Very disappointing. The rooms were completely different from what was shown in the photos. There were also some strange bugs crawling around in the room. I didn’t like the breakfast at all either.

Solo female traveller. Metro was easy from the airport to the hotel. Lots to do within 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Shout out to Adem and the reception staff. Very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I took the metro everywhere. Convenient location. Room nice with kettle and coffee etc… shower is powerful too !

We had a comfortable stay at Concept Nishantashi. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming, and breakfast was definitely our favourite part of the stay. Our children really enjoyed it too! The room was comfortable for our family of two adults and two children, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the main areas, so getting around was a little inconvenient at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.

Les chambres d'angles sont spacieuses avec de bons lits. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le personnel est au petits soins. L'hôtel est dans une petite rue calme au milieu du quartier Nisantasi, proche du centre de congrès.

Le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h ce qui est tard pour ceux qui travaillent. Il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre. La salle de douche mérite un rafraichissement. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique à l'endroit du bouillard d'eau chaude.

There were a few minor issues at the room, but they fixed it. Staff excellent. Good value for money. Close to chic Nisantasi centre.

We stayed in this hotel with a bigger group of people in different rooms. The staff is amazing, very friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is wonderful too, good value for the money. We had a Terrace Suite with balcony, it was a spacious room, we felt comfortable in it. Overall the hotel is clean and location is very good.

The hotel does need some renovation. Handles of the drawers fall apart, the bathroom was not in the newest condition, some extra small bathroom necessities would be nice. The curtains were dirty.

Very disappointing stay – the pictures do not reflect reality Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The pictures shown online do not reflect the reality of the hotel or the rooms. We booked a so-called family room for 3 people, but the room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to move around, and we had no room to properly place our suitcases or use the wardrobe for our clothes. We asked to change the room and we were told that the room that we had was one of their larger rooms. Unfortunately, this room it was only suitable for one person and was far too small for three people. The biggest issue, however, was the hygiene and cleanliness. During our 4-day stay, we found cockroaches in the bathroom on 3 different days. Because of this serious hygiene issue, we decided not to have the breakfast that was included in our booking, as we no longer felt comfortable eating there. The towels were also dirty, heavily worn and far from what you would expect from a hotel. Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. The experience was very disappointing and did not match what was presented online. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were kind, polite and attentive. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they were not able to do much regarding the room situation. A special mention to Malik, who was always smiling, helpful and genuinely attentive to our needs. He made a real effort to help us throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated his kindness. Sadly, good staff cannot make up for the serious issues with the room size, cleanliness and hygiene.

The staff was absolutely brilliant, polite and very helpful. Espresso Mr. Malik and Mr. Adem went above and beyond, which I am very much appreciative of. The location is great, right in the heart of Nisantasi. If you fancy a comfortable and hazard free stay, I will definitely recommend this place. Am sure to come back! Thank you.

Our room was nice and clean, the staffs were all so friendly and welcoming.And definitely they serve a very good and special breakfast every day. It has a very nice location too.

The wifi connection was not working properly and it was weak most of the time.

Dobra lokacija, zelo dober zajtrk- ni samopostrežen, je pa turški in veliko stvari, tudi zelo okusen. Check in je bil hiter.

Slike na bookingu zavajajo. Rezervirala sva sobo z zakonsko posteljo, dobila pa sobo ki ni podobna tej na sliki, imela sva dva pograda. Ko sva vprašala na recepciji, zakaj sva dobila to sobo, so rekli da je to ker lastniki zavajajo oz. da so krivi lastniki? Nisva povsem razumela, vseeno se je videlo na obrazu receptorja da to ni prvič ko se je nekdo pritožil nad sobo.

A única experiência realmente agradável durante a minha estadia foi o ar-condicionado, que funcionava muito bem e mantinha o ambiente bastante fresco. Lamento que esse tenha sido, praticamente, o único aspecto positivo da minha experiência.

Prefiro não entrar em detalhes sobre a minha experiência. No entanto, considero importante registrar que, infelizmente, não pretendo retornar a este hotel e também não o recomendaria a pessoas próximas. Esperava uma experiência bastante diferente e, por esse motivo, saio daqui profundamente decepcionada.

It’s vaguely stated the park available, when being there discovered it’s a paid parking. The air conditioner not working for 2 nights, finally they changed the room for me.

La piscine au deuxième sous sol, beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos et il faut un bonnet de bain pour nager donc nous n'avons même pas pu en profiter et c'est dommage car j'ai 3 enfants

Мне понравилось все. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Менеджер очень дружелюбный. В ресепшен очень хорошие и дружелюбные ребята. В ресторане тоже очень дружелюбные ребята. В общем советую всем останавливаться в этом отеле. Отель сама по себе очень чистая. Каждый день чистят. Я остался очень довольным.

Очень приветливый персонал отеля. Номер чистый, есть лифт, сауна, бассейн. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком. Завтрак великолепен. Нам принесли много маленьких тарелочек: оливки, сыр, потрясающий мед, варенье, яичницу, картофель, баклажаны в кляре, чай. Рядом есть булочная, продуктовый магазин.

Mijn vriend was in een verkeerde bar terecht gekomen waar hij was opgelicht met een veel te hoge rekening van 400 euro voor een aantal bacardis . Deze mensen kwamen met hem mee naar het hotel om de rest van het geld op te eisen . Mijn vriend dacht in het hotel veilig te zijn maar helaas was het tegendeel de waarheid . Ik sliep in een aparte kamer en werd om 3 uur ‘s nachts meerdere malen gewekt door de receptie want anders zou het slecht aflopen met mijn vriend . Ik zei dat ik sliep en niet gewenste gestoord te worden . Hierna werd ik nogmaal wakker gebeld en werd er gezegd dat als ik het restant niet zou betalen de politie mijn vriend mee zou nemen . Ik wist dat dit niet waar was en heb opgehangen. Later bleek er ook geen politie te zijn geweest . Het personeel doet helaas mee aan deze criminele activiteiten en krijgt waarschijnlijk een deel van het geld . Ook proberen ze voor je een dubbele prijs boot tochten aan te smeren meerdere malen per dag . Kortom ons verblijf was een hel.

Room was very big. Every expectations were fulfilled by the staff. Spa area is also calm and very tidy. I definetly would come back again!!

Die Lage war toll es gab ein Schönen Empfang jedoch war es in unserem Zimmer sehr laut durch die Klima neben an und das Personal hatte nachdem wir um ein neues Zimmer gebeten haben uns angelogen und meinte es gäbe gar kein freies Zimmer mehr , nach einiger Zeit haben wir das neue Zimmer bekommen in dem es jedoch nach Rauch gerochen hatte

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Empfehlung für das Concept Hotel Aden! Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Concept Hotel. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Müdür Ekrem Bey, Adam Bey, Ahmet Bey, Burak Bey, Taha Bey und Ufuk Bey. Alle waren wirklich top und haben sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert. Service, Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft – alles war einfach perfekt! Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert! 😊

WiFi was poor in my room, barely any signal. Condition of the bathroom needed fixing too. Not like the pictures but overall it was ok.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kommt überall gut hin. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die zwei namens Malik und Adem waren am nettesten und waren sehr hilfreich sobald man ein Problem oder auch Fragen hatte.

They arranged a transfer to the airport ant the car didn't even have Air conditioner.

Concept Nişantaşı Hotels & Spa’da konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, tatlı dilli, sevecen ve yardımsever olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Her konuda ilgiyle yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi rahat hissetmemizi sağladılar. Misafirlere karşı yaklaşımları gerçekten çok güzel ve samimiydi. Tüm ekibe ilgileri ve emekleri için teşekkür ederiz. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel. 🌸

È sicuramente un bell'hotel, ma nel complesso sembra voglia simulare un hotel di lusso e non ci riesca! Di positivo c'è il fatto che ci hanno offerto il caffè e latte a colazione nonostante fosse a pagamento.

Alcuni dello staff non parlano inglese (le basi!) e i drink a colazione, a parte il thè, sono a pagamento.

El trato es excelente, la ubicación, las instalaciones están bastante bien.

El desayuno es repetitivo, no hay variedad , y las imágenes corresponden a un 80 % de la realidad, más o menos.

La gentillesse du personnel est indéniable

La literie, le matelas inconfortable, le ménage reste à revoir, et le plus important le petit déjeuner, pas du tout adapté à une clientèle non turque, un petit déjeuner imposé ou aucun choix n'est possible, et il est identique tous les jours. C'est dommage avec tous les bons produits turques de ne pas les trouver sur la table. Autre mauvaise expérience, le service transfert, cet hôtel sous traite avec une compagnie pas sérieuse, on a vécu une mauvaise expérience, service payé depuis 2 jours avec réservation pour un transfert à l'aéroport, le jour J pas de voiture, nous étions obligés de prendre un taxi par nos propres moyens.

Very friendly staff, location is really good in Nisanatasi, great breakfast and nice spa.

They could do some renovations in the bathroom. Also, they made us pay for swimming caps to be allowed to use the swimming pool which was dumb in my opinion.

A lot of the equipment is broke. Breakfast was so so most of the time they didn’t have protein. Super disappointed in this hotel never stayed there again.

Extremely Disappointing Hotel – But Wonderful Staff Members I am extremely disappointed with our overall experience at this hotel. For the price and expectations, the standard of the hotel itself was simply unacceptable. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained and desperately needs a complete renovation. Everything felt tired, dated and neglected. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep, and the breakfast was also disappointing and not enjoyable. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of attention regarding my sister’s special 30th birthday. This was an important milestone and one of the reasons for our trip. I asked countless times if the hotel could arrange something as simple as a birthday message for her. Despite repeatedly asking and making it clear that she was celebrating her 30th birthday, nothing was arranged. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant — just a small gesture to acknowledge such a special occasion. After asking so many times, for it to still be completely overlooked was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My sister only gets one 30th birthday, and unfortunately, that moment cannot be recreated. However, I do want to give special recognition to Adam, Burak and Ahmet, who were absolutely lovely throughout our stay. They were always smiling, welcoming and genuinely eager to help whenever they could. What stood out to us was that this wasn’t something they were doing just for us — we noticed them treating other guests with exactly the same kindness and willingness to help. Their attitude and customer service were a real credit to the hotel, and they deserve to be recognised for it. Unfortunately, as lovely as Adam, Burak and Ahmet were, they cannot make up for the overall condition and standard of the hotel itself.
