale l'endroit n'est pas bien entretenu. Il n'est pas possible de laisser ses bagages sur place avant ou après le check-in/out. Le ménage n'est vraiment pas bien fait que ça soit dans les chambres ou dans les espaces communs.

The apartment was located very close to the city center and the main river of the city. Tram station was next to the residence. You could also walk to river if you like to. There was a grocery store and a 24/7 shop very close to it.

The given code to enter the building was not working, and whatsApp bot was insistent the code works. So I had wait outside until some else let us in. I also found other guest were also having same issue. There was no fan in the room and so again I had to work with the WhatsApp bot, after some struggles staff provided a very weak/small fan as compared to heat in the room. So we hardly slept on both nights. The apartment was visually clean, but floor was sticky.

Bei Ankunft war leider der das Eisfach des Kühlschranks in unserem Apartment durch vorige Gäste stark verunreinigt. Nach kurzem Telefonat und nicht einmal 5 Minuten Wartezeit wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen was sogar noch ein Upgrade beinhaltete. Sehr Kundenorientierte Lösung und netter Kontakt.

Un pò piccola la stanza con il letto singolo, in bagno non ci sono appendiabiti e neanche dove appoggiare le cose da bagno.

The location was ok. Initially I thought we were going to walk everywhere so this location was chosen but the transit system was so easy that I would probably choose somewhere else if I had known this.

There was no air conditioning and the fan was useless because it was so weak. Can’t really open the windows because of the mosquitos. Don’t stay here in the summer. There is really no one there to help you since it’s a self check-in property. If you need something, you will be talking to a bot. This is probably one of the dirtiest places we’ve stayed at.

A limpeza foi impecável. O que nao gostei foi nao ter ar condicionado num calor de 33° C que estava fazendo nos dias que fiquei. O ventilador que tem é muito fraco. O wifi funcionou muito bem. O sistema de chaves por app é ótimo. Funcionários da limpeza sao brasileiros e super prestativos. Faltou também guardanapos de papel e nao consegui usar o fogão. Sugiro deixar instruções de como usar próximo ao fogão. A localização é boa . Local seguro. Caminhada curta a pé até o centro. Recomendo porém nao no verão

no es un lugar seguro si eres una mujer que viaja sola, por la puerta principal entran personas que no están hospedadas y nunca realizaron el aseo en mi estancia de 8 días de la cual fui notificada por correo pero nunca se llevó acabo, incluso preguntando al personal

Non esiste reception e si comunica con un numero di telefono a cui risponde un bot, difficilmente si risolve un problema perché il bot da sempre le stesse risposte. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni, al 3 avrebbero dovuto fare le pulizie che non sono state fatte( hanno solo svuotato le pattumiere), è stato chiesto il motivo e ne hanno programmato una per il giorno dopo, ma non è passato nessuno. La carta igienica è finita al 5 giorno, ne ho richiesto altra e il bot mi ha dato un codice per prenderla dal ripostiglio, ma non c'era carta igienica...sempre col codice siamo riusciti a prendere un cambio lenzuola e armadio perché 8 giorni sempre con la stessa biancheria mi sembrano eccessivi. Insomma esclusa la posizione che voluto eccellente per il resto è stata una pessima esperienza. Forse potendo parlare con una persona i problemi sarebbero stati pure risolvibili, ma non è stato così. Inoltre la camera puzzava continuamente di fumo, ma questo non per loro colpa. La settimana che abbiamo soggiornato a Francoforte era molto calda e bisognava tenere le finestre aperte perché non c'e aria condizionata, peccato che proprio sotto la nostra finestra si fermasse praticamente tutti per fumare e anche se al 3 piano la puzza entrava a tutte le ore.

Es fehlt an Sauberkeit überall, die Toilette hatte Spuren auf der Klobrille, die Duschwand sah auch aus als würde die Dusche alle 5 Besuche mal gereinigt werden und über dem Waschbecken gab es auch Flecken. Noch dazu waren auf den Kissen gelbe Flecken und man merkt das die Bezüge sehr alt sein müssen, da sie immer wieder vom Kissen rutschen , dadurch konnten wir sehen wie alt die Kissen waren , komplett gelb und und eins hatte auch einen Blutfleck. In dem Zimmer stand die Hitze und kein Fenster im Bad , also keine Möglichkeit zum durchlüften. Es hatte alles in einen einen ekligen Beigeschmack

Please be in mind that the location is next to the street so it is loud sometimes. We were unlucky because someone took iron and we didnt had a chance to use it.

Einfaches Check in

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt im Homaris Apartments Frankfurt sehr enttäuscht. Das Apartment war viel zu laut, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Zudem war es in der Unterkunft extrem warm. Besonders das Badezimmer war unerträglich heiß – dort herrschten fast schon Saunabedingungen. Auch die Ausstattung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und der Fernseher flackerte alle paar Minuten, was das Fernsehen praktisch unmöglich machte. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich und entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung geweckt wurden. Sobald man die Fenster öffnete, um etwas frische Luft hereinzulassen, war das Zimmer innerhalb kürzester Zeit voller Insekten. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft leider in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und können das Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Goede bedden. Hygiëne was goed. Top locatie. Service/contact was via de app en dat was ook prima. Je vragen werden snel beantwoord. Je heb een code nodig voor binnenkomst en dat werkte goed.

Helaas geen airco, wel een staande waaier aanwezig. Wij kwamen op een warme zomerdag aan in Frankfurt. De warmte was binnen ook zeer aanwezig.

Tanto rumore nelle stanze intorno (poco insonorizzata) e dall’esterno soprattutto perché dato il caldo abbiamo dovuto tenere tutte le finestre aperte. Consiglierei almeno un ventilatore nella stanza

На другий день мені все таки принесли мій вентилятор та прибрали у моїй кімнаті. Також я змогла домовитись про повернення 25€ мені на рахунок.

Було дуже брудно, по друге у моєї кімнаті не було вентилятору і було неймовірно спекотно. Всі інші кого я зустрічала в готелі, казали що мали вентилятор. Це була сама жахлива ніч так як було 35 градусів, та в кімнаті знаходиться було не можливо… Також я дзвонила персоналу, на що чоловік мені сказав «це не наші проблеми що нема вентилятору, та чекайте пару днів» була дуже неприємна розмова з цією людиною. Після того я все таки написала на ватсап і там ми вже вирішали проблему. Я не раджу нікому знімати там апартаменти.

Unfortunately, I cannot identify any positive aspects of this stay. The repeated service failures overshadowed the entire experience.

This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had. We booked two apartments for our family with five children but were placed on completely different floors (ground floor and 4th floor), making it very difficult to supervise our children. Apartment 004 was not actually ready at the advertised 15:00 check-in time. Although access details were provided later, cleaning was still ongoing until around 17:00. Apartment 004 was also missing a fan. The property confirmed in writing that every apartment should have a fan and repeatedly promised to provide one. I reported the issue several times over two days. I was even sent to search a storage cupboard for a fan, but there was none. The property later admitted the issue was still unresolved, yet no fan was ever delivered and nobody followed up despite their promises. Because there was no fan or air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open in hot weather, resulting in constant road noise that affected our sleep. The poor communication and repeated unfulfilled promises ultimately forced us to leave the property early and book another accommodation. Booking.com investigated the case and offered goodwill compensation after being unable to reach an agreement with the property.

Είχε πολύ ζέστη κ ενας ανεμιστήρας δεν έκανε τίποτα δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε. Δεν είχε πάρκινγκ. Η ώρα αναχωρήσεις ηταν στις 11.00 μου έρχονταν μυνηματα συνεχώς από τις 8.00 ότι πρέπει να έχω φύγει μεχρι τις 11.00.

Ausstattung absolut OK.

Achtung: Im Sommer aufgrund fehlender Klimaanlage eher schwierig aufgrund der Hitze Schlaf zu finden. Die „Ventilatoren“ im Zimmer helfen da wenig. Leider war dabei noch mein Fenster beim Checkin geöffnet. Die +35 Grad waren also im Zimmer und gingen auch in der Nacht nicht wirklich weg. Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und ist mir entgegengekommen. Evtl. hatte ich ja nur Pech.

TV screen was broken so they should hv checked the room thoroughly before giving it to customer, i guess thats makes the easy for customer as we were not able to watch the tv at all.

Check-in / Check-out très efficace et facile. Tout comme prévu. Lit confortable. Bien placé.

Attention en période de canicule, la température dans la chambre était terrible malgré un ventilateur fourni par l’établissement. À voir en période de grand froid.

Appartement propre et bien équipé , proche de toutes les commodités. Personnel attentionné et disponible.

Bruyant la nuit et manque d’une climatisation au vu des fortes chaleurs.

Sauberes Zimmer, schönes Bad. Küchenzeile sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank -top. Einrichtung war ansprechend.

Es waren nur 3 Betten gerichtet. Da wir zu viert unterwegs waren, musste einer von uns im Sessel schlafen, ohne Bettzeug. Wir sind um 0.30Uhr angekommen und Personal ist um diese Uhrzeit nicht verfügbar.

-Teilweise hat die Codeeingabe nicht funktioniert und man konnte die Tür nur über das Handy öffnen - Große Hitze in der Whg - Zu schmales Waschbecken um Geschirr abspülen zu können - Kühlschrank im Kasten unter den Herdplatten war sehr laut und überhitzt - kein kleines Nachtlicht

Zentrale Lage, einfach zum einchecken.

Für drei Personen und 4 Tage gab es leider zu wenig Handtücher uns Klopapierrollen. Das Zimmer war auch ein wenig eng.

Schlechte Betten. Nicht für 2 Personen geeignet, werden aber für 2 ausgeschrieben

Posizione ottima, monolocale spazioso e luminoso con una bella vista. Avevamo l'ultimo piano, quindi forse siamo stati fortunati. C'era tutto il necessario in cucina, compresa la macchina per il caffè e uno spazio dove mangiare. Rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Purtroppo le pareti sono molto sottili e si sentono tutti gli altri rumori delle camere vicine. Gli asciugamani in bagno erano solo due, potrebbero metterne uno in più a persona e soprattutto mancano gli appoggi in bagno. Abbiamo dovuto appoggiare gli asciugamani sul lavandino. La pulizia era buona, ma abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere. Nel complesso era buono, considerando il prezzo ottimo.

Les murs sont très sale dans la chambre. Et le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas correctement, Dans la chambre on avait une température plus élevé que dehors ou ca mesurait 32.

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man in der Innenstadt zu tun hat. Checkin problemlos. Küchenzeile ist ok

Matratze und Sessel verschmutzt. Bad sieht sauber aus, aber der Abfluss stinkt. Warm- und Kaltwasser am Waschbecken vertauscht. Im Sommer extrem heiss im Zimmer. Macht man das Fenster auf, stinkt es entweder nach Küchenabzug, oder Gras Fotos sind sehr vorteilhaft

壁が非常に薄く、隣の宿泊者の会話が聞こえてきます。深夜に大騒ぎされた時は、非常に迷惑でした。 それと、シャワーヘッドをかけるところが壊れていて、シャワーを浴びるのに苦労しました。 キッチンがあり便利ですが、油などの調味料がなく、料理は思ったようにできません。
