The Nirvanas Hotel

They gave me fresh fruit on the first two mornings & there is a large food court within walking distance.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how this establishment has such high ratings. LOCATION: It is really far away from the city centre, or anything particularly interesting, but is still somehow so incredibly noisy.. constantly. There is absolutely NO soundproofing whatsoever so you can hear everything ALL the time. HYGIENE: There were little flies in my room all the time & a constant smell of mild sewage in the bathroom. COMFORT: The bed/mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Slept incredibly poorly as a result of this. Woke up with stiff neck & sore shoulders every morning. I can only imagine this must be what sleeping on a prison cot bed feels like. BREAKFAST: I’m so livid I actually paid for the breakfast option, as it was completely INEDIBLE!! Unidentified mush is probably the best way to describe it paired with fruits, veg & stale breadsticks. Explained all of this to the Sales Manager on checkout when she asked how my stay was, but was offered absolutely nothing apart from an apology. How about a REFUND!! Staying here felt like I was being punished. I desperately need to book a holiday to get over the stay at this AWFUL hotel.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at The Nirvanas Hotel. The hotel is incredibly nice, clean, and modern. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service—the staff here are so friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable, and having access to the lovely indoor pool and spa facilities was a fantastic bonus after a long day of exploring Istanbul!

Ich hatte auf der zweite Etage 14 Tägige Aufenthalt das Zimmer war groß modern eingerichtet vor allem sehr sauber. Das komplette Personal ist sehr freundlich sorgfältig und hilfsbereit. Sie waren mit einer warme Gastfreundschaft voll und ganz auf Gast Zufriedenheit orientiert. Ich habe mich ganze Zeit lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das Tolle Personal.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nirvana Hotel Istanbul. From the very beginning, the registration process was handled smoothly and professionally by Mr. Furkan, who made everything easy and efficient. I would also like to thank Mr. Ümit, İrem, and Veysel for their warm welcome and hospitality – they made me feel comfortable right from arrival. Special thanks as well to Yaman, Caner, and Miray for their kindness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The staff in general were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Особо хочу выделить работу Muhbet, ее внимание и заботу о посетителях в ресторане для завтраков. К ней всегда можно было обратиться за помощью, поскольку у нас особый режим питания, но всегда с ее участием находили все, что нам нужно. Очень ей с сестрой благодарны. Так же балгодарны двум другим сотрудницам ресторана для завтраков, они были улыбчивы, внимательны и быстры в своей работе. До следующего раза.

Breakfast was a very varied spread with many tasty local dishes. Room was clean and presentable.

Wifi kept cutting out and so TV streaming was difficult but you’ll likely be exploring the city each day and not watching TV so not a major issue. Bed sheet was a little rough and thin.

Ever since we arrived we felt very well looked after. Whenever we needed a little help that was kindly given with no questions asked. However I would like to focus on Miray, Selim and Yaman for an amazing customer service. They always went above and beyond. They really tried they're best to understand as much as they can and that shows a great level of communication, empathy and willingness. I believe this is very important for all the people who arrive from all parts of the world. The chef also, very well balanced food, I can feel and tell there's plenty of love and creativity in it. As well as the blonde hoisekeeping lady that looked after us. She was very keen and lovely, made us feel very at peace... Overall I would definitely say this place is worthy of 4 stars and a little bit more, purely for those 5 people we got to know a little. Thank you so much✨️ Laura & Albina

I know i was in turkey. But a lot of British use the hotel and more choice other than Turkish food would be nice, the food offered was fresh, we only stayed one night.

I had an amazing stay at The Nirvanas Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy, and the location was perfect — but what truly made my experience exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Miraysu, the manager. She was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, she always made sure everything was perfect. She answered all my questions, helped with every request, and did it all with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her support made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable, and I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend The Nirvanas Hotel, and I sincerely hope everyone gets to experience this level of care. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a little noisy

I stayed here on 2 occasions and both times I was very pleased. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. the housekeeping team were very friendly as were all the staff. I would book this hotel again if I was ever going back to Istanbul.

Worst hotel ever. You can't have any privacy. Between rooms it is a door, you can here everything is going on in the room next to you. Staff are ok in the hotel but the rooms are so bad made, you feel like sharing the same room with another people.

Everything about my stay was absolutely outstanding —by far the best hotel in the entire area! Miray, Irem, Kivans, and Tugrul were exceptionally kind and helpful; their customer service was truly sensational. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The staff are amazing , the managers are friendly , the receptionist are awesome , and the cleaning lady Güldeste is the sweetest .

Pros: The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like home. Merve, Irem, and Miray are always very attentive. Their work, along with that of Kivana, Fudcan, and Yaman, is worth recognizing. They are all excellent staff and always help to make your stay easier. Cons: The beds are not comfortable.

I came out to Turkey for dental work alone, I checked in at THE NIRVANAS HOTEL and was immediately greeted by friendly night staff. I was given my key card & shown to my room. The staff in this hotel go absolutely above & beyond to not only make you feel welcome but also to help with any issues you may have. In particular both irem & merue both these girls were so helpful and friendly and im looking forward to seeing them all again when I return in january. Also the swimming pool was a welcomed extra also very clean. This is hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was extremely modern and also clean. Well worth the 4☆ see you all in january 🙂

We slept like babies on the comfy bed!. The amenities were fantastic! The pool area was relaxing, and the gym had everything I needed for my workouts.Breakfast was a highlight! The variety and quality of the food were exceptional. The location is perfect! We walked to all the main attractions and enjoyed plenty of nearby restaurants."

Room ended up not having the amenities listed for family room (missing tv, no ac in rooms, not a stocked kitchen, nothing like pictures). Took a while to get the hotel to agree to downgrade us and repay the difference but the front desk staff was helpful and very apologetic. Ended up however overpaying for breakfast (25eur per person of 12eur like listed) and shouldn’t have had to pay at all as a Silver Member. Now Expedia is refusing to refund and is giving us the run-around (not hotels fault).

The hotel it's very good service it's good and the Bellboy very good interesting Mr Birol and Mr Veysel also cleaning it's very like it.

Had a great stay at the hotel Miray and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Murtaza messaged me a few days before I travelled and arranged an airport pick up which was a godsend when I arrived at Istanbul Airport as the taxi pick up area is quite chaotic.

At first, The Nirvanas Hotel seemed like a decent place, but things quickly went downhill during our 7-night stay. We were moved to four different rooms due to constant issues — from a leaking air conditioner to a badly broken window. While I appreciated that they didn’t refuse to move us, having to switch rooms so often was exhausting and disrupted our stay. The pool was a huge disappointment. Although it’s free to use, the smell was terrible — it honestly reminded me of a pond. We didn’t even go in because it was so off-putting. Breakfast was very poor. The options were extremely limited: mainly cheese and olives every day. In the entire week, we only got scrambled eggs once. The rest of the time it was just onion rings, small sausages in tomato sauce, and some fried potato bits. No pastries at all. The only fruits they had were apples, oranges, and occasionally watermelon. I understand Turkish breakfast traditions are different, but there was barely any variety. What really made things worse was the decline in customer service. One day I politely asked if they could warm up my leftover food (from another place), as it had gone cold. I also asked for a fork because the cleaner had thrown mine away. I waited while they greeted new guests — fair enough — but when I asked, they rudely told me “this is not a restaurant”, even though there is a dining space. I even asked at reception, and they said they’d try to get me one, but they never followed up or even called. In the end, I had to eat my food with my hands. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor facilities, terrible customer service, and disappointing food. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked the location. Went to Istanbul for dental work. Lots of normal life, inexpensive eating outlets and supermarkets to hand. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room poor. Paper cups and plastic stirrers etc, and no glassware to drink from either. Would have loved yoghurt as a breakfast option.

Burdan seçtiğimiz oda harici çatı katı kötü bir oda verdiler . Beğenmediğimizi söyledim . Bi süre sonra gelip alt kattaki odayı verdiler . Madem düzgün oda var neden yukarıyı verdiler , ya tutarsa mantığı bu yaklaşımları yanlış . Velhasıl oda temiz koridor temiz otel temiz . Oda yalıtımı düzgün . Dışardan pek ses gelmiyor . Isı olayı güzel . Genel olarak ortalamanın üzerinde bir otel . Daha iyi bir kahvaltı sistemi ile fiyat performans oteli olur .

Miray caber furkab veysel perfect service, excellent treatment of the workers. I’m so grad for the experience and create a really good moments for the costumers. The buffet of breakfast it’s sooo good, really complete, fresh and clean. Thanks for all.

All staff are very polite. In the room was a refrigerator and a kettle. Cleaning everyday! The spa has excellent baths.
