It’s location. Nearby Chapora lane.

1.Staff need to improve hospitality. Staff need to be linient and attentive. 2. Food is expensive and quality is bad. Fish served was like rubber. Breakfast is not ok. 3. Gallary in photos is deceiving. No gallary to room. Room given is congested . No air ventilation cexcept you need to keep door open, but lobby is smoking zone so it’s difficult to keep door open .My wife feels claustrophobic in room as roof is low lying.

The restaurant staff was too busy to take dine-in orders or address us during breakfast buffet. Rest of the things and our stay was beyond excellent.

We got what we expected and more for the rate of the room per night. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

The quality of Iron was not up to par, and the size of the ironing table was small to do proper ironing of a pant or a jacket.

Bij aankomst betaalde ik de volledige prijs van mijn verblijf. Na mijn vertrek hebben ze opnieuw de volledige prijs van mijn verblijf van mijn credit card gehaald. Traumatische ervaring. De eerste betaling konden ze niet meer traceren, het duurde weken om dit op te lossen, en mijn geld terug te krijgen.

The hotel is in a great location as it is down a very quiet side road and yet easily accessible for the main street and a short walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super helpful. The bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds. The pool is large and the breakfast is great. Absolutely no complaints. The front of house manager, Shilpa, was extremely helpful as our luggage was lost in Delhi.

The hotel is amazing as is the staff. Very well located, everything is easily accessible. We had a very pleasant stay. The front office was very friendly and accommodating especially Lisa. She is a delight to have and too good at her job. We also had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Altaf, the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Must visit hotel and i will definitely visit again.

Ramada by Wyndham is an an excellent resort. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly & obliging. An outstanding feature of the staff is that they made us feel comfortable & were readily available to assist. Breakfast and items from the menu were well prepared & tasty. Ramada is highly recommended.

The service of hotel is very poor and food quality is super expensive and very low quality. The stay was not at all comfortable. The extra bed was not upto mark. The breakfast spread was very sad. The house keeping was not cleaning the room number nicely.

Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and professional. We hit a snag on the last day as we left but the staff were prompt in correcting it.

It was a great stay with excellent staff.

The loud Hindi music was very disturbing.

The rooms are a bit small and the property is slightly dated but fine for the money!

The reception staff was too inexperienced. The owner in order to save money has kept reption staff very low salaried and inexperienced. While check out they dont know how to calculate the amount. And on my way to the airport they are calling me and saying sir this bill is pending and total mistakes and all.

The location is very good, with availability of two wheeler and cars right outside the hotel. The swimming pool was very luxurious, had good time. Breakfast quality and variety was very elaborate and enjoyed it

The placement of Air Conditioner in the room could have been better, since sometimes it takes lot of time to cool the room. If the AC is right in front of the beds, it will be helpful in getting cool air and allow the room cooling faster

New well built hotel

Very poor hospitality and non-accommodating staff

Great location, great landscaping, beautiful pool. Staff is very humble, good and eager to help.

1. The restaurant is extremely and painfully slow in delivering our food. Food is just abt palpable. 2. In the middle of the hotel, they allowed party with firecrackers and had no control over it with no heed to disturbing other guests or fire hazard until 11pm. 3. The windows are not tinted, so there's no privacy even during the daytime. 4. Twin single beds were way too small for a grown up to sleep in.

The location and the staff was very helpful!

The overall feel and upkeep of the property, they could have done a better job with the interiors and the corridors which led to the room. They look very outdated. Also the rooms are comfortable but very basic. Also one thing we disliked was the fact that the hotel staff dint tell the guests nit to hang their wet clothes in the corridor.

Pool was nice. Cleaning staff and maintenabce were all supernice. Breakfast staff also. Super profesionnal.

Receptionist upon arrival (lady) was not kind or professional. Ww almost left because of her but were too tired. I guess the reason was that we looked liked backpackers and she tought we cannot afford to stay here. After we stayed for a week she changed her attitude. Do not judge guests based on their appereance.. Music at the pool was so loud every day that one could not relax, read a book or listen to your own music. I did not used the pool cause of that loud music. They should have some quiet hours at the pool.
