Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, ce n’est pas seulement son professionnalisme, mais surtout sa gentillesse, son respect, sa disponibilité et cette véritable volonté de faire plaisir aux clients. We had a lovely 4 day stay in ibis styles vagator hotel. We were welcomed with warm smile of Mr. Gautam and Ms. Mehak. They both helped us with best thing possible. Mr. Gautam helped us book conveyance and with places to visit. Miss Mehek was was always smiling and genuinelly caring making our check-in and check-out smooth. The resturant served delicious food making it best for all age groups. The Pool environment was nice and pleasant. The balcony view was nice and relaxing. Housekeeping staff did a brilliant job daily with our room looking and feeling clean everyday.

The only thing good about this property is the close proximity to Baga beach and night clubs at Vagator

The property is far below expectation. The rooms are very small and claustrophobic. Breakfast is really bad with no variety. They do not have any vehicle service. Housekeeping is pathetic with the bed linen having food stains. While cleaning they just flipped the side so the stains couldn't be visible. When asked for Whisky glasses, they provided plastic glasses stating the hotel does not have any Whisky glasses. Swimming Pool is actually an oversized tub with water only upto waist height. Food is terrible. I am really disappointed with the IBIS name here at this property. There is a restaurant bang opposite the property called Urban Nawab which had some excellent food (Both veg and non veg). I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

Had a great experience at ibis Styles, Vagator. Helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms all adding up to a memorable stay

The staff was really cooperative and catered to our requests, they accommodated our requests with a smile on face. The amenities in the room, pool, gym and the kitchen were all great, we highly recommend this place for travelers. If I plan to stay in vagator, I would love to rebook the stay at IBIS Style Vagator.

All the facilities are good, the location is great too. It's a budget friendly hotel and staff is very cooperative.

The rooms are very compact. Food menu could be enhanced Pls have more trained staff and majorly were interns who couldn't answer our questions on the menu.

The beds are comfortable, had breakfast & evening meal, both were ok

The cleanliness is not too good, our toilet was very dirty but they did clean it thoroughly when I pointed it out, dirt in the corners of the bathroom & dirty patio doors, cigarette butts around the pool.

The location is great. It is mid-way towards Baga or towards Morjim. The hospitality part of the hotel was good. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were great too

The F&B part was terrible. We had three instances of poor service. One; we ordered for a chicken biryani which was apalling. It could not have been cooked any worse. Next, the breakfast spread looked great, but was very substandard for a 4 start hotel. Then in the evening at the bar we asked for a cocktail and no was ready to make cocktail for us. They even disappeared from the bar and came back some time later and said the they are free to make any cocktails.
