Location was good and close to train station. Onsen was good.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, staff not very friendly.

Alles was prettig geregeld.

This was probably the best hotel we have visited on our trip through Japan. New, stylish, clean with superb services and staff.

Breakfast was great. 8 min walk to the train station

It's not comfortable to take your shoes off every time you coming. Thet give you a locker for your shoes and slippers

1泊、2名、朝食付き2万円ほどなので高くはありませんが、決済前にあった、朝食無しの1万円ちょっとのが決済できなかったのが残念でした。

This is a beautiful hotel with a great public bath and breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable with nice amenities. Close to grocery store and old town. Buy the Body wash, it has a great scent, they also have shampoo and conditioner.

Heel mooi hotel met leuke kamers. De onsen is ook heel mooi! Heel vriendelijk personeel! Uitgebreid Japans ontbijt en basic Westers ontbijt. Leuk café naast hotel en veel keuze aan restaurants in de buurt. Dichtbij het station vanwaar je een bus kan nemen naar Magome. Onze bagage mocht tijdens de wandeling in het hotel blijven staan. Na de wandeling namen we de bus van Tsumago terug naar Nakatsugawa en mochten we bij het ophalen van onze bagage onze 7eleven lunch opeten in de ontbijtruimte voordat we de trein naar Matsumoto namen.

Madrasserne og puderne var for hårde.

Le fait de devoir se déchausser à l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a des casiers pour ranger les chaussures. L’emplacement, proche de la gare et à proximité à pied d’un centre commercial. Il faut compter environ 45 minutes de bus pour rejoindre la route de Nakasendo. Le soir un bouillon est offert, et un employé à monter nos sacs dans la chambre. Il y a un onsen dans l’hôtel mais pas testé.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel, c’est ok pour une courte étape. La chambre est assez petite mais confortable.

Convenient location

For the price, the amenities could be improved. There were considerable signs of wear and tear in the room, the furnishings looked cheap.

This place has a nice onsen and walking from the train station was easy. This was a good place to start our Nakasendo multi-day hike. Our family of three enjoyed the comfy beds and breakfast as well.

It is not a Japanese rn morel, they shut the aircorn in the hallway at night when it is 30 degree. Receptionist the shouting one is rude, the slippers are paper

Prachtige accommodatie. Kamer was voor 3 personen niet groot, paste net, maar dat is in Japan niet raar. Even passen en meten met de koffers. Ligt vlakbij het station. Je kunt er heerlijk ontspannen in de onsen.

A solid stay with a great location and a nice onsen. The hotel itself is a little dated, but everything was comfortable and worked well. The real highlight was the breakfast! it was absolutely fantastic and one of the best I've had. Other than that, nothing really stood out, but I had a very pleasant stay overall.

Das hervorragende Frühstück, die umfassende Zimmerausstattung, Lage, Design und das nette Hotel-Personal sowie die Hintergrundmusik — und natürlich der Onsen

Wir sind mit Kind gereist. Es hat kostenlos übernachtet, deshalb möchte ich mich nicht beschweren!! Aber die Zimmer sind klein — für Reisen mit Kinder mE zu klein.

Unterkunft und Zimmer sind sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Sehr irritiert waren wir, dass wir noch vor dem Check in Schalter, relativ unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen wurden, die Schuhe auszuziehen, auch in allen öffentlichen Bereichen. Das haben wir in 5 Wochen Japan, in denen wir in mehreren Ryokans und kleinen Hotels übernachtet haben, nicht erlebt, dies war ausschließlich in den privaten Zimmern erwünscht.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were friendly and helpful, the onsen was simple but nice, and the free parking was convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent—a great starting point for the Magome trail and other enjoyable day trips. There is also a nice selection of restaurants in town within walking distance.

La prima cosa che ho apprezzato di questi Hotel é che all’ingresso viene chiesto di togliere le scarpe, questo rende il pavimento dell’hotel molto pulito tanto da poter andare in giro solo con i calzini, cosa che ho trovato molto comoda! Camera nella media delle dimensioni delle camere giapponesi Colazione giapponese buona con molti piatti salati e un paio di scelte dolci, ottima la zuppa di miso! Posizione eccellente a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Onsen con un’unica grande vasca ma quasi sempre vuota e Tattoo Friendly, cosa non scontata in Giappone!

Il letto era comodo ma i cuscini un pochino bassi, la doccia non era bellissima ma onestamente non l’abbiamo usata poiché facevamo l’onsen ogni sera lavandoci li

It was a quaint quiet and peaceful little town. The hotel was close to interesting cafes and restaurants on one side and really rustic places which needed to be explored steeped in history. The breakfast was simple. Enjoyed the tranquility compared to city hotels.

The cleaning room option. It was better compared to the previous hotel stay- at least you get towels hung outside your door and trash picked up.

Loved this hotel and staff! The rooms were small but not as small as some of the hotels we stayed in. Not related to the hotel but all of the restaurants in the area were closed when we went, except for the Wagyu Bank across the street. Best Wagyu beef I’ve ever had! And probably the best meal in totality we had while there. Yum!

Quirky hotel, have to take shoes off at the door, reception staff consistently seemed disengaged. We came in from dinner and all three didn’t even look our way, continued talking, no hello etc. quite rude. Breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfasts were not as ‘amazing’ as some reviews say, western style was mini-croissants & pain au chocolates, fresh fruit, yoghurt and granola.

The thin carpet on the floor and shoe situation fact carpet was so thin in rooms and common areas very uncomfortable to walk on and being required to not wear shoes

Gemütliches Zimmer, auch wenn es ein bisschen größer sein könnte um bequem zwei Koffer öffnen zu können. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich auch um den Kofferversand an unsere nächste Unterkunft gekümmert, da wir die folgenden Tage wandern waren. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr gut.

Good location, one stop by bus or 7 minutes walking. Clean rooms. Good onsen. Evening dashi is a nice touch. Very good breakfast.

I believe this is the most modern hotel with excellent facilities and location in Nakatsugawa. Perfect for those travelers who prefer modern accommodation in this beautiful traditional town.

The taking off shoes policy is a bit of inconvenient but still acceptable

I loved this hotel with it’s quiet and relaxing vibe. A lovely dining area and the breakfast was amazing! The amenities were really good, a welcome grapefruit drink and lovely broth in the evening. So nice to come back to after exploring. Nakatsugawa is a beautiful town, lovely to walk around and a great base for hiking in the area. The hotel has useful information about buses and trains. It’s a short walk to the train station. I hope to return one day!

Staff does not speak english and that we have to leave our shoes at locker at lobby. No shoes allowed after that.

The hotel helped us a lot when need urgently needed a taxi thanks again!

We loved the Inn so much and was the highlight of our holiday. Nakatsugawa is a lovely place to walk around in and the Inn was in a very convenient location. The rooms were well laid out and the breakfasts were superb. Loved having a table and benches in the room so we could gather with our friends.

The height of the loft beds above our main bed meant we had to watch our heads when moving around, especially at night! Could have some reflective tape on the remind guests.

We loved the location. Food was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel, clean and simple. You are not allowed to wear shoes inside the hotel. Good location, quit, but close to restaurants and the trainstation. Good breakfast and a very nice public bath (for free). The room was a little too small for three persons and a lot of luggage, but the beds were good. Easy access to the station and the bus to Magome (lots of information). Nakasendo trail from Magome to Tsumago was really great! We took a bus from Tsumago to Nagiso and the express train from there back to Nakatsuwaga. Very easy...Or you can take the bus from Tsumago to Nakatsuwaga. In Nakatsuwaga, a very quit town, we ate nice burgers and chinese food 8having a lot of japansese food before and after that)

- חדר פיצפון ואין מקום לזוז - ארוחת בוקר לא טעימה והדבר היחידי הטוב בה היה האננס הטרי - העיירה עצמה באמת חור רציני - עיצבן אותי להוריד נעליים בכניסה, להכניס ללוקר, להסתובב עם גרביים או נעלי הבית שלהם. אף מלון אחר לא ביקש זאת. כמובן שכיבדתי את הבקשה הזו וכל אחת אחרת אבל זה מעצבן
