Excellent location central Ginza. Hotel was lovely and clean well decorated and room was well equipped. Staff are very helpful and mattress is good.

Awesome location, close to stations as well as the palace. Walking distance to palace for runners keen to do a 5k loop to start the day or shop at Hoka.

Wished the gym can be equipped with some free weights.

Excellent location with a Metro entrance outside the hotel door. The staff were great- organising a taxi for us to depart the hotel at 3.30am and escorting us to where the car was waiting. It was such a seemless checkout. Nespresso machine in the room✅

It was perfectly located for us - we were able to sightsee and commute easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. The bed is good and the shower was very nice as well. Fantastic breakfast!!!

Wir haben einen Kopfhörer (Airpod) im Zimmer vergessen und sind am nächsten Tag zurückgekommen, um danach zu fragen. Das Hotel hat diesen tatsächlich in einem kleinen Plastiksäckchen aufbewahrt und uns zurückgegeben. Unglaublich! Was für ein zuvorkommender Ort!

L’unica cosa forse è il personale che non parla inglese e questo crea delle difficoltà. Durante il nostro soggiorno c’è stata una forte scossa di terremoto e in casi di emergenza ti senti solo. Per una struttura 5 stelle c’è bisogno di personale che parla fluentemente la lingua inglese.

Convenience in accessing multiple train lines to get around Tokyo, proximity to Ginza for shopping and food, turn down service was punctual.

You smell sewage/garbage wherever you enter the hotel through the street level elevator. Room we were assigned was obviously dated: questionable stains in the furniture, carpet, walls, and curtains, bathroom had mold and scale, with business hotel quality amenities. Not sure how it’s a five star hotel with the bare amenities - nearest coin laundry is 10-15 minutes away if you need it.

Top of the top! Wonderful location, within easy walking distance of Ginza, Palace Gardens, and the many eateries below the metro line near Yurakucho Station. Lovely people at the reception, an excellent room, good restaurant with a great breakfast. Taxi stand next to the entrance: useful for going to Tokyo Station, which is too far to walk with luggage. Great views from the outside bar at the top of the hotel.

Our corner king room was amazing. Amazing view over Ginza, plenty of space, comfortable bed, really good bathroom facilities. The restaurant is top notch and the exclusive bar had a great view and excellent service.

The only issue was the TV didn’t have streaming services which seems standard at most hotels.

We had the corner room. It was incredible spacious, perfect for our last days in Tokyo where we could lay out all our luggage. In terms of location I stayed at a couple of other locations in Ginza. This one was my favorite. Right in front was the entrance to 3 subway lines.

Sehr gute Lage, zahlreiche Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig oder schnell mit der Bahn erreichbar. Hotelpersonal außergewöhnlich höflich und zuvorkommend. Hotel macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck.

Lage sehr gut, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tokio , genau gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es die U-Bahn . 50 m entfernt gibt es zahlreiche kleine Restaurants ( Ramen,yakitori usw).200m entfernt fangen die Luxusläden von Ginza an. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmermädchen machen einen tollen Job. 30m entfernt fährt der Bus zum Narita Flughafen.

Leider waren die Fenster etwas zu schwach gedämmt, man hört manchmal die Züge vorbei fahren, aber nicht so stark das man nicht schlafen könnte.

Chose the hotel for the location and easy of access to Ginza and Tokyo station. Overall disappointed for the price, the hotel failed to deliver. Billed as five star but the rooms are small and hotel amenities not particularly impressive. Hotel bar service was poor and check in experience mediocre. I would expect better for the price.

Staff barely spoke English. Amenities poor. Shame - it has a good location and a lot of potential but they don’t seem to understand how to deliver a 5 star service. I sat at the outside bar for half an hour surrounded by dirty glassses , staff walking by. Then was told the service just closed outside (way after I arrived) and to go to the bar and bring a drink out. Waited ten minutes at the bar. If you charge $20 bucks a cocktail - deliver the service with it. I gave up. The Imperial Hotel is a much better choice for Ginza.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer haben für Tokio eine gute Größe und waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, da das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht nicht passt. Die Zimmer sind sehr teuer für das, was geboten wird. Ich war bereits in rund 30 Hotels in Japan zu Gast (davon 8 in Tokio) und kann lokale Besonderheiten entsprechend berücksichtigen. Es gibt in der Umgebung Hotels mit ähnlicher Ausstattung für einen besseren Preis sowie Hotels in ähnlicher Preislage, die dann bspw. für alle Zimmer tolle Aussichten bieten. Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir vom The Gate in Kyoto sehr begeistert waren und dieses auch schon zwei Mal besucht haben. Dieses Haus der Kette kann hiermit jedoch ca nicht mithalten. Es ist sehr laut, da direkt an der Bahnlinie. Als ich um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten habe, konnte man mir lediglich ein bezahltes Upgrade anbieten (was dann ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber vom Hotel war). Das Frühstück ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr und obwohl sehr viel Personal da ist, wird benutztes Geschirr nicht abgeräumt und man wartet sehr lange auf sein Essen.

L’hotel è pulito, ben organizzato e fornito di tutto, il wc amazing secondo la cultura giapponese, non si trova in una stanza a parte che per me è molto meglio…anche la colazione è di qualità e c’è varietà

Staff were a bit stiff and sometines too rigid. I was just a little late in checking out and they charged mr the full late charge rate. Seemed a bit unreasonable.

Great location for exploring both on foot and using public transport. Fabulous view from the bar balcony. Really comfy bed, excellent breakfast and every member of staff was welcoming and friendly.

Our room unfortunately smelt heavily of cigarettes. It was a non smoking room (you could have vapes which we knew about but it was clearly an ex-smoking room or someone had very recently been smoking in there). It was impacting me that much that I provided feedback and asked what the options were. We were offered an alternative twin room which was much smaller or to have the room deodorized of which we then wouldn’t be able to access the room for two hours (which was fine). Our “king” size bed was two single beds pushed together. These problems didn’t really feel acceptable for the price charged for the room.

- room small for the price and poorly designed - sockets not working - no storage in room for luggage - bar staff unable to understand an order - received wrong drinks twice - seating in reception area not user friendly - no international channels for news/programmes. Only CNN - we’re not American - had 3 main breakfast items to choose from which were not to our taste. Tea not great. Coffee lukewarm - smell of drains in lobby and entrance area. Cockroaches running around - no instructions how to use a/c - nowhere to hang wet towels

The decor was a little dated.

It is a beautiful full service hotel. We booked a corner room with a gorgeous glass corner view of Ginza. The room was outstanding. It is right at the Ginza station which makes it very convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo and the airport.

The Location was very good, convenient to subway, shops and restaurants. Hotels lobby was very nice

I wish there was a laundry available in the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Ginza in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreicher Geschäfte und U-Bahn Stationen. Es eignet sich daher bestens das Zentrum von Tokio zu erkunden und auch der Weg nach Shibuya ist mit der Bahn nicht weit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 12. Etage mit tollem Ausblick auf Ginza. Ebenso der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse der Premium Loung im 13. Stock ist sehr schön, mit freien Getränken, allerdings Zugangsbeschränkung je nach Zimmerkategorie. Die Lobby bzw. der Check-in Bereich im 4. Stock ist ebenfalls großzügig und mit Möglichkeiten, sich auf die Terrasse zu setzen. Die Zimmer haben uns mit den bodentiefen Fenstern und der Gesamtausstattung sehr gut gefallen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war im Sommer gerade noch ok, aber unterstützt durch Nebensaison und Yen-Kurs. Ansonsten wäre das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis trotz toller Lage und Ausstattung nicht mehr angemessen gewesen.

Das Frühstück hätte für ein Hotel dieser Spitzenklasse etwas variantenreicher sein können mit mehr asiatischen Angeboten, wenn man schon mal in Japan ist.

Facilities/amenities are falling short. I stayed 3times within 2weeks. Out of the 3times, 2times I experienced toilet problems. First time, they upgraded me because the toilet could not be fixed. But second time, they did not get back to me on the malfunctioned toilet bowl. No auto open/close, no auto flush, no bidet, no seat warmer. I stayed nights. It was not that pleasant considering it was a 4star hotel.

Отель хороший. Не слишком новый. Не роскошный, но комфортный. В номерах тихо. Главный плюс- расположение, несколько станций метро разных линий поблизости, Гинза с ее магазинами в нескольких шагах. Персонал ненавязчив. Уборка прекрасная. Правда пришлось отвоевывать тапочки - их просто ежедневно принудительно меняют на новые, что как- то не укладывается в сценарий разумного потребления. Завтрак неплох, небольшой буфет и можно заказать несколько вариантов блюд из яиц ( кухня совершенно европейская , постояльцы японцы были озадачены).

The property is close to train tracks. So the base category rooms have noise from trains and there is mo room service to order any food.

The location is excellent. Nearby got many eateries and easy to access to train lines. Attached are the pictures of the train lines. Hope they are helpful to anyone that is going to stay there. The room is big and comfortable. Housekeeping has done a good job daily and staffs there are friendly too.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really helpful. Beds were comfy and the room had everything you needed. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and went out of their way to help.

Our room backed into the railway line so we could hear the trains. But after the first couple of nights we got used to them.

Trains keep going all night outside your bedroom window. We did not get any sleep. It felt like we were sleeping by the side of the railway line.

Excellent location in Ginza shopping district. Close to metro station and the Central Tokyo station for Shinkansen trains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room.

The breakfast could benefit from a slightly wider selection. A sauna in the hotel would also be nice.
