クラッシクな感じがとても良い感じでした。清潔でスタッフの対応もしっかりしていました。

やはり、ビジネスホテルとは異なる高級感がある。 出張で宿泊したため、素泊まりだったが、安価だったので満足している。 今度は観光で家内と利用したい。

予約の際に熊本城側ではなく街側と記載されていたので夜のお城は見えませんが全然許容範囲です。それよりも熊本の老舗ホテルにこのお値段で宿泊できるのであれば大満足です。 街中なので夜の食事場所選びも好立地だと思います。 スタッフの方ももちろん、素晴らしいです。 お部屋もお風呂、トイレのユニットバスも広めだと思いました。 昔ながらの鍵ですが、私はカードキーよりこちらの方が安心します。

やはり建物が古いのでエレベーターの昇り降りの際の音が少し怖く感じました。 あと提携駐車場だったのですが、気候に左右されるかな？と思います。雨天時、猛暑日などは大変かもしれません。

朝食とスタッフは最高

部屋が古い 大浴場とかコインランドリーとかがない

立地もよく、一時外出もとても便利。 スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で気持ちが良かった。

お風呂の時、隣の部屋の水の音が響いた。

熊本城のライトアップを見ながら､ 　ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。

シャワーが使いにくかったです｡ 　シャワーヘッドが大きい分､水穴の間隔があくからか､ 　泡が落としにくかったです。

古い建物だったが、部屋はリノベーションされていて清潔で明るく快適だった。ベッドも寝心地がとても良かった。 朝食の時間も早くから食べられて、出張には最適と感じた。早朝の散歩で熊本城に入れなかったのは残念。（8:45開城）

外装・共用部がとにかく古い。少なくともエントランス廻りはリノベした方が良い。バーの外回りは朽ち果てた感じでいただけない。

リノベされたお部屋はとても広く快適で掃除も行き届いており、従業員の方もとても優しく最高のホテルでした。朝ごはんもイクラやカレーパンなど多種多様あり美味しかったのです。

4泊お世話になりましたが、毎日全く同じ朝ごはんだったのが少し残念です。

熊本城がすぐそばに見えて良かったです

Angenehmes Stadthotel in super Lage gegenüber dem Castle und nahe der Shoppingarkaden. Das Haus hat zwar schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich, aber passt alles. Frühstück klasse

2泊3日の滞在ながら、クリーニングサービスをお願いしました。フロントに持っていくのではなく、部屋まで受取りに来たり、持ってきてくれたりと、非常にありがたかったです。 朝食も種類が豊富で何よりおいしくいただきました。

全部屋禁煙なのか、地下１階(時間によっては外)なのが少し残念でした。 部屋でなくとも、せめて喫煙フロア(喫煙エリア)があるとありがたいです。 難しいとは思いますが、喫煙者にも配慮いただけるとありがたいです。

L'hotel est situé en face du chateau de Kumamoto (même si l'entrée du chateau se fait à environ 10 minutes à pied) et il est assez grandiose dès le lobby. Nous avions une superbe chambre vue sur le chateau, c'était très appréciable. Les lits étaient très confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Le personnel était à l'écoute, même si la plupart ne parle pas très bien anglais, ils faisaient tout pour nous aider. Nous avons eu la possibilité de garer notre voiture pour un moindre supplément (environ 5€ par jour).

La décoration semblait un peu "vieillotte" mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de l'hôtel. Les équipements de la chambre étaient aussi un peu anciens mais fonctionnels.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, comfortable and incredible value for money. I actually couldn't believe the facilities and service I received vs what I paid. The view of the castle was also appreciated. I only wish European or Australian hotels were this good. Highly recommended.

Everything was fantastic. Maybe the old fashioned key was a little unconformable to carry around but that's just a minor issue.

Good location just off the shopping street in Kumamoto. Our rooms were renovated and modern, comfy although the doors were still using actual keys. .

The bed was quite hard for my wife. I slept amazingly though.

This was a gracious hotel, and while the decor reflected an earlier age it was by no means shabby nor out of date. After all, the hotel, which is opposite the castle, has hosted emperors. It was very comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was expansive with some imaginative choices.

I would have liked an onsen, though I understand that the hotel is due for renovations so this might happen.

The Castle Hotel Kumamoto was a wonderful classy hotel with a superb breakfast (Japanese/ Western/ Chinese) with nice fruits. Like most Japanese hotels, breakfast is buffet-style. Some hotels make a big performance of having chefs cutting items or preparing dishes, but the Castle does not do anything just for show. Rather, they offer a good variety of quality dishes without any pressure or theater. It was perfect. In fact, my wife and I decided that it was our best Japanese hotel breakfast, which says a lot since breakfast at a nice Japanese hotels is one of our favorite parts of a Japan-trip. We were traveling on a budget, so settled on a room without one of their views of Kumamoto-jo, but everything else felt very luxurious without being ostentatious. They have limited parking, which was very reasonably-priced. Another luxurious feature was the 11am checkout time, which allowed one to relax with breakfast and unpacking. I believe that I read that the hotel was built in order to host former Emperor Hirohito. The building still has some aspects of that Showa-style before the bubble, but has been taken care of and was a perfect place for part of our Kyushu trip. The building is perfectly located for tourists with convenient access to Kumamoto Castle or the shotengai (marketplace) with the contemporary art museum and other local spots. There was a jazz pianist also in the hotel’s (Eldarado) bar.

Room was a bit small for three people, but most hotels in Japan would be :)

床 友人翻身會影響到另一人的睡眠 雖是看熊本城 但窗是我見過景觀窗最小的 90公分寛 無法好好欣賞

安い料金プランだったが、用意された部屋がツインルームで、広くてとても快適でした。

何度も宿泊したホテルで朝食の美味しい和食が楽しみでしたが、昨年よりビュッフェ式になったとの事でゆっくり過ごせず残念でした。

An old-school hotel with exceptional service, a couple of excellent restaurants, and a wonderful evening bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

立地は最高でした。熊本城天守は部屋の目の前に見えた上、繁華街も歩いて数分、市電の利用にも便利、と申し分無い場所に有りました。建物自体は古いのでしょうが部屋は広め、内装も綺麗でした。

お風呂の水量がやや勢い不足だったのが唯一の減点でしょうか。

Kwaliteit van het (westerse) ontbijt was redelijk. Kamer was ruim met goede bedden en minder goede kussens.

Badkamer is (zeker voor Japanse begrippen) erg aan vervanging toe.

The location was good. Parking is available at a cost.

Not a hotel. Room we booked was a standard double. The room itself was small,bearly any room to put suitcases. The carpet was grubby looking, it was dark and it had a musty smell. We paid more to be upgraded as we couldn't stay in that room. The upgraded room cost us double . It was better but it still had a musty smell, the bathroom and toilet both needed updating.

The location gives you a great view of the Castle. The lights around the Castle were also out which made for an even better view in the dark. The hotel clearly was proud of its 70's heritage, and I agree, it was a nice retro vibe. It was also classier than we were dressed for, but staff were only friendly nevertheless.

Although it was no problem for us specifically, the streets right outside not having the lights on could pose a problem for people who have trouble seeing in the dark.

The room was fantastic to say the least. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient location and just across Kumamoto Castle which made walking possible from hotel. A+++!

Did not have laundry washer or dryer and no laundry service on Sunday.

小さいこども連れ、お得な料金で利用させていただきましたが、こどものサービスも充実して大変助かりましたしアメニティもさすがキャッスルさんと感じました。

鍵がひとつしかなかったのは少し不便でした。 古さは感じますが、クラシックな感じが落ち着くのかもとも思います。

ロケーションは良かったのですが、３階だったのでもう少し上階であればもっと良かったと思いました。

夫の私は特にありませんが、妻の希望としてはパジャマにパンツがあればもっと良かったと申しています。

Idéalement situé au centre de kumamoto, près du château, des commerces et des restaurants, cet hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner incroyable. Le personnel est très pro et agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, même si la chambre que nous avions était un peu petite.

Personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement très proche du château et des rues commerçantes. Chambre propre.

La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement notamment le sol (moquette) qui s’effrite et est trouée par endroit, ce n’est pas très agréable de marcher dessus. La salle de bain également est vieillotte avec des grandes fissures dans le carrelage.

The entry and lobby give off a grand, slightly retro feel, and there were plenty of helpful staff to service all guests. The rooms were generously sized, and the castle view room was wonderful. We didn't make use of the dining facilities, so unable to comment.

Parking was a little tricky, being offsite, but no a big deal!

朝ごはんがあまりにも高額だったので　今回はコンビニで買ったけど　お手頃価格の価格帯も用意してもらったら絶対ホテルで食べたはず

外出するのに部屋キーをフロントに預けるのはすこしいやでした
