Nagyon messze van a Belvárostól. Utolsó reggel szerettünk volna elviteles, hideg reggelit kérni, de ezt nem tudták megoldani 30 percel a reggeliztetes megkezdése előtt.

Weinig informatie gekregen bij inchecken over bijv. Wifi wachtwoord en faciliteiten. Er was geen strijkijzer beschikbaar. Soms werd er geen contact gemaakt, zoals goedemorgen etc. Bij uitchecken werd niet echt doorgevraagd hoe het verblijf werd ervaren.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The hotel looks good, and the rooms are clean and the way they shown on the photos. Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations.
On arrival, we were asked to pay for our stay even though it had already been prepaid. After they apologized, the same thing happened again the next morning at breakfast. No one told us that fresh omelets could be ordered. I only found out on our second breakfast after seeing Turkish guests being served them. When I asked, the chef offered to make one, but the receptionist immediately pointed out that toast would cost extra. Simple requests, like an iron or scissors, took about an hour to arrive. I asked for a glass of Prosecco but was told they only sold bottles. They brought a warm bottle of Bottega with fruit and nuts I hadn’t ordered and charged 7,500 TRY. They also insisted on immediate payment while their card terminal wasn’t working properly. The spa was supposed to be private, and I had already said we weren’t interested in massages. Nevertheless, while we were naked in the sauna, a staff member walked in to offer us a massage. The sauna itself wasn’t working properly, and the entire spa smelled strongly of sewage. Finally, when I asked if they had a tampon, I was handed a piece of cotton wool. The hotel has potential, but the service, communication, and respect for guests’ privacy fell far below what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. And the major blocker was English as they were not able to understand us.

Die Wände und Türen sind sehr hellhörig. Ich hatte ein Balkon. Im Balkon war die Beleuchtung für die Fassade des Hotels. Was mich sehr gestört hat. Da es taghell war im Zimmer trotz Vorhang. Rezeption sagte gibt es nichts zu machen. Zimmer und Bad hätte ich mir sauberer vorgestellt. Vereinzelt Haare gesehen ohne danach zu suchen.

Besonders gefallen hat uns das leckere Frühstück sowie die ruhige Lage. Der Service war jederzeit hilfsbereit und professionell. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen

Не подготовили третью кровать и белье , на тахте , которая была в номере уместится ребенок младше 12 лет или взрослый ниже среднего роста с трудом , в номере не было воды , парковка авто персоналом - это парковка на соседних улицах ( так что лучше в салоне ничего ценного не оставлять) , холодный завтрак и скудный , в супер джакузи в номере забраться непросто :) , цена 142 дол за ночь явно завышена

Temizlik olarak daha iyi olabilirdi. Havlular yeterince temiz hissettirmedi. Kahvaltıda peynir çeşidi azdı. Özellikle bazı ürünler pek taze değildi maalesef.

Мы изначально забронировали номер с душевой кабиной И ванной, но по приезду нам дали номер с джакузи, казалось бы апгрейд, но «залезть» в джакузи это тот еще квест, ни ступеньки, ни лестницы.. полотенца жесткие и абсолютно не пахнут. Нет нетфликса либо ютуб в тв. А завтрак это отдельная история - было сказано завтрак по выходным до 11:00, мы спустились в 10:30 и персонал уже собирал буфет, мы естественно удивились, на что они нам «разрешили» брать завтрак из сервировочной тележки, в которую они уже сложили весь завтрак в одну тарелку, там картофель фри был в одной тарелке с омлетом чтоб вы понимали..

Frühstück war gut aber wenn man nach 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück geht ist das meiste schon leer und wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Bereitstellung vom Kaffee im Zimmer war zu wenig nur zwei Beutel für zwei Personen wenn jemand den Kaffe etwas stark mag ist dies zu wenig und es wird nicht täglich aufgefüllt deswegen 1 Punkt Abzug ansonsten Top Hotel.

Мы выбирали номер для некурящих, но в туалете ужасно пахло табачным дымом. Скудные завтраки, выбор сильно ограничен. Требуется предварительная запись в спа центр, мы не смогли попасть в то время, на которое рассчитывали. Попали в итоге в 10.00 утра, сразу после открытия, сауна была недостаточно прогрета
