very noisy, like you are sleeping on the road. lack of the internet, no Internet connection at all. you may use it only at reception and not in the room. We ordered “fixed price transfer” to the airport from hotel, but it turned out that the driver has his own price which we paid more expensive than Uber, not fixed at all.

Замечательный отель! Я так благодарна персоналу! Все до единого такие добрые, человечные, вежливые ну прям как родные! Сам отель 10 минут от Босфора с окна его тоже видно! Красота! Чисто! Комнаты светлые, все аккуратно, чисто, приятно как дома прям🫰Я не помню имена ребят но пока мы проживали там поменялись 3-е и они все молодцы! Девочки готовят замечательные завтраки! Огромное спасибо! Процветания Вашему бизнесу!

Ontbijt was goed, Personeel prima in orde! Leuke mensen die veel voor je willen doen :) Zelf aangeven wanneer je kamer gedaan moet worden, vind ik erg prettig.

Niet altijd warm water... da's een beetje jammer. De bult op vanaf het water is best een dingetje... maar dan wel weer goed voor de conditie :) De taxichauffeur die ons naar het vliegveld bracht, wilde stoppen om cigaretten te kopen (vonden wij prima hoor, maar daardoor wel 300 lira meer betaald voor de rit omdat hij zijn meter liet lopen :( ) En hij zeurde ook nog om een fooi.....

It was VERY BAD, one of the worst experiences in recent years. Misleading photos, lost staff, horrible breakfast…Upon arrival, our room wasn’t available due to maintenance. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, the room wasn’t cleaned until specifically asked for at 2 pm (!!!). Breakfast - ridiculous: 6 types of cheese, eggs and fries, cheap cake and undrinkable coffee. That’s pretty much it. Area - dirty and unwelcoming.

Good quality for price. Super cheap for a hotel at the heart of the city. Very decent breakfast. Large rooms and bathroom. Generally clean.

No lift. Hot water pressure during rush hours isn’t excellent.

It was just one problem with the broken shower doors. And, unfortunately, they couldn’t change our room

The location was good. Bus and metro stops, grocery stores and different restaurants are close to the hotel. The included breakfast was lovely too. The true highlights are the staff at the reception! They did a really great job to make sure our stay was as smooth as possible!

The room we stayed in had a missing shower door and loose shower holder. There were some marks on the wall above the bed's headboard. Also, the noise cancelling isn't the greatest, you could hear people going up and down the stairs and talking in a corridor as well as there was a big gap under the door so a lot of light was coming through. But all of that didn't really bother us too much as we just needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights and it did the job well!

(Kadir bey ve Aynur hanım) Sabah kahvaltıyı hazırlayan Neşe Hanım'ın da ellerine sağlık. Yolum tekrar düşerse tercih edeceğim ilk otel. Tekrardan görüşmek dileği ile.

The only positive point was that I had a room to sleep in. The room was extremely cold upon arrival on the first night. It felt like sleeping outside on the street. The elevator was not working during my entire stay, so I had to carry two heavy suitcases up to the third floor myself. On the second day, I did not receive any water. When I returned late at night and asked at reception, I was told that they had no water at all, not even for sale. The internet completely stopped working on the second day. When I informed the staff, the response was simply, “OK, we can’t do anything.” Breakfast was minimal and very basic. It did not even feel like a 2-star hotel experience, so I honestly do not understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. I only feel sorry for myself and for every cent I paid for this stay.

The pictures are extremely misleading, and the real condition of the hotel is shocking. The room was very dirty. It genuinely felt as if it had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. The walls were visibly dirty, the shower walls were dirty and the entire room felt neglected and unhygienic. There was even a hole in the wall, that someone had punched in. The room was literally falling apart. The furniture was of very cheap quality, worn down, and poorly maintained, which made the whole stay feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was especially bad. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, barely enough to shower properly. On top of that, the water temperature control was completely broken: when you turned the shower to maximum warm, the water became very hot, but if you moved the handle even 1 cm towards cold, the water immediately turned ice cold. There was absolutely no middle ground or stable temperature, making it impossible to shower comfortably. The Wi-Fi did not work, which was very frustrating and unacceptable for any hotel today. Noise insulation was practically non-existent. When people talked in the corridors, it sounded like they were inside our room. The doors did not block sound at all, so resting or sleeping was extremely difficult. The only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the breakfast, which was okay, but nothing more than basic. If you are from Northern Europe or are used to even minimal standards of cleanliness, comfort and honesty in hotel listings, do not book this hotel. This place is not worth the money and was a huge disappointment in every possible way.

Ich habe mein Armband im ersten Hotel verloren, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Beim Einchecken habe ich es einem Angestellten gesagt – ich erinnere mich nicht mehr an seinen Namen, vielleicht Murat oder Mustafa. Es war mein erster Besuch in Istanbul, daher kannte ich mich in der Gegend nicht aus. Murat hat mit meinem vorherigen Hotel wegen meines Armbands gesprochen, und sie haben es mir kostenlos zurückgebracht. Wir waren sehr froh, und ich konnte es noch zur Hochzeit schaffen. Als ich abends das Hotel verlassen wollte gab es niemanden dem ich danken konnte. Ehrlich gesagt, war es beängstigend, allein in einem Hotel auf der Straße zu sein.

We were there in early Dec 2025. Great staff. Someone is there all day and night and greet you at the door. Small check in area has tables and chairs and also serves as the breakfast area. Small, intimate hotel. Clean. Quiet. Elevator didn't work so we requested a low floor due to a lot of luggage this trip. Stairs were easy. Room was intimate and roomy for a few days or week. Good WiFi. Breakfast was typical turkish with veggies, pastries, espresso coffee and turkish tea. We enjoyed it.

On a busy corner so can be a little difficult for taxis/uber to get in an out, but you can walk a short distance for better pick up and drop off locations. We didn't have any issues. Food places are a short walk away. Parking could be difficult if you have your own car but not impossible. Call ahead about parking options.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and were told there was a lift; however, it wasn’t working. This was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, this was just one of many issues. The overall experience was very disappointing, the facilities did not meet expectations, and nothing about the stay felt worth the money paid. We were unhappy with the service, comfort, and general standard, and would not recommend this place to others.

Расположение неплохое , рядом есть супермаркет и станция метро , если идти до набережной нужно по горке вниз , обратно будет тяжело.

У нас был угловой номер , в котором было холодно . Хотели включить кондиционер для подогрева, но фильтры были ужасно грязные. Дышать пылью мы не будем естественно. Лифт очень узкий, ступеньки тоже. Дверь в комнату была очень скрипучая. Уборка номера не каждый день.

الهوتيل سيئ للغاية اعذرني غرفة رديئة جدا وغير نظيفة السرير والغطاء فيه رائحة كريهة جدا والحمام جدا وسخ تجربة سيئة وقلت لهم اريد الخروج واعطوني نقودي رفضوا رفضا تاما انتم يا بوكنق المروض تتابعوا هوتيلات بالعرضكم لانه فيه غش الصورة في عرضكم ليست كالحقيقة بل أسوء جداجدا لن اختار من خلالكم سفراتي في المستقبل لأنكم بدون مصداقية للأسف لاحضت اي هوتيل تبع البوكنق يعطوا أسوء حجرات من حجراتهم الرديئة والتي لاتصلح

Herr Eren war besonders bemüht und hat mir sobald ich etwas gebraucht habe, die Situation hervorragend gemeistert. Das Frühstück Personal war super lieb und ich habe jeden Tag frisch gemachten Omelette und frischen Tee. Auf Wunsch konnte ich direkt ein neues, besseres Zimmer bekommen

Es gibt leider keine Spiegel in den Zimmern das wäre sehr wichtig vor allem als Frau

The staff are soo great and helpful and the location is just perfect metro and beşiktaş square is like 5 10 minutes away by walk breakfast is good enough for a small hotel like this specially if it's this cheap rooms are nice and clean and u can get housekeeping service daily also they wont charge you extra if you ask for extra coffee tea and water one of the best customer services you can find around the city 10/10

Very nice staff and nice room but the facilities were seriously lacking.

The single beds pushed together and fell down middle countless times. The shower was very temperamental either 3rd degree burns 🔥or frostbite 🥶 and the balcony furniture wasnt comfortable at all. The lift doesnt go to top floor so had to walk up with very heavy suitcase. Nice staff and very helpful but unfortunately the other things I mentioned were big problems. So wouldn't go back. We stayed in the luxury suite and it wasnt luxury two single beds pushed together is no good.

the building itself is NOT well maintained. I would say it is a 3 stars Motel not a hotel TBH. We struggled with hot water in the shower especially in the morning.

Food, staff, environment

Bathrooms cleaning should be improved. Shower walls were dirty and the corners of the sink had some fungus. Its pity that the furniture in the room is new. Bedsheets need more attention.
