Fabulous room with everything you need and so clean. Location excellent for getting about, bus, tram and ferry close by, cafe viva in the hotel served excellent food at good prices. The staff were so helpful and polite , would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist in einer super Lage mitten in Kadeköy und dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Es gibt ein ansprechendes Frühstücksangebot. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nur die Kleinigkeit, dass die Armaturen (Wandhalterung des Duschkopfes) in der Dusche beschädigt waren. Sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Dusche war dennoch nutzbar.

This small hotel is very well situated in Kadekoy. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms modern, everything is clean and well maintained. Restaurants with or without alcohol, all around. Very lively night live (for those who want that, 10 minutes walk). Very quiet around the hotel. Easy 15 minutes walk down to the ferries, if you want to visit old Istanbul. I have to mention the staff, that went out of their their way, to help and advice. A group of young and cheerful people.

There was nothing not to like, we really enjoyed every stay. Travelling around Turkey for a fortnight, we always returned to Dugi Hotel in Kadekoy.

Modern and spacious rooms. The hotel has a good location in Kadikoy with walking distance to the port and alot of restaurants. Very helpful and serviceminded staff. In overall we had a great stay here.

The breakfast provided was good but not a buffet so lacked variation. No amenities provided in the bathroom except shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.

We decided to stay at Dugi rather than one of the large chain hotels in Kadıköy, and are so glad we did. The staff at Dugi were consistently phenomenal, welcoming us back each night, offering suggestions for activities, and generally ensuring that our stay was a pleasant one. You can't beat the location, truly. The cafe downstairs, which also offers in-room dining, is delicious (I highly recommend the mint ayran), and sometimes features a friendly neighborhood cat named Latte to elevate the experience. I knew we'd made the right decision when we came downstairs to see one of the staff members fanning Latte with a menu on a hot summer day! If our travels bring us back to the Anatolian side of Istanbul, and I hope they do, we will be staying at Dugi again without hesitation.

From an ecological perspective, I appreciate requiring the room key to be present for electricity to work, but it did make charging devices/battery packs while we were out of the room a bit of a challenge.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Персонал был очень приветлив, прекрасное знание английского. Есть лифт. Номер супер просторный, все современное и новое. Чисто, стильно. Есть кондиционер, шторы blackout. Переулок абсолютно тихий, никакого шума. Но при этом за углом уже оживленная улица с выбором кафе на любой вкус, магазинчиками, кофейнями. До автобусной остановки, парома и метро - 5 минут пешком. В отеле внизу обалденно вкусный эспрессо для ценителей кофе. В Турции с эспрессо не везде хорошо, но здесь прямо очень вкусный и насыщенный кофе. Можно заказать еду в номер, можно покушать в кафе внизу отеля. Мы не заказывали, но такая опция есть. Прямо напротив отеля маленький супермаркет, чтобы докупить что-то по мелочи. За углом близко есть отличное место покушать с ready meal. Там приятный интерьер, кондиционеры ( летом это важно) и с большим выбором вкусной домашней еды на любой вкус. И по цене совсем недорого. Около 10 евро на двоих плотно поесть (и мясо, и гарнир и салат) ( Leziz Esnaf Lokantasi)

Все очень понравилось. Замечаний совсем нет.

Vi elsket oppholdet vårt på Dugi! Rommet var stort og komfortabelt med balkong i øverste etasje. Beliggenheten var perfekt med umiddelbar nærhet til butikker, restauranter og havneterminalen. Vi tok flere båtturer ut til Prinseøyene for rolige dager i solen. Hotellet er lite og koselig og har verdens hyggeligste personale. Alle var utrolig trivelige og smilende og fikk oss til å føle oss som hjemme. Frokosttallerken var fantastisk, og vi nøt den i utedelen av kaféområdet hver morgen. Vi kan ikke takke Mert og gjengen nok for det fine oppholdet og gjestfriheten. Dere er mye av årsaken til at oppholdet vårt i Istanbul ble ekstra fint. The location was right in the heart of Kadıköy. It is so easy to get to many places and restaurants, and it was very walkable. The room I stayed in was amazing. It had two TVs, 2 air conditioners, a small love seat, and a balcony that you could see the Bosphorous in the distance. Room service was amazing. The food at the restaurant was much better than I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was able to check in a little early when I needed to. I would definitely stay again!

El hotel está situado en una zona muy buena de la parte asiática de Estambul, cerca de zona de tiendas, mercado de Kadikoi y restaurantes. El ambiente es muy distinto al de los bazares de la zona más turística (europea). Nuestra reserva no incluía desayuno, pero hay justo detrás una cafetería/pastelería espectacular para desayunar. La habitación era una doble deluxe (para 3 personas) y el confort es máximo, con vistas a una calle peatonal tranquila.

Contratamos con el hotel un transfer desde el aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos, la empresa nos dijo que había pasado algo con nuestro conductor y en vez de ponernos otro coche nos tuvieron más de 30 min al sol en un parking. Cuando nos quejamos en el hotel nos dijeron que no era su responsabilidad y que los viernes hay mucho tráfico. En este sentido poca flexibilidad por parte del personal del hotel (además empeñados en que este servicio se pagara en metálico).

The breakfast was nice, but the orange juice wasn’t included. It would be simpler to just include everything — even if that meant the room price being about 2€ higher — rather than asking guests to pay separately for it.

The best hotel in kadikoy asian side....right in the heart of everything....the boys at the front desk were great...always smiling and very polite and helped us in every way possible....the rooms were great clean amd comfortable... The hotel has only 20 rooms so be sure to book it early. They do not offer a buffet breakfast but it was great...they even delivered it to the room

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar im Zentrum von Kadikoy. Der Bahnhof und die Fähranleger,sind fußläufig (10 Minuten) erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Empfang durch Herrn Berke hat uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt:-). Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Noch ein Zusatz: Die hausgemachte Limonade ist ein Traum... Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter, wir hatten einen tip top Urlaub. Danke nochmal an das Dugi Team!

Personale veramente gentile e preparato, struttura nuova e situata in un’ottima posizione a Kadikoy. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, ci hanno offerto un caffè nel bar della struttura. La camera è ben progettate e provvista di tutto. La colazione, pur essendo proposta identica per tutti, è veramente varia e abbondante con proposte salate tipicamente turche e piccoli vasetti di ottima marmellata per chi ama il dolce.

La TV ha un bello schermo grande, ma nessun canale italiano

The location was better than I expected, close to the metro and ferry..lots of restaurants, shopping and breakfast was excellent,! Очень классный новый отель в самом центре Кадыкей. Современный интерьер, удобная локация, до станции метро и парома 7-8 минут пешком, недалеко новомодный район Мода, магазины. Чистые номера, вежливый и приятный персонал, владеют как английским, так и русским языками. Всегда рады помочь и улучшить качество сервиса. При заселении нам предложили повысить уровень комфорта и предоставили номер просторнее на этаж выше бесплатно. Завтраки вкусные, континентального типа, из свежих продуктов, порадовали детей отдельным вниманием и угощениями. Кафе при отеле понравилось также, ужинали перед отьездом, вкусная кухня без излишеств. Отдельная благодарность Berke и всему персоналу за внимание и заботу. От души рекомендую данный отель, за свою цену однозначно лучший вариант в этом районе.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The two guys at the front desk were very handsome and friendly. Berke was very responsible, and his colleague (I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to ask your name) was kind enough to upgrade our room. The room was also very clean and tidy. I highly recommend it if you go there.

Внизу есть кафе при отеле, можно позавтракать, готовят вкусно и быстро. Отель рядом со всей движухой в Кадыкёй, но не в эпицентре, что тоже удачно его отличает от других, буквально свернул за угол и ты в тишине у отеля. Отель так расположен, что до каждого из 2 аэропортов ехать на такси 1 час

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Dugi Hotel in Kadıköy und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt im Zentrum von Kadıköy. Man erreicht innerhalb weniger Minuten die Fähren, Busse und zahlreiche Restaurants, Märkte sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dadurch ist das Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind groß und waren stets sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen und bot einen angenehmen Start in den Tag. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Wir sind mit unserem Baby gereist und haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Team hat sich liebevoll um unser Kind gekümmert und uns den Aufenthalt dadurch noch angenehmer gemacht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Berke und Mustafa sowie an alle Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und liebevollen Art so besonders gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

The hotel is well located and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Berke at the front desk during the night shift. He gave us excellent advice on routes and local transportation, which made our stay much easier. Many thanks :)

The staff were so friendly and hospitable! they went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed and special. Special mention to Berke ;) Oskan, Mustafa and there were a couple of other staff but unfortunately i don't know their names. The bedrooms were clean and large and provided free water which was great for me. They even offered alternative pillows.

très bon emplacement à 10 mn de l'embarcadère . quartier populaire et sympa très animé mais l'hotel n'est pas bruyant ! facile de trouver un petit resto le soir .Petit déjeuner copieux très bon , un vrai repas ! le personnel est au petit soin très disponible ! A recommander pour ceux qui veulent être à l'écart des centres touristiques .

Perfect location - walking distance from Kadikoy port and bars & restaurants. Very spacious room, delicious breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. But most important - very friendly and helpful staff, especially thanks to Berke from reception, who helped with many questions and recommendations about what to see, where to eat, etc. Definitely recommend to stay here.

This was our first visit to Istanbul, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is perfectly located in Kadıköy, with everything nearby. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The traditional Turkish breakfast each morning was fantastic. What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

До паромной станции идти около 10 минут, вокруг много кафе и закусочных на любой бюджет. Трансфер от аэропорта (Istanbul Airport) до отеля не заказывали, добирались самостоятельно на такси по карте ехали через район Ускюдар, стоимость по счетчику вышла 2560 лир, обратно попросили вызвать нам такси на ресепшн, такси приехало через минут 10, но маршрут от отеля до аэропорта (Istanbul Airport) был выстроен через район Аксарай, стоимость по счетчику вышла 3194 лир, дорога заняла около 1,5 часа. Возможно, данная информация будет полезна тем, кто планирует добираться от/до аэропорта (Istanbul Airport) на такси. Огромная благодарность всем сотрудникам за гостеприимство и внимательное отношение ко всем гостям. Хочется снова к вам вернуться.

Состояние нового отеля. Сотрудники вежливые. Номера просторные, отель небольшой но очень уютный. Есть хорошее и не дорогое кафе. В этом районе, это действительно очень хороший вариант.

Улочка тихая, без ночных заведений, но шум всё равно есть, но это специфика целого района, здесь так везде.

I was there a week ago with my mother, and we really liked it a lot. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they practically anticipated our wishes before we even expressed them. Additionally, both the hotel and the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we felt very much at ease. We’ll gladly come back again.

O hotel é muito bom, com quartos amplos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é ótimo e bem servido. O melhor do hotel é a equipe que recebe os hóspedes com muita atenção e gentileza - em especial o eficiente Mustafa e a simpática Yildiz.

Great location, near Kadıköy’s upper area, close to the tram and the tourist area. Breakfast was nice, but not outstanding for us. See below. The room has a nice design, it is spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable.

Our so-called “Superior” room was on the ground floor, right at the end of the corridor leading from the hotel lobby, whose door is constantly open. The soundproofing through the room’s entrance door, which opened onto the corridor leading to the street, was almost non-existent. We heard noise for much of the night and early in the morning when other guests had breakfast, as the hotel lobby opens onto the restaurant. At this price for Istanbul, it was a huge disappointment. At this price for Istanbul, we expected much better. It seems unbelievable to me that the room opens onto the lobby with no soundproofing at all. We mentioned this at checkout, along with the fact that we had slept badly, and we were simply told that if the hotel had not been full, they would have put us in a better room. Nothing else..! Booking.com does not mention this major drawback anywhere. If you are a light sleeper, do not book this room. Also, the "garden view" claim on Booking is NOT TRUE. The so-called premium room has a large window facing directly onto a public parking building, so the view is really ugly. Average breakfast, served as a fixed plate with absolutely no choice. Everyone gets the same thing: cheese, salad, jam and bread. No espresso.

A equipe do hotel é muito eficiente e atenciosa. São extremamente amáveis e tornaram nossa estadia maravilhosa. Recomendo muito ficar nesse hotel porque é bem localizado, limpo e os quartos são grandes e confortáveis.

Das Personal ist sehr angagiert, höflich und freundlich. Ich war im im Mai 2026 bereits 2 Mal für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit raumhohen Fenstern. Die Lage ist optimal. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Bahn, Metro und Fähre sind in 5-15 Min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen fährt die Metro alle 10 Min. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, kein Buffet.

Die Schallisolierung könnte besser sein. Man hört die Gespräche und Kinder, die leider auch mal Nachts weinen. P.S.: Habe selber Kinder, also kinderfreundlich :)

Everything! Room and bed were super comfortable. Room was sparkling clean. I usually like a buffet breakfast but the way they do their breakfasts was so much more civilised and still offers lots of choice while ensuring quality as the food hasn't sat out for ages, so I really enjoyed it. Great coffee at breakfast, which is a rare thing. Staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Location perfect

Nothing I didn't like per se. It would've been great to have been offered two breakfast options - with or without menemen. Perhaps one option with that in place of some of the cheese and meat would be nice. Non- local guests would love to try it I think.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Fussminuten vom Fähranleger entfernt im belebten, jungen Stadtteil Kadiköy. Perfekt also, um die klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, aber auch ein wenig abseits vom Haupttrubel zu nächtigen und abends essen zu gehen. Täglich gibt es zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser vom Hotel. Überhaupt ist das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Zum Frühstück wird pro Person genau eine Tasse Kaffee angeboten, das wirkt arg kleinlich.
