Reviewed Jun 2, 2026飯店員工都非常的熱情，飯店位置非常的便利走路約10分鐘就可以抵達熊本城、熊本雄表演也在飯店旁邊的百貨公司中，飯店房間不大但是卻充滿著巧思比很多依樣大的飯店還要寬闊，飯店晚上有安排太鼓表演以及免費品嘗燒酒的活動。早餐是一個人一份有四種選擇，我嘗試了採用當地食材的早餐，法式吐司配上橘子醬非常的好吃啊~

Reviewed May 30, 2026地點很棒，下樓就是上下通商店街，可以從房間看到熊本城，枕頭高度很舒適，每晚都有兩場太鼓表演，非常有趣，有個附近地圖，提供餐廳及景點參考。
Check in 是自行使用機台，訂房是用英文名，不知道為什麼到了現場變日文片假名，隔音沒有很好。

Reviewed May 21, 2026地理位置很不錯！後下就是商店街百貨，很熱鬧！ 飯店的服務人員親切，大廳乾淨很文青！ 床和枕頭非常的好睡會起不來！ 我們住的房型是樓中樓 很貼心在樓梯處，提醒會撞到頭告示牌標語 環境很乾淨也很舒服放鬆
浴室比較小，浴缸與淋浴各佔一半的空間 蓮蓬頭的位置也在比較低處，手拿著蓮蓬頭比較快 我們的房型落塵區偏小，小三角形的區域放鞋子😣 沒有可移動的小桌子比較不方便

可惜沒有自己的停車場，有合作的停車場（走路大概5分鐘），但不是全額折抵

Reviewed May 11, 2026The service is very good nice omotenashi. I would highly recommend staying here for value and it's city centre location that is right next to the bus stop from the airport. There is food tempura/ramen/sushi shops just downstairs in the building. Very convenient. Mineral water comes straight out of the tap very nice for a bathing and drinking.
The rooms are slightly smaller although enough for a few nights. Just remember to take off your shoes when entering the room quite standard in Japan.

良くなかったと言うか、要望に近いが風呂場が大変滑りやすく浴槽から出る時、若干高い為、浴槽から出るところにも手すりがあった方がいいと思った。

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026清潔でスタッフも明るく感じがよかった。3階テラスからの眺めも良いし食べ物も美味しかった。何より街中にあり、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良いのが一番でした。 初日夜の太鼓のパフォーマンスがとっても素敵でした。 朝食がとても美味しかった。
2日目朝、朝食券が見当たらず受付の方にもらってないかもと言ったが、対応がちょっと上から目線な感じがした。その後購入したポシェットの値札を切るのにハサミを貸して欲しいと言った時もただ無言で差し出されただけだった。 熊本クラフトコーラは私の口には合わなかった。翌朝右側に普通のリンゴジュースやオレンジジュースがあるのを発見。レジ前にはそれらの値段は私は見つけられなかった。 部屋内に小さな灯りがいくつかあって間接照明でよかったが、どこがどのくらいスイッチが試してみないとわからないので、説明書などあれば良かった。沸騰ポットの蓋の開け方が分からず使えなかった。
