Reviewed May 30, 2026The location of the property is a plus point owning to its proximity to the main bust stand of Katra, Railway Station and the market.
The hardly palatable breakfast menu and choices. The reason given for not serving pooris or Dosa was LPG shortage. Such an excuse was not expected from a well established hotel run by ITC management, especially when all dhabas both in the Katra market and at Bhawan were serving full menu. If you are serving a limited menu, then make sure that it is worthy of eating.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park, Katra. The hotel is very well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms that make the stay truly relaxing. The location is also very convenient for visitors coming for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which adds a lot to the overall experience. The food quality was excellent with a good variety of dishes and great taste. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend Fortune Park, Katra to anyone visiting the area for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Somewhat I didn’t like the treatment at reception they have the policy of Checkin time 2.00 pm (which is no where mentioned at booking.com) and before that they won’t allocate the room if it is empty also. I reached with my family 1.5 yr old daughter and old age parents at 8.10am and man at reception clearly denies to allocate the room before 2 pm as per their policy…After lot of argument when I showed them that this one is nowhere mentioned in booking.com then immediately they took out the keys and handed over

Reception person and maintanance cause the ac was not working. But THE AC IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING. We were there for two nights and even after so many complaints they were not able to repair the AC. The person who at the reception (cant remember his name but starter with the letter M) was very disinterested to talk during the stay. His tone and bisy language was such that he was the boss talking to his employees(us).

The room service was not available at times we wanted. The washroom was very smelly when we checked in. The TV units through out our stay did not worked at all despite of numerous efforts taken by the service staff. This is not expected from such property. Room is Not cleaned properly, hair in the washroom, towel is stinky, even bed side tables are dirty. For relaxing we tried to use indoor games with kid, but whole game zone is broken, TT table and bat are unplayable, and the carrom board is disastrous.
