DISAPPOINTED!!! We got a small room without window !! Imagine living in room WITHOUT WINDOW like in prison!! Specially because there is no like a option in booking ! So unfair! You couldn’t control air conditioning and it was very hot without air! Like i see there is many situations like this and they didnt do nothing about it , it shows how unprofessional they are and how they dont care! Although we didnt get some things like glass for water and something like that . Im so disappointed and one big NO!

Bonjour nous arrive dans une chambre pour deux adultes moins de 9m2 obliger de demander un changement de chambre dans un autre bâtiment sans ascenseur, sans télévision sans internet, le petit déjeuner 100m plus loin de l’hôtel dans restaurant sushis, rien à voir avec le buffet et les photos de la terrasse. De plus avec des rallonges pas au normes et un chauffage d’appoint

We had the deluxe double room with sea view. The room had the right space to fit well for 5 nights and it was like in the pictures and descriptions provided. The location is amazing, just 1 min walking from Topkapi and Haya Sofia. Very comfortable to visit the city.

The first night we arrived at 2 am and the receptionist gave us a room in another building which was not the one we booked ( pictured attached). Only after we mentioned that it was not the room we booked, they said that they were fully booked and they will try to change our room the day after. We got no refund or discount on the price for staying in a room which was way below the category we booked and in another nearby hotel. The day after luckily they fixed the problem. Some other minor things: the shower was not working in all 3 settings and was leaking. The breakfast is Turkish, no sweet options available except 2 fruits and bread with marmelade.

Helaas was ons verblijf bij Joyway zeer teleurstellend en zeker niet zoals voorgesteld op de foto’s. • Het hotel beschikt niet over een lift, wat betekent dat je dagelijks 2 tot 3 keer zo’n 45 tot 50 treden op en af moet lopen, midden in de hitte van 35 graden. Na een lange dag ben je al uitgeput, en dan moet je alsnog al die treden op. Gelukkig hadden wij geen kinderwagen, want dan ben je echt de pineut. • De elektriciteit viel regelmatig uit, iets wat we alleen bij dit hotel hebben meegemaakt. • Het toilet druppelt constant, wat vooral ’s nachts storend is als je probeert te slapen. • Bij aankomst werd er geen hulp geboden met koffers – we werden alleen aangekeken. • De receptie is vrijwel nooit bemand. Meerdere keren ben ik naar beneden gelopen en was er niemand aanwezig. • Het balkon was vies: de vloer en ramen waren smerig en er zaten roestvlekken die het uitzicht ernstig belemmerden. • ’s Avonds is er niemand aanwezig bij de receptie. Je moet zelf met een code naar binnen – dit voelt niet bepaald veilig of gastvrij. • In de douche ontbreekt een deur of afscheiding, waardoor de hele badkamer telkens nat is en je bezig blijft met drogen. • De airco functioneerde slecht. Regelmatig viel hij uit of koelde nauwelijks. Je wordt zweterig wakker en moet letterlijk recht ervoor gaan staan om een beetje af te koelen. • De balkondeur botst steeds tegen de gordijnrails, wat een irritant geluid maakt. • Er is geen sleutel voor de balkondeur, waardoor de buren in theorie zo je kamer binnen kunnen stappen. • Er is geen kluis aanwezig. Toen we ernaar vroegen, kregen we een klein, licht kluisje dat nauwelijks beveiligd is en makkelijk mee te nemen zou zijn – totaal onbetrouwbaar. • Geen kledingkast, alleen een open rekje met een paar hangers. Onze koffers lagen op de grond met een berg kleding erop. • De douchekop was kapot en lekte, wat ’s nachts opnieuw voor irritante geluiden zorgde.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The reception manager, Ramin, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Due to unexpected weather, I needed a last-minute extension of my stay, and he handled it smoothly and professionally, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were very welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location—very close to the tram, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The balcony view is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. The breakfast was authentic, healthy, and delicious, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Nur die Lage ist perfekt!!!

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, und nach unserer Anfrage hieß es, dass die Heizung ausgefallen sei. Wir haben eine kleine Elektroheizung erhalten, die das Zimmer jedoch nicht wirklich geheizt hat. Außerdem ist der Strom mehrmals ausgefallen. Das Frühstück fand in einem anderen Gebäude statt, etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und war sehr mager. Das Personal war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und wenig entgegenkommend. Zusammengefasst haben wir nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt.

He takes advantage of new visitors and tries to push them to specific restaurants that he has personal connections with. Even when you simply ask him for directions to a restaurant, he insists on selling you his own “service” instead. Thirdly, the breakfast was very poor and disappointing. In conclusion, my overall experience was extremely bad. I truly regret choosing this hotel, and honestly, it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel at al

De plaats im de stad

De kamers waren netjes maar klein em de badkamer was een ramo. Slechte douche, niet schoon. Het ontbijt was in een sushirestaurant in de straat en heel erg pover. Eigenlijk gewoon slecht.

The location was great as it was near with all the popular attraction. The breakfast was not bad but I was expecting more. Staff was friendly during the registration.

Other than the good first impression of the staff and hotel, we did not get the room we booked. I booked for the deluxe double bedroom with seaview and paid extra for that but I was given the economy room. I have told the receptionist that I booked for the double bedroom with seaview but the room they gave us was very small and no great view at all!. Feel like I was scammed by this hotel. They said there was a problem with the system so I asked for the refund but they are not giving discount for the lower value room we got.

Esperienza deludente. Primo giorno ci danno una camera che affacciava direttamente nella sala di un hamburgeria quindi non potevamo aprire ne tenda ne finestra. Abbiamo ovviamente chiesto un cambio camera che ci è stato concesso solo l'indomani. Nella nuova camera assenza di acqua calda. Dopo numerosi solleciti e richiesta di una nuova stanza, che ci è stata negata, siamo stati costretti ad andare in un'altra stanza solo per farci la doccia.

La prima stanza che ci hanno dato dava con le finestre dentro il dehor di un ristorante: puzza, rumore, luci. Quella nuova aveva una macchia di muffa enorme, il riscaldamento che si è rotto e una grondaia esterna che col vento sbatteva in continuazione..... Colazione deludente.

Booking annonce une suite de 52m2… alors oui avec la terrasse car la chambre fait max 20m2 !! Lit cassé, matelas genre camping très mince Chambre sans chauffage, la clim réversible était non fonctionnelle et nous avons reçu une couette supplémentaire pour 1 personne !! Petit déjeuner terriblement décevant délocalisé dans un café à 100m. Chambre au second étage sans ascenseur !! La chambre est au prix de 290.-€ la nuit..

Не работала горячая вода в номере, был сломан балкон и дверь не закрывалась до конца. Просили почниить это, но персонал говорил, что починят сегодня и ничего не делали. Завтрак вне отеля в суши ресторане, не очень хороший

La proximité des plus beaux endroits dans la vieille ville. Notre chambre avait vue sur mer et c’était très agréable.

Le restaurant au 4ème ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard. Mais il a une vue sur le Bosphore qui est superbe. Alors un thé et quelques petits gâteaux.. En fait les restaurants présentent tous les mêmes plats.

No recomiendo este hotel para nadie. Primero de todo, contraté una habitación Deluxe y tal como llegamos a las 11 de la noche, nos instalaron en una habitación estándar/economy, haciéndonos ver que era una habitación deluxe. Como podéis ver en la foto de abajo, esa es la habitacion que nos decian que era deluxe cuando en realidad era la standard. El personal era gente muy joven e inexperto y ante un problema no sabian como solucionarlo Pedimos el cambio de habitación, ya que no estábamos en la habitación Deluxe para esa misma noche y nos dijeron que no podia ser hasta que habláramos con el manager. Acabamos durmiendo la primera noche en una habitación economy cuando habíamos pagado el precio de una habitación deluxe. Nos dijeron que las habitaciones deluxe ya estaban ocupadas. Cuando hablamos con el manager la mañana siguiente, nos intentó engañar y nos dijo que ya estábamos en la habitación Deluxe. No solo eso, nos mostró una habitación de minusválidos al lado de la recepción queriéndonos hacer ver que esa era la habitación economy-standard. Después de mucho reclamar, nos cambiaron la habitación que nos correspondía. Las habitaciones deluxe estaban en un edificio anexo, sin recepción, sin ascensor y descuidado de limpieza. Parecía que no había nadie ahí. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy deficiente. Solo hacen cambio de toallas y solo hacen la cama. Estuvimos seis días y no limpiaron el baño ni una vez en nuestra estancia. Pagué un extra para tener un desayuno continental y lo que nos encontramos fue muy decepcionante. Nos pensamos que el desayuno era en el restaurante del hotel. Pero nos trasladaron a un edificio externo de un restaurante de sushi. Pequeño, con frío y descuidado. La máquina de café y de zumos no funcionaba bien. Y la comida no era suficiente, ya que solo había huevos duros, ensaladas frías y pan con alguna mermelada. Esto no es desayuno continental.

l'albergo è in una posizione davvero spettacolare per visitare tutto il centro storico a piedi. la Basilica di s. Sofia, la Moschea Blu, la Basilica Cisterna e il palazzo Topkapi. la struttura è tutta nuova e ha un ristorante con una vista panoramica sul mare. nelle vicinanze numerosi altri locali dove poter mangiare ed un mercato caratteristico.

forse l'unica cosa che migliorerei è una chiusura della doccia anche se è grande ma comunque gli schizzi vanno oltre la doccia. però nessun problema perché le pulizie sono impeccabili quindi comunque molto bene

Problème de chauffage (Chambre froide au coucher et le matin). Nous avons demandé à l'accueil une couette supplémentaire mais ça nous a été refusé. Couette trop petite, au ras du bord du lit ( plus grande serait mieux d'autant plus s'il n'y a pas de chauffage). Problème d'eau chaude, irrégulière. Côté esthétique, il serait bien de changer les joints de la douche

Desde el primer desayuno , que se solicitó sin gluten hasta el día que vinimos no hubo nada. 15€ diarios para cafe y zumo. El desayuno continental o americano indicado en su web ,brillaba por su ausencia. Dos días sin televisión, no funcionaba y la solución como en el desayuno , su frase favorita " hoy ya no .... mañana ". Hubo un empleado que se molesto y me contestó de malas formas por insistir que nos solucionaran los problemas. Booking debería poner un teléfono de att cliente número móvil para poder llamar por WhatsApp . Tampoco me han contestado y envié un escrito .

Extrem kleine Zimmer, Heizung und Heißwasser haben zu Beginn nicht funktioniert. Schlecht isoliert. Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich. Wenig/Kein Platz für Koffer oder Ablagefläche im Bad.

À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre et les toilettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées. L’hôtel nous a alors proposé un changement de chambre : celle-ci était légèrement plus spacieuse, mais la douche présentait un très faible débit, le tuyau principal ne fonctionnant pas. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel via WhatsApp, ils nous ont assuré que le problème avait été réglé, alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Lorsque je les ai recontactés pour le signaler, je n’ai tout simplement jamais obtenu de réponse!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. There was no heating in the room during winter, the room was extremely cold, and the balcony/window door did not close properly, letting cold air in all night. The air conditioning system was not working either. I reported these issues twice to the reception, but no solution was provided for the night: no portable heater and no room change. I was told to wait for a technician the next day, which is unacceptable for basic comfort. The room was not suitable to sleep in and did not meet minimum comfort standards.

The hotel location is very good. All historical places are very near. Food is good for breakfast. They have rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast with good views. Mustafa and hakan are very good. They support every step.

Camera 901. Acqua rossa dai rubinetti. Bagno pieno di muffa. Mancava una tenda oscurante alla finestra e dopo che lo abbiamo fatto presente comunque non l’hanno messa. Colazione agghiacciante.
