Zoha was really nice and welcoming, hotel was modern and clean, everyone was helpful.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, Hi there, I'm writing to file a complaint about my recent stay. The experience was honestly terrible. You can check my account history — this is the first time I've ever left a negative review. I usually either leave a good review or say nothing at all. I'm taking the time to write this long review mainly to help other travelers avoid making the same mistake. Here's what I'd like to raise: 1. The rating doesn't match reality at all This hotel has a fairly high rating on Booking.com, but my actual stay was nowhere near that level. I think Booking.com should re-examine this property's rating and reassess it fairly, so an inflated score doesn't keep misleading customers. 2. The photos don't reflect the actual condition The promotional photos on the website look quite different from what I found in person. I'd suggest asking the hotel to upload more honest, realistic images, so guests don't end up booking based on a false impression. 3. The ECO room type is seriously misleading For anyone considering the ECO Bedroom: please check carefully before booking — the room is only 19 square meters. And the worst part? Rooms on the 1st to 3rd floors have windows that open directly onto a concrete wall, which the hotel tries to cover up with plastic plants. A room like that is basically windowless. The ventilation, lighting, and overall feel are awful — yet it's sold as a regular room. That, frankly, is deceptive. 4. The invoice issue Lastly, I'd like the hotel to send me my invoice as soon as possible. On the day I checked out, I deliberately went to the front desk half an hour early. After waiting for half an hour, I still didn't get the invoice — all I was told was that it would be "emailed to me later." An invoice is a basic consumer right, so I'd ask Booking.com to push the hotel to sort this out quickly.

The stay was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast, shower doesn’t have any stand for putting stuff, toothbrushes have the same colour it was difficult to differentiate between them for two people

The service was exceptional, the hotel is calm, relaxing, modern and clean. The rooms are clean, blackout curtains. Everything was absolutely perfect. As soon as you step inside from the historical turkey and inside this modern hotel, you forget it’s turkey.

That I didn’t stay longer!

The lady from the reception, she was kind and helpful and the location

Almost every thing, the room was a pure scam, you can barely stand in it, the breakfast wasn’t various, we got robbed, they almost requested a payment for every right of ours. They forcefully took our money for a security deposit that hasn’t been previously declared. 90% of the staff could barely speak English.

Great hotel, truly amazing staff, specially Zoha and Umit who really helped us have a smooth experience and offered help throughout our stay.

The room view was not the best, but I guess we didn’t pay for the rooms with good view.

مررت بتجربة مريرة معهم، كنت في كل يوم استيقظ بألم في الظهر بسبب خلل في المرتبة، فطلبت تغيير المرتبة او تغيير الغرفة ولكن كان الموظفين غير متعاونين وكل ما قامو به بعد أن تحققوا من المشكلة والهبوط هو محاولة اصلاح المرتبة بوضع شرشف تحت المكان الهابط، وهذا لم يجدي ولم يفعلو أي شيء آخر، فقمت برفع شكوى على الفندق من خلال ايميل وزارة السياحة ولكن لم يتواصل معي اي شخص. على العموم هذا هو الفندق الذي عليك ان تتعايش فيه مع المشكلة. اما وزارة السياحة لديهم تركت لدي خيبة أمل حقيقية. والصور هنا لتظهر الجانب السليم والجانب المقوس من المرتبة.

The hotel experience was phenomenal right in the center of the shopping area and easy access to all locations. The reception and staff very sweet and welcoming. Soha especially was spectacular. Will definitely come back.

Alles was weer tiptop in orde, zoals altijd! Het hotel ligt echt supercentraal, waardoor je bijna overal te voet naartoe kunt. Wij verblijven hier telkens wanneer we naar Istanbul komen en zijn altijd tevreden. Zeker een aanrader!

A very special thank you to Zoha, who was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly throughout our stay. She genuinely made us feel at home and added such a personal touch to our experience. We would also like to thank to Firat and Furkan for their kindness and excellent service. The hospitality from the whole team is one of the main reasons we enjoy coming back. Special Thanks to Zoha, Umit & Mr Furkan, the Manager who went all out to ensure our stay was pleasant. Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel is in a perfect location, easily accessible to Taksim, Nisantasi and the Bosphorus area. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Zoha checked on us every morning at breakfast and gave us loads of tips where to go. Osmanbey Metro station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is clean but the junior suites need to bigger in size specially for a junior suite and needs a quick revamp.

Вже вдруге зупиняюсь в цьому готелі, дуже зручне розташування, поряд гарні вулиці із затишними кафе/ресторанами, відчуття іншого Стамбула. В готельні номери чисті, охайні. На рецепції дуже привітний персонал, завжди раді допомогти. Дуже достойний готель , співвідношення ціна/якість.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and a very convenient location. The bed and mattress were excellent and very comfortable. A special thank you to Zoha for her attentiveness and warm hospitality. People like her are what make the service truly special.

They give us 1 key only for penthouse where we stay 3 person , and refuse to give more I found that any body enter hotel can excess to the left and all floors without access card , nor anybody to check if he is staying in the hotel. My family afraid too much . The room smell was too bad , sewage smell was too Mutch The Penthouse was too small , not as mention , It cant accumulate 3 person , with one bathroom The hotel give me penthouse in floor 9 , and my daughters room in 8 The view was good , but the room floor was broken and plants grow in I book a 5 Star Hotel , but from i saw its not more than 2 star , I notice that all photos on the hotel site was edited I ask the hotel at 03.40PM to cancel my booking, when I hear people taking about some staff enter their room while they are inside sleeping without knowing the door The Hotel manager refuse to see me and he told the staff to tell me that he is out , and I have to wait him tell next day , even I ask them to call him , he said he will not discuss any thing by phone The hotel refuse to cancel my booking as I book nonrefundable price I didn't stay in the hotel mostly for safety reasons

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return next year!

There was honestly nothing significant that we disliked. Our overall experience was very positive and everything met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

We booked 2x junior suites at the Bentley Hotel Bosphorus and they were very clean and comfortable. Special Thanks to Zoha, Amit and Mr Furkan the Manager who made our stay extra special. Zoha was so knowledgeable and checked on us every day to ensure our stay was good. She even gave us tips on where to go. Amit was also so helpful ensuring our stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much of a bother with the hotel and its staff. Would highly recommend it.

There was nothing to dislike except the rooms need to be refurbished as it is looking tired but it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel’s location was excellent, as it was very close to the Metro line and major attractions, which is exactly why I chose it. However, the rest of my experience was highly disappointing.

I was not able to check in early. Although I requested an early check-in ahead of time regarding my early flight, the staff knew nothing about my request when I arrived at the hotel. They told me the room needed to be cleaned and that my check-in would be after 2:00 PM. I returned to the hotel around 4:00 PM and finally checked in.When I entered the room, I realized it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The bathroom surfaces were not wiped down, and I could still see handprints on the fixtures. The shower leaked water onto the floor, the bedsheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover had stains on them, and the floor was dirty.I called the front desk to request a cleaning. They sent a male staff member to clean the room. He changed the linens and wiped the surfaces, but he did not clean the floor. This was an unpleasant situation. It was already evening, and having a male cleaner in the room with me after 5:00 PM made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not find this acceptable at all.

If you are in lower floors it can the street cars sounds can be loud, we had a baby and it was fine when we close the windows, but it would be better if we took higher floor room

A foul smell emitting from the bathroom/ toilet vent was gross and nearly ruined my stay. Luckily, it was cleared for the rest of my stay. That should not be allowed to happen again.

Extrem hilfbereites Personal in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir brauchten zB etwas aus der Apotheke: wurde für uns besorgt. Essen: wurde für uns auch noch nachts um 23.00 besorgt und privat das Geld dafür ausgelegt. Wir möchten uns für den Service ausdrücklich bei folgenden Personen namentlich bedanken: Allen voran: Tufan, weiterhin: Thabet, Zoha, Ersan und Bunyamin. Schöner, grosser Balkon mit Aussicht in der Suite.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Bett sehr bequem und die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Frühstücksbereich war sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
