Ottima, pulizia, personale cortese, posizione

It was a good hotel, however I cannot really call out anything special in either direction, maybe had a nice view on the capital

It was a good hotel, however I cannot really call out anything special in either direction, maybe it is far from everything

The room was spacious - we stayed in the queen suite - so we had 2 bedrooms and a lounge. The hotel was a little run down especially the entrance and elevator area. But all in all the staff was very obliging and we were comfortable.

Location close the the embassy that we visited

We were initially put in a smoking room, even though our booking clearly specified non-smoking. When we asked about it, staff insisted the room was non-smoking — which wasn't true, as there was a strong smell of smoke and an ashtray in the room. It took an argument with the staff before they finally moved us to a different room, so the issue was resolved in the end, just after some unnecessary conflict. On top of that, the person checking us in mistakenly said we had to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was already included in our rate. Overall, a mixed experience.

Localisation : bonne Confort de matelat : correcte

Propreté : insuffisante. Chambre : petite, sombre, mal finie, WC difficile a acceder.

Unfortunately we weren't informed that they were changing all the room doors. The only way we could access our room was to get reception to come to the door and basically take apart the lock - every time. There were also gaps in the door frame and we could hear the lift and people outside all night. The room came with a small kitchenette that had no glasses, cutlery or plates. Very average stay.

Her sey yaxsi idi

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional during the entire stay. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. I really enjoyed my stay in Ankara and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Nothing

Mücahit was very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. He made our stay more comfortable with his positive attitude and excellent service.

Amazing staff and overall experience

I liked everything.

We expected a very high quality and varied breakfast based on the comments, but it didn’t live up to the standards. The lobby and sometimes the room itself had a strong sewage smell.

Clean

None

Rooms were a good size, the guys at the lobby and the reception were helpful. Location was great for restaurants and public transport. It may not be my first choice but I would probably stay again if I was visiting Ankara.

Breakfast was poor. We got told on our first day that the Breakfast was "better than a 5* hotel" only to wake up to wilted greens, old cucumbers, tomatoes and dried out cheese. I understand it's Ramazan and people are fasting but it wasn't what was promised 100%. The bathroom was average and a bit dated, the shower was not very clean and neither was the toilet even though it was cleaned every day. Some staff were helpful and but a few seemed unhappy to be there.

I always choose this hotel for my stays. It has a great location, and the rooms are clean and stylish. The staff is attentive and helpful. I especially enjoy the open-buffet breakfast, it’s always fresh and satisfying. Highly recommended.

I chose the hotel because of its location. The rooms are stylish and clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety. I was happy with the staff.

The location is very convenient for visiting many consulates. Check-in was quick, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

The cleaning isn't up to standard. Although the main area looked okay, the corners and shelves were covered in dust that obviously hasn't been touched in a while. The room is equipped with a rainfall shower head. This might be inconvenient for some guests; I would have preferred a flexible handheld shower.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast

Parking, I feel like they scam me regarding the parking, yes there is valet service.. is free valet service, but is our etiquette to tips at least 100-200TRL, moreover when I ask them why they parked the car on the side street, they not so welcome to answer. It will be wise for hotel to mention on their advert free street parking nearby hotel is available with valet parking.

I like this stay, very clean and comfortable

Staff was approachable and very kind. Breakfast was great with so many options and fresh food.

It was not a major issue but the room was very hot. I guess does to winter the hotel made sure every corner was warm.

Almost everything

Free sauna is only for 30 minutes. You can hear some noise from other rooms and the street.

Nada

The beds were comfortable, but there were sadly problems with the cleaning stuff, always asking personally so that they do the cleaning properly. Sadly the pictures about the swimming pool is misleading, because its operated from a different company and as they have told me, you have to make a reservation before usage and it's only allowed for half an hour. When I called the given number several times, nobody has answered. The same valid for the room service, nobody picks up the call. It was told that they have a washing service, but when called the desk, they said it takes 2-3 days to get the clothes back which is unusual for any star rated hotel. The second day my ac got broken and I had to wait until the next day so it could be repaired and one whole day it was freezing in the room. The hotel location is at a hill road, most of the center and important places in the city center are far and only to reach with a taxi ride. Breakfast was good, many options available. Overall, ok for staying for max 1-2 days. Not to advice for long stays, price/quality ratio is below average.
