Koza Suite Hotel

Very clean

first night.. no water not even to flush the toilet... not shower after 10 hour ferry boat and 7 hour driving..i made late check in and the guy Just told me toomorrow at 7 am... Simeone can fix it... i pee on the street... .

room was clean and staff were helpful

shower heads were limed

The view from the room was good.

Overall conditions were poor. The air conditioner was dusty, and there were stains on the sofa. There was no screen on the window, forcing us to keep the balcony door open for ventilation. Additionally, the showerhead holder was broken, making showering extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Läget, personalen. Cem and team was kind to help when needed . Service minded!

Breakfast need to be improved! Very simple . No juice or other drinks. Only water

We had a very pleasant stay at Koza Suite Hotel. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet and elegant neighbourhood of Ankara, while still offering easy access to the city. It provides very good value for money, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated that we were not charged for the minibar, although our consumption was admittedly minimal. A particularly charming detail was hearing Julio Iglesias playing non-stop in the lobby — an excellent choice and definitely an extra point from us! 😁 The breakfast was satisfactory, although fairly basic. We also experienced a few issues with our room key card, which occasionally did not work, so the reception staff had to help us open the door. Nevertheless, they always assisted us promptly and courteously. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location, with wonderful staff and very good value for money. We would gladly stay here again!

Eberything was great.

Aanrader!

Gastvrijheid, ligging.

The first address of Turkish hospitality! Extremely kind and helpful staff. Standard rooms are large enough.

Non-smoking rooms are rare. Contact and confirm with the Facility if you’re sensitive about cigarettes smell. Curtains are the main source of smell, they should be washed in rooms in which smoking is allowed. Breakfast is OK but adding yoghurt or omelette would make a good difference.

Todo. Un hotel fantástico

Really clean, great breakfast variety.

The suite was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Overall, a great stay.

Nothing — everything was better than expected.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, my first time here but so impressed

Nothing

It was a wonderful experience with a beautiful view from the window of 8 cats, my dog got along with them, thanks for upgrading a room

Staffs were great, breakfast was okay and the lobby has smoking zone that sometimes you can smell in the 2nd floor.

Smoke in the lobby, and the lift. The breakfast option could have coffee in selection.

Fum de tigara in camera.

Tout était très bien. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du personnel.

Impecable lugar, limpio, camas cómodas, barrio tranquilo, desayuno normal para Turquía, excelente

Oda çok rahat ve konforlu, kahvaltı yetrli. Fiyat fayda dengesi çok iyi...

Kusursuz.

Propreté et calme

Petit déjeuner sans jus de fruits

The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spotless, the staff is extremely friendly – everything is a ten out of ten.

Nichts

The room had a good size, was clean and comfortable. For our stay the location was really good. The neighborhood is quiet. It might be a bit distant from the Centre though

Great stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good location. Excellent value for money – definitely recommend!

In zona residenziale molto tranquilla, struttura accogliente e pulita, staff gentile.

They upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you for this. Everything is nice, clean, nice location on a hill, near shops, coffeeshops and cafes. Nice view on a city.

The bed and the room were nice. Good location, With a lot Of coffees, markets and restaurants

When we arrived, they put us in a room that was smelling cigarettes. We asked for change and they politely agreed. So, I recommend you to ask for a non smoker room. The breakfast needs to be improved. There is no juice or water. The hotel is not in the center as said in Booking

Conforto do quarto e localização.

O café-da-manhã deixou muito a desejar. Faltou até o próprio café...

Gececi resepsiyon ile kahvaltıya bakan beyefendi sanırım garsondu baya ilgiliydiler.

Odaya ütü istedim 203 dedim biraz bekledim gelmeyince aradım 202 dediniz dediler hayır 203 dedim oda numarasını biliyorum dedim gönderiyoruz dediler gelmedi bir baktık ki 202nin önüne bırakıp gitmişler söylemiyorlarda sorunca hala siz 202 dediniz diyorlar. Onun dışında normal bir oda tuttuk ancak -2. Kattaymış evet eksi 2. Cam direk arkada boş bir tarla gibi bir yere açılıyor pencerede sineklik vs yok açıp gitsek içeriye kedisi köpeği Her şeyi girebilir üstten açılmadı pencere bozuktu. Havasızlıktan öldük. Odalarda sıfır yalıtım yan odayı direk duyabiliyorsunuz gürültüden sabahın 7snde uyanıyorsunuz. Banyodaki havalandırma sesi direk odanın içinde klima damlatıyor. Her yer toz içindeydi kurutma makinesinin üzeri tozdan görünmüyordu.
