How could you like anything thing when you dont get what you paid for?

I am not happy with  the way how my concern was handled by your staff at the premise. I booked the room based on the pictures I saw, that nowhere matches to what i got post my checkin this evening. The pictures shown on the app are of a different room. The staff I have dealt with are comfortably numb, despite agreeing to the fact that I have been scammed due to some issue with the booking app, they didnt have anything to offer to me to. I feel I have been defrauded and it is not a fair business practise to deliver something other than what was chosen and booked. Thank you for ruining my night. Thank you for an experience I will never forget. I will do what I can to ensure others are not falling for the same think. Ty!

We loved everything about this hotel. Its very much a boutique hotel atmosphere. The staff are the best asset they are so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to meet any request

The reservation team confirmed to us ahead of booking there is a bathtub in the room which is the whole reason we booked the stay. Upon checkin we find out that the room does not and we had miscommunication from their end. We loved the room and everything but we felt cheated as we paid a lot for something in particular which we did not get.

The foyer area was very stylish and unique including the pool, bar and entrance areas. Location was really nice in the heart of the Vagator district.

The rooms were a little unloved and could require some refurbishment. Also, a lack of information provided on arrival.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great; very close to the beach and eateries. The room is clean and has what you need. They even provide dental kits.

We purchased a premium room which we had to pay separately for and not through booking.com and we are hassled about the room booking getting cancelled if we did not pay in time even though booking.com said the booking is confirmed. For a premium room, the finishing of the room was poor and there was mold on the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. The bed is also small for a premium room. I’m not that tall.

Ambitious

We always enjoy our time at Emperor Resort, Ozran Vagator. The location is just perfect – within close proximity to Raeeth, Dynamo, Café C02, and of course Hilltop, which makes it very convenient for attending events. Hotel Mango Tree is right nearby too, offering some great food options. The resort itself has a great vibe, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. The staff are always welcoming and attentive, which makes every stay smooth and enjoyable. Food at the property is also very good – we’ve never been disappointed. We’ve been regular visitors for quite some time now, and Emperor Resort continues to be our go-to place whenever we are in Vagator for events. Highly recommended!

All of the staff here are absolutely fantastic. They made us and our children feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are huge with excellent air conditioning. We stayed in the end of Feb when it was mid30’s in temperature and the apartment was always lovely and cool. The food is delicious, great choice of drinks. Perfect location for vagator beach and the many restaurants around the area. I recommend hiring a scooter. If you have children, bring helmets with you from home. We did this as well as a bicycle lock to secure them to the bikes. This has been the best holiday we have had.

I just spent three nights at Emperor Ozran Stay by Alaya in Vagator, Goa, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place that is not only centrally located but also offers comfort, safety, and excellent service, this is a great choice with a mix if indian and european guests. The location is great. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach Ozran Beach, along with restaurants, cafes, and lively clubs like Echo. This makes it convenient if you want to be in the heart of the action without being overwhelmed by noise or crowds. The area is vibrant, but the hotel provides a peaceful retreat where you can relax. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any request. It’s clear that they go out of their way to ensure that guests have a good time. The property itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered comfort. The hotel also features a small, well-maintained pool, which is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach or a night out. One of the highlights of my stay was the happy hour, which offered a great selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. It was a nice way to unwind in the evening before heading out for dinner or entertainment. The overall vibe of the hotel is welcoming, relaxed, and intimate, making it a great place for both couples and solo travelers.

The bar was incredible and catered to all our needs. The food and snacks were also very nice and we could customize what we wanted. All the drinks were very reasonably priced compare to the other upscale bars outside. Nice swimming pool to chill and have drinks in. The rooms were also spacious and fit all 5 of us comfortably. You are in a great location to travel to the beach or bars/clubs/raves but also secluded enough to not hear any external noises while at the property. We took over the JBL speaker at the bar and had an amazing pool party which was one of the highlights of the trip.

The restaurant serves really good food. The location helps us reach to almost all important places in Vagator.

Bathroom and its maintenance could have been better.

Luxury property experience in vagator, Goa was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. The host was very supportive and the location was ideal, close to the beach.

That they sent an email asking to pay half in advance or else lose the stay, this wasn’t true, I ignored it but was a stressful and unnecessary message to receive.

Room is very spacious. It used to be villa and they have converted the ground floor to a suite and it ends up having huge square footage inside the room and in the washroom. Very new and bedding and fittings all reflect that. Close to all the happening places in vagator and anjuna. Staff were really helpful and are constantly checking to see to your comforts. Easy to locate.

Room can have a full length mirror. Pool is on the smaller side. Breakfast spread is nothing to write about.

I rarely write reviews, but the alaya stays experience truly is compeling me to write this one. Right from the check-in to the check-out, I've never witnessed such effortless and smooth stay experience, i never for once had to worry about anything, thanks to the alaya team which was present throughout to take care of our smallest needs. I'm look ahead to come back here again whenever I revisit goa and stay at other Alaya stays properties as well.

The location is apt if you are in vagator to party and okay with crowded and noisy places as they keep playing loud music at the reception and the rooms are around it. Otherwise the rooms were spacious enough and clean.

The service was okay and the food was not that great in the hotel. But anyway you have ample options around the place.

I stayed at Ozran for two days, and the experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making us feel right at home. Everyone in and around the property contributed to a truly welcoming atmosphere. This is a must-visit homestay, and I will definitely book this place again. Thank you!
