The room was nice and big The food was fresh and food at the restaurant Location is close to market

Air con was not very cool. Kept at 26 than lower in warm weather

Though I requested with my check in details, there was no response from the property and the staff was very rude when I arrived.

Cleanness

They had issue with number of people in booking . I booked and mentioned the all details but they didn't accomodate and asked for extras for the same . Well it was just a night mere . They charged me extra for having nothing extra. As they said the booking details received to them was incomplete but k showed them that I have proof of booking confirmation with complete details and price at which the room booking was done by me.

The family room was fantastic, very cooperative staff.

Location of property is quite nice. Pretty close to Yatri Parchi Counter and Main Market. Room Size was also pretty nice. I should say more than enough. Taste of Food was also very good.

I dont know why but I was given 1 room on ground floor and it smelled like damp musty odour Staff was courteous enough to offer me another room on 1st floor but that room also had same issue. May be this was because Ventilation was not okay in the Washroom. The moment you enter the room you felt that smell. Simple things like Phone handset was not working. I had to call them to get it fixed. They came but again without checking it went away. I had to call them again and then it got fixed.

Everything, they were all very genuine, sweet, helpful, kind and great hospitality. Overall it is a beautiful property, comfortable and amazing view from terrace.

Good hotel located in katra. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Located close to katra bus stand and is easy to walk around the city. Their is a restaurant on the top floor serving veg north Indian food.

The room was very clean and comfortable. And staff was attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was average. Could have been better for the value. The location and cleanliness outside the hotel is disappointing.

It is centrally located in Katra yet quiet. The in-house restaurant had great food. The staff was very helpful including getting us an auto at 5:30 AM and cab to and fro from Jammu. The rooms were clean and they even had slippers for the cold bathroom floor. The rooms are heated.

Being a new property it is clean

You have to call the service desk to get the air conditioning turned on and even change temperatures. Wifi is terrible and is basically turned off over night . We lost the room key card which should be a easy fix but was told it's rs 400 . The attitude is a bit weird, didn't feel warm , everything was about money and charges . It should be about customer service. No tooth paste and size of the soap provided was a joke ..

Very bad n rude behaviour, within 15 minutes left the hotel. Surprised how booking.com recommended such hotel.No ventilation in room. When asked for other I was advised to go to booking.com. No option to leave the hotel. In future will not get hotel booking through booking.com also.

It is a newly opened property, Room size was perfect, staff was very helpfull, food was freshly cooked took sum time but was worth waiting, amenities like 24×7 hot water, cattle, wifi ,was perfect , free pick up drop service also available.

I have booked the room at online price 5.700/- aprox including all taxes but it cost me more than 6300/- at final bill while checking out . please resolve the issue.

I booked the triple room for my parents and myself and the room was of great size and the beds very comfy. Bathroom was clean and the staff were very courteous. Location was close to the Katra market and close to many shops for eating and shopping. We ordered food couple of times at the hotel room and it was quite delicious too.

We reached at normal checkin time and still had to wait for sometime for the room to be prepared. The other thing which I did not know and was not made aware of , is that for room cleaning we have to specifically tell the staff beforehand or they do not do it themselves. I had to request for cleaning later during the day and for fresh towels too but there was no major issue with that. Also wifi could have been better.

Staff was good and polite, they helped to arrange reasonable taxi for Airport drop and local site-seeing. They switched on heaters as well in night. Location is also good and easily reachable. Room size was also good, Overall value for money.

Nothing, not at all happy with the manger of the hotel Mr Rakesh, neither book through booking.com nor through the hotel website

Mr Rakesh the hotel manger, he is the one who didn’t even helped with the problem issues, I would request other guest not to trust this person. He won’t even receive your callNo hot water in some of the rooms, cleanliness issues- No towels in the room and when provided they were wet mentioning about the laundry problem, 2nd most disappointing this was bed sheets were not changed hairs lying all around I believe laundry problem is not the reason they should provide to the guest, heaters not working properly, need to keep on chasing the reception for the basic needs, serviceses out of the box nothing as mentioned. Breakfast and dinner taste was Ok but again need to keep on chasing the incharged person for the food. No buffet service provided. Not a good location for the stay.

Sitting chair in room & restaurant. Not comfortable chairs. The room electric system is a little bit more advanced & equally confusing. At night time when you are going to sleep lights are still on at the ceiling of the room. I called the reception but they said because of the invertor connection it is not possible to light off the room completely. Management & coordination between staff is also not good although behaviour was good..

Location was really great as it is only 5 mins to Katta bus stand. It is just off the main road and surrounding is not the greatest but it does not affect the inside quality of the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean and felt very comfortable . it's a very good location It was very beautiful to see the Trikuta mountain from the dining area on the roof top.. Room service and Dining area staff is very nice and helpful. The food here from breakfast to dinner was very delicious and the menu was of many choices and Verity....Many thanks to the entire hotel staff from my family side...
