It site had mentioned free breakfast but that also they didn't provide. Im utterly disappointed with the whole package.
No breakfast as mentioned when booking. Not given the room i booked for. The room photo is not the same as given.

Not a family friendly property, we reached about 9pm the rooms were not ready, they ask us to wait while they had shared the same room to other unmarried couple. When asked they said that’s the only room left and they can share that after cleaning up

I was booked and paid for room at fabhotel benchmark. But when i called them to say that i will be check-in at 1600 instead of 14-15 hrs, they said they cant give room in fabhotel benchmark and if necessary i can avail room in fabhotel abc, vijaya nagar. They accepted full payment and refused room at the time of check-in. Since i was new to indore and have to attend a function in the evening, accepted room at abc view. It is very old building, with used linen, toilet seats with black dirt. Highly repugnant but forced to cope up with, for want of time. Next day we vacated at 1800 after arriving from omkareswar. Charged for full day and water bottles were charged Rs. 30/- per bottle. We had to pay for 48hrs for staying 26 hrs. People should ask for 24 hrs billing and not chekin and check out to their convenience.

Location far from the centre with no shop, neither restaurants even for a breakfast around. They pretend to give the ability to order food, but most of the listed food are not available and they do not understand English. I had to complain about the noice wishing the hotel, including coming from the bell of the reception which is very loud, and their were customers shouting in the corridor around midnight...

The hotel is constructed on a plot of 600 sq. ft. hence rooms are very tidy. About six KM from City Centre. Tariff is on higher side. Not having its own kitchen, break fast is brought from outside

The staff was rude, the facility was not good the water clogging in bathroom, the hotel door and lift was so compact to fit in for 2 people! The break fast they just ordered from some cheap restaurant take away that’s not hot and hygienic looking. Overall they are cheating Customers in the name of good big group of hotels but it’s not worth it.
