Very clean, beautiful architecture and a peaceful environment. Best location with very less traffic, near to market and beaches. I highly recommend it. The staff was so nice.

Only the check-in time which is 1 PM.

Очень чистая и ухоженная территория. Хорошее общее состояние номеров. Приветливый персонал. Просто замечательный матрац кровати в номере. Умеренной жёсткости, в самый раз.

После уборки номера забрали старые полотенца, а новые полотенца положить забыли. Напоминание на ресепшен не помогло. Это было не критично т.к. были собственные полотенца, поэтому повторно напоминать на ресепшен не стали. Всё остальное хорошо.

Clean comfortable accommodation

Not Applicable as we friends had breakfast at the nearby JAWS bakery. The bartender-Rajesh was excellent. She spoke good english, was knowledgeable and shook some lovely shaken cocktails for the ladies. Rajesh is a wonderful asset to the property. At the front office/reception- Tina stood out as a star performer. Pooja too was helpful.

I felt the cab services were a wee bit on the expensive side-specially for local trips.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff, food was delicious in the restaurant.

The poolside music was too loud and could be heard upstairs in the room.

The gym gets super smoky because they burn rubbish🙈 so just pick a good time .. The bar man charged me 15% service charge when I pay cash but when I pay card … they only charge 10% .. so I felt a little ripped off by that … even though I would add extra tip .. so just be careful when paying … wasn’t a nice experience …

1) The reception is very Sad & in Poor condition. No welcome gesture at Reception. 2) We booked 3 cottages. Still old ones were allotted. 3) Washrooms were not upto the mark. Water issue plus comodes weren't working . 4) after complaining, they repaired them . 5) comodes r with stains.

Everything was very good except at times, hot water was not hot, only lukewarm or normal temperature.

Breakfast is very average.

Great property, with proximity to chapora lane, chapora fort, restaurants and bars and shopping areas. Clean and well maintained cottages and pool. The staff is polite and very cooperative.

Good room size, good location and a good swimming pool. The resort can be a great place if they could work some very small things and make the overall stay a better experience.

Front desk manager was new and had no idea about the property, everything asked was delegated attendants, kitchen waiters or house keeping staff. Rooms did not have very basic stuff like, hand towels, dental kit, place to hand your stuff. Overall staff was not trained to cater to customer experience and treatment, everything was about money. The restaurant was undergoing renovation and the makeshift place was really bad and not enough to cater to the people staying. Breakfast options were not good at all and were repetitive day after day. Of the 4 days we stayed we only availed breakfast 2 days and preferred eating out.

This resort can’t provide security to our belongings … NO LOCKERS … but who puts perfume in it 😃My designer perfume got stolen and the management can’t even provide any assurance. I’ve been traveling a lot and had never experienced this sort of thing … I recommend strongly never to stay here. The most amazing part was even the cab driver laughed and said this is not the first time it happened in this very resort …

1. Female receptionist, less cooperative and wasn't answering in an adequate way 2. Should have a separate room for family 3. Probability smoking in hotel still there were public smokers .

Bathroom was small, no hooks to hang clothes, the shower was of cheap quality the flow of water was not as it should be.

The rooms are great, the staff is really helpful, one of the best hotel gym, great pool, super clean hotel

The music at the pool is very loud and very bad, but they turned it down when we asked There were VERY loud guests screaming all night

Good location and big rooms

Too many ants need to do pest control atleast every 3 months, also pool needs to be ready by 8 am rather than cleaning it at patrons time.

Prompt staff, very clean room plus bath. Beautiful location close to vagator beach and chapora fort. Well kept lawns and outdoors.

Misinformation by staff about pool timings till 7.30 p.m. Had gone for a swim at 6.50pm and was asked to leave at 7.00pm. They didn't budge even after requesting. Was billed wrongly for items not ordered on two occasions , so please look at the bill before paying.

Very clean and friendly. We did ask to change rooms at check-in and they were very accommodating. The pool was great! Had one of my best meals of my entire 18-day trip poolside, although lunchtime is not a great time to order many of the choices on the menu.

Our first room was spacious with a lovely bathroom but for us was too close to a busy road. We were offered L-10 instead, a beautiful smaller room, and we loved it. We ordered ice to our room one night, unfortunately we were out of rupees to pay at the door, and the poor staff member who delivered couldn’t quite let it go. We felt a bit guilty, and horrible for him, we were obviously able to pay 126rp for ice! Maybe some coordination between reception and catering would have made it less awkward.

Staff was friendly and the site and rooms are clean.

The breakfast could be better. But 50 meters from the site there is a nice cafe restaurant where you can get a proper breakfast.

The one thing I didn’t like was having to leave!

Food is tasty.. Veg or non veg both are delicious.. Very comfortable stay.. location is near to vagator beach and major pubs are near to resort within 5 kms...

Nothing as such, everything was good, just a small minibar next to the pool will be a great idea.

Washrooms lack maintenance , breakfast very basic and below expectations. The property has been made well ,, but the staff just don’t seem to care about upkeep of the property or giving guest a good experience. For most part , the attitude of the dining and housekeeping manager is as if they are Doing a favour by allowing the guest to stay .. Housekeeping needs upkeep ,, cleaning of toilets etc,. It’s s shame that experience of such a beautiful property gets let down because of the staff, and that too in Goa , a place known for its hospitality .

Dirty toilet, lots of ants in the toilets and around the room including the bed. The water and power kept cutting off every two hours.

The location and value of the property is great. The front desk is always efficient and fast, will provide help in all your queries and information.

The restaurant staff. it was my second visit and they were stil looked lazy and not trained. we have to look for them to order, had no smiles, basically they looked unhappy in a happy place.

The resort is beautiful & peaceful. No noise, no disturbance. It is easy to commute & just 2 minutes to the beach. The in-house restaurant provides decent food.it is a clean place to stay.

no hot water in the shower 2 days out of 6 (they offered a bucket of hot water lol) veeeeery loud and terrible music blasted at the pool, fortunately not all the time and they turned it down once we asked (as we were the only ones "enjoying" cheap auto tuned r&b)

We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave! The room was spacious with air con and a fridge, the pool area was a highlight with lots of space and beds around to accommodate all the people staying there. Breakfast included consisted of a buffet breakfast. Menu prices were fair for other food served throughout the day

Tea was the only drink available with our included breakfast, it would be nice to have a juice option :-)
