Отель очень понравился. Расположение отличное, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности: Галатская башня, Галатапорт, торговая улица Istiklal. и т.д. Номера чистые , уютные. На ресепшн ребята очень отзывчивые, приветливые и компетентные, всегда помогут и подскажут без проблем.

On avait la chambre 101 au rez de chaussée, chambre un peu humide et avec des petites mouches qui étaient présentes, le wifi de la télé s’arrêtait de temps en temps et la propreté est pas exceptionnelle

La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, la ubicación no es la ideal para Estambul pero si para cuando vas o llegas de cruceros y para visitar Galata.

En principio todo bien, la calle en la que está quizás al principio tira un poco para atrás pero es solo una percepción.

فندق ممتاز جداً بمستوى ثلاث نجوم، وموقعه بطل ويفوز بمعنى الكلمة؛ قريب جداً من برج غلطة، وقريب من غلطة بورت، ومحطة المترو، وكل ما تحتاجه حولك في المنطقة الحيوية. بوفيه الفطور ممتاز وأصنافه حلوة، ومساحته معقولة ومناسبة لعدد الغرف، والسعر جداً مناسب ومعقول. ​أبرز ما يميز الإقامة هو تعامل طاقم العمل، وتحديداً موظف الاستقبال الشاب "إبراهيم"؛ فهو محترم للغاية، يتحدث اللغة العربية، ويقدم المساعدة في أي استفسار بكل رحابة صدر. تجربة متكاملة من حيث الموقع، الخدمة، والفطور.

There's no one to help you with your luggage; that's the hotel policy! The towels are very old and the curtains are of poor quality.

L’hotel està molt ben situat, les habitacions son espacioses i ens van donar una habitació més gran de la que havíem reservat, el qual agraïm.

La neteja. Quan vam arribat ni les tovalloles ni les fundes dels coixins eren netes. No sé si les havien netejat de de l’últim client, però tenien evidents taques. Vam posar les tovalloles al terra perquè les canviessin però tot el que va fer el servei de neteja és tornar-les a plegar i penjar-les, així que hem estat 4 nits amb tovalloles brutes sense cap tipus de canvi. Crec que amb una mica més de rigorositat en la neteja seria un molt més bon hotel.

飯店外面就是T1電車Tophane 站，雖然在巷子裡，但地理位置很好，搭車非常方便，步行至知名景點也方便。

除了當時入住接待的櫃檯員工很熱心之外，後續遇到的員工都很冷漠，連招呼也不打。我訂購的是四人房(二張單人床一張雙人床)實際入住有一張單人床是屬於可移動式收摺的床舖硬放在三人房裡面，非實際的四人房。浴室水流不大冷熱也不穩定，不曉得冬天會不會造成困擾。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! We were traveling as a family of five (two adults and three children). Before our trip, I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could stay together in their quadruple room. They kindly agreed and even provided an extra bed, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel has a perfect location, just a short walk from Galataport and within easy reach of many attractions. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, making every morning a great start to the day. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay, and on my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and the location is great.

The breakfast was very basic, with limited options, and being served in the basement wasn't ideal. There was a power outage for two days, and the staff were neither helpful nor accommodating. Since the elevator wasn't working, we had to carry our luggage to the fourth floor without any assistance. Despite the inconvenience, there was no apology or compensation. To top it off, the taxi arranged by the hotel tried to overcharge us even though we paid at the hotel reception.

Apa la dus abia curge, nu are presiune la etajul 3. Locurile de parcare sunt pe trotuar in fata hotelului, daca prinzi! In descriere ei spun ca e cu loc de parcare, dar dupa ce achizitionezi, de fapt nu e cu loc de parcare. Ei"nu pot garanta" locurile de parcare. Wi-Fi functioneaza foarte prost sau deloc.

Our stay at Sabiha Sultan Hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Istanbul's main attractions while still being in a quiet area. The hotel is charming & clean. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful, allowing us to sleep well every night. The staff was kind & helpful, despite the language barrier. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Большие комнаиый. Чисто. Радом с портом. Мы перед круизом были на 2ночи. Уехали и через несколько дней написали что забыли куртку (а мы дазе не заметили ето) После круиза зашли и вернули.

The hotel met our expectations. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, and the staff were very helpful. During our last night, there was a street-level power outage. Although this was outside the hotel’s control, the staff kindly offered us another room in their building across the street.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγαλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε! Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό με ωραίες γεύσεις. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό χαρούμενο ειδικά η κυρία που μας έφτιαχνε το καφέ στο πρωινό! Η τοποθεσία φοβερή, πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια!

I have been many times in Istanbul and never seen a bigger room than this one, it was so spacious

Nothing really, it was a nightmare staying here

I've never written a bad review of a hotel but this one really deserves it.. to start, problems with the basics, AC never worked, it's summertime come on, and there was a huge ball of hair in one of the chairs, disgusting.. that was inly the beggining,. The night I arrived started a blackout.. nobody answered in reception, or anywhere.. and when talking to them personally they just acted like nothing was going on.. no power at all in the hotwl, but the real problem was that the staff were just avoiding everything related and doing nothing about it.. they didn't know if the power was gonna be back some time and they didn't want to make refunds, just told people to leave if they have issues with the situation.. what kind of nightmare was that, and with people with no criteria at all

К сожалению, были проблемы с электроснабжением, и сутки не было света.

Действительно, прекрасный отель! Расположение - лучшее, до трамвая Т1 1 минута - легко за несколько остановок добраться до основных достопримечательностей, рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы - торговый центр с ресторанами, шикарной облагороженной прогулочной набережной, так же 3 минуты до улицы с барами и рыбным дурумом. До Истикляль 15 минут, Галатская еще ближе. Напротив отеля супермаркет А101. Постели удобные! Завтраки: хорошие, много горячего, закуски. Прекрасно работают кондиционер. Номер большой и намного приятнее выглядит, чем на фото. Есть парковка, кто на машине, но не всегда прям гарантированно будет место, так как мест немного.

Вот чуть-чуть бы лучше качество постельного белья 🤲 но, вероятно, отразится на цене.

Rien et les draps on enfin été changé car l’année dernière il été un peu abîmé là c’est beaucoup mieux !

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage für uns, alles war zu Fuß super erreichbar. Der Service war auch sehr hilfsbereit und auf alle Anfragen wurde immer freundlich eingegangen. Ibrahim war so lieb und hat uns zu allen kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten einen Ausgleich angeboten. Z.b. bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer und ein Taxi zum Flughafen.

Bett und Kissenbezüge haben nicht so einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht, wurden auf Anfrage ausgetauscht. Einen Abend gab es kein warmes Wasser, wurde dann am nächsten Tag behoben. Dann kam es leider zweimal zu einem Stromausfall, was aber wohl an irgendwelchen Gästen lag.

Bij aankomst kregen we eerst een kamer op het gelijkvloers die aanzienlijk kleiner was dan verwacht en helemaal niet rustig gelegen, terwijl we hier vooraf expliciet om hadden gevraagd. Gelukkig konden we de volgende dag een andere kamer krijgen na dit aan te kaarten. Op de laatste dag werd een vriendin ziek. Ze mocht enkel tot het officiële uitcheckuur in de kamer blijven en moest daarna verder uitrusten in de lobby, terwijl ze eigenlijk maar een uurtje extra nodig had omdat we nadien toch naar de luchthaven vertrokken. Op dat moment hadden we wat meer flexibiliteit en behulpzaamheid van het hotel gewaardeerd.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Lage war sehr gut und auch nicht zu laut. Check in/out war einfach. Würde wieder hierher kommen.
