Tried to charge us an extra 40 pounds says that we had made an incorrect booking despite all details mentioned before hand and approved by them . After speaking to him for a while and rechecking , he found out he had made the error.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Loved the location — a quick 10–15 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, with Little Hagia Sophia basically around the corner. The room was clean, the bathroom was attached, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Breakfast options were everywhere, with loads of cafés and restaurants in the area. The hotel sits right by a park, making sightseeing super easy.
The room was on the smaller side — nothing dramatic, just compact. You get exactly what you pay for. A bit more space or storage would’ve made it even better, but it didn’t spoil the stay.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026El personal 24h y que eran muy serviciales y te recomendaban todo lo que debía hacer y demás. También nos comentaron sobre tema de los taxis y precios de las cosas de manera muy honesta. Está cerca de la parte turística.
Según sales del alojamiento es verdad que está cerca de zona turística pero tienes que subir unas cuestas brutales para ir a cualquier sitio, no es problema como tal del alojamiento pero hace que tengas que salir en taxi prácticamente siempre. La cama y las toallas eran limpias sin embargo cuando abrimos la taza del váter había como gotas de pis de los anteriores y la ducha funcionaba pero no se podía colgar arriba porque estaba flojo el soporte. Las almohadas eran extremadamente altas y duras tuvimos que sacar la almohada de la funda y hacernos las nuestras propias.

Niet een grote tegenvaller maar ontbijt op het terras bij boeken zou super zijn.

Emir was extremely helpful every step of the way over our 5 night stay. Organized a day tour to mosques and river cruise, explained where best to shop and very helpful with instructions getting to the airport. Thank you Emir!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The staff were warm and welcoming. Especially Emir who was very helpful with any enquiry we had. I had a room on floor 5 which overlooked the park and you could see the boats on the harbour. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent ! Close to the bus stop to the airport and the old town of Istanbul. My friend and I had a fabulous time in Istanbul and wnen we return we would choose this wonderful hotel again. Thank you Emir for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

Рядом многочисленные кафе и рестораны, магазины, недалеко море (с террасы на верхнем этаже открывается прекрасный вид на него). В пешей доступности все главные достопримечательности. Очень рекомендую 👍👍👍

the room was exceptionally small-really not much space for rucksacks or suitcases-no kitchen facilities-you had to ask for hot water if you wanted to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee-the surrounding area very touristic and pretty boring-and what we found most annoying was the people outside the restaurants trying to lure you into eating there,with the opposite result as we never ate in those places.

The night of the checkin, the reception told me they would do a proper bed setup next day but nothing was done next day. Poor communication between shifts and between reception staff and cleaning staff.

На верхнем этаже есть терраса с прекрасным видом, закрытая от ветра и дождя. Удобно доехать из/в аэропорт: до конечной остановки шаттла минут 15-20 пешком. Рядом много кафе, где можно позавтракать с 6 утра, например, Evin Unlu Mamulleri.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile e super disponibile Emir, il ragazzo che ci ha seguito durante il soggiorno. Reception 24/24. Stanza piccola, ma ben arredata e fornita di tutto. Bagno con una bella doccia e tutto il necessario. A pagamento si può avere anche un efficiente transfert dall'aeroporto. A disposizione camere vista mare come la nostra.
Unico difetto: il cuscino troppo, troppo morbido e sottile.

Per quelle un po' più lontane ci sono le fermate di autobus e tram sempre a 10 minuti. Pulizia ottima, arredo moderno e funzionale. Il personale è veramente gentile e super disponibile. Emir e i suoi colleghi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e non hanno lesinato buoni consigli

The room was very comfortable, and the location is absolutely premium, perfect for exploring Istanbul with ease. What made the experience exceptional was the service, especially from a very young guy Pandu at the reception. He was incredibly kind, humble, and polite. From the moment he heard my car had arrived, he immediately came outside to greet me and assist me, and his care continued throughout my stay until check-out. Pandu is truly a treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope the company treats him as well as he treats the guests. God bless him and the entire Sareban Hotel team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

A parada do tram/bonde fica um pouco longe e é acessada por ruas íngremes e ladeiras. Então pode ser um pouco cansativo chegar de transporte público. Mas nada que uma caminhada de 20 minutos não resolva. Também não deixaram que eu recebesse uma visita no meu quarto. Mas disseram que poderia receber no hall do hotel. Deve ser por algum motivo religioso ou cultural. É comum recebermos visitas nos quartos de hotel do Brasil. Enfim...

Ubytování bylo na pět dní - ani jeden den pokojová služba nezametla podlahu, takže se kupil nepiřádek. Pokoj byl totiž malý a nedalo se oddělit zónu “boty a kufry” od zbytku pokoje. Je slyšet sousední pokoje, dveře netěsní - vzít si špunty je dobrá varianta. Obchody a restaurace v blízkosti má docela vlezlý personál. Bylo nám nepříjemné je odmítat či je ignorovat. V jiné části města jsme se nepotkávali s tak vlezlými obchodníky. MHD docela daleko a do kopce.

O quarto que nos forneceram é praticamente dentro da recepção ( 202), e havia muito ruído de conversas da recepção até tarde da noite, infelizmente não é agradável ficar neste quarto. A localização do hotel é boa , porém não me senti muito seguro andando pelas ruas do bairro à noite . Se vc quer ficar bem localizado o ideal é ficar próximo a Taksim, pois Fatih só é próximo dos mercados Gran Bazar e Egípcio, Mesquita Agia Sofia e Mesquita azul , restante das atividades você estará bem longe .

Nos alojamos durante 7 dias, los cuales estuvimos con las mismas toallas y el baño sin limpiar. Es cierto que el precio por noche es muy bajo, pero con la puntuacion que tiene el alojamiento no pensaba que estaríamos una semana sin que nos cambiasen las toallas o sin limpiar el vater.

Si sentono tutti i rumori dalle altre stanze vicine,il bagno aveva un odore molto forte e il cassetto sotto il lavandino non si chiudeva. Non era molto pulito e non sono stati mai cambiati gli asciugamani o pulita la stanza in 5 giorni

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Personel bardzo pomocny, recepcja 24/7. Lokalizacja niesamowita blisko do wszelkich atrakcji (żeby dojść do „centrum” trzeba iść pod górę). Łazienka z dużym prysznicem. W okolicy hotelu wiele restauracji
Brak lampi nocnej lecz lustro w łazience podświetlane LED służyło nam za nocne oświetlenie.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Emir rendkívül kedves, segítőkész ember. Ajánlott nekünk egy autentikus török reggeliző helyet ahol finom helyi ételeket kóstolhattunk meg. A szálloda központi helyen van mindenhez közel. Tiszta szívből ajánlom ezt a szálláshelyet mindenkinek!!
A szobánk közel volt a recepciós pulthoz ezért minden behallatszott, de ez egyáltalán nem rontotta az ott eltöltött tartózkodásunkat.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Prima hotel. Kamer voor twee personen was klein, maar fijn. Ruime badkamer. Qua hygiëne top. Goede locatie, 10 minuten loopafstand naar de tramhalte, alleen wel steile hellingen (maar dat is ook wel normaal) :)

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025The room was very clean and in good condition, but on the smaller side. Staff were polite. The location is pretty nice, definitely a quieter area, but not far from Sultanahmet. There is quite a steep hill to trek up to Sultanahmet, we didn't mind this, but something to know about.
Our room was on the entrance floor next to the reception and it was quite loud until late at night. Better noise insulation would be necessary if you have a guest room right at the reception.
