This was more than just a hotel stay it was a truly luxurious experience with service at the highest level. From the moment you check in until the moment you leave, the attention to detail is remarkable. Every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and seamless. The staff make you feel like royalty at every turn, anticipating your needs before you even have to ask. The design is stunning, the rooms are beautifully appointed with incredible view of the Tokyo skyline, and the overall experience sets a new standard for hospitality. The breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant and bar was spectacular. This is easily one of the best hotels in Tokyo, and honestly, one of the best anywhere. Highly recommended.

The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. Reviewed Sep 13, 2024One of the top 3 hotels in Tokyo or in Japan in my opinion. Friendly and attentive staff as soon as I arrived, room was clean and comfortable. I also like the equipments in the gym with barbells and rack. I can do a quick workout and chill in the sauna or the pool after. Food in the restaurant was excellent, I had the complementary breakfast, both quality and quantity were so good that I didn’t even need to each lunch afterwards. Highly recommended if you have a chance to book a visit to there.

Mis-communication due to poor English, No flexibility with guests to use amenities as kicking out guests once breakfast is over etc, regular interruption of guests speaking to present payment check etc, closed Terrasse despite the good weather, guests only allowed to sit in a restricted area of the breakfast space despite the room being larger.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2024The Bvlgari Tokyo is certainly one of the best, if not the best hotel in Tokyo at the moment. The location in Ginza is excellent. The rooms are great and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is a must visit. I will definitely stay at Blvgari Tokyo again.
For the in-house Italian restaurant "Nico Romito" I would have appreciated, if there were a few more pasta options and perhaps one or two pizzas. But the food itself is very good. There is no service in the pool area and outdoor terrace pool area. Would have been nice to order a coffee, drink or beer.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2023Everything was world class, the location, the room, the food. What really amazed me was the staff treatment, they went above and beyond to make guests were happy at all times.
I did not like that my stay was only for two nights, the hotel experience deserved more.
