アメニティーも充実。朝食は快適な空間でスナックと飲み物でさっと済ませることができる。コンビニで買ってきたものも温められたりと宿泊者の都合で快適に使うことができる。

Location and room were great. Very near Shinjuku Station, shopping and times square. Staff were great and very friendly.

Good hotel, a 5 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Room was small ( a single ) but was spotless and had everything that one would need. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ami. Breakfast was very basic re bread, tea / coffee and juice. Has restaurants next door.

Ich war 5 Nächte im WPÜ HOTEL Shinjuku und war sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich richtig gut. Das Hotel war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sauber und ich habe mich dort wirklich wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind für Tokio von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Ich konnte meinen Koffer problemlos öffnen und sogar offen im Zimmer stehen lassen, ohne dass es zu eng wurde. Die Lage in Shinjuku ist super. Man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell überall hin und rund um das Hotel gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken, zu essen und zu unternehmen. Mir hat außerdem die moderne und lockere Atmosphäre des Hotels sehr gefallen. Für einen Städtetrip nach Tokio würde ich hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

All staff members were helpful, spoke English, and they seemed international or from Western countries. I loved that there was a complimentary snack bar on my floor (9th floor) that included coffee, water, alcohol, and mixers. I loved that there was a cafe/ diner on the ground floor of the hotel below the lobby. And it seemed popular, even for local Japanese people! The hotel seemed like a very collaborative and creative space. There was also a recording studio! And lots of seating in the public space next to the check in desk. I enjoyed the free complimentary drink too! Lastly, my bed and the comforter were comfortable.

The room was small and the shower was small. But that’s expected in Japan so it wasn’t a big deal.

The bathroom was very small and you had to step to it like on a stare. Witch made us slip few times.

Brilliant atmosphere, clean and tidy and so close to shops etc, room was great, amenities also very very good (bar, cafe area, radio 303, coffee)

The location was perfect. Quick walk to Shinjuku station west entrance but still far away from the busy noisier parts of Shinjuku.

I didn't stay because the room was unacceptable smelly and stuffy. I paid $557.39 plus international fee of $19.51. As soon as l saw the room we left. I have only been refunded $5.31.

The location. It is very close to the Shinjuku station and close to the all shopping are. It was morning buffet with coffe, juice and pastries. Exelent and friendly stuff with exelent English. There are extra drink as wellcome present. Bellow is coffe with deliciuos food. Big lobby.

In general it is hotel for young people. Not too clean, not to comfortable. It is not like bad smell but there is a smell.

Stayed here for first time in Japan. Hotel exceeded my expectations. AMAZING location. Very close to shinjuku station (like 5-10 min walk), we walked with luggage easily. Hotel let us keep luggage stored until checkout. 5-10 min walk to Omoide Yokocho Memory Lane, Taito arcade, shopping and other foods. The hotel reception/lobby is cool: places to sit, free amenities, vending machine, radio booth. The staff were lovely. So kind, welcoming and smiley! Room was clean, spacious enough for two and comfy. Next time in in Tokyo, I’ll stay here.

The staff were amazing and let us check in early on two occasions, they shuffled things around and it was very appreciated.

I had to find a hotel room in short notice and I am very grateful I found this place, very clean, well equipped for such a fair price. Staff is also very cool and chill, really enjoyed my stay. Room size is super ok, I would not even consider small. Located near a vivid nightlife, full of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities, neighbor to Shinjuku station, they also sell some cool stuff over there.

Nothing to complain about, be aware that it might be a bit loud during the night, but the same as other places in this neighborhood.

El baño tipo camarote excesivamente pequeño era algo incómodo. Pero vamos, que no desvirtúa la estancia.

Small but spotless and comfortable room ( a single) with ensuite, equipped with all the essentials. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but there was a good restaurant right below the hotel. Located close to shopping and only a 6 minute walk to the train station

Nothing, all was great except the space to store our luggages but this is typical in Tokyo so no big deal.

去年爬富士山也是來住這裡，連續兩年感受都一樣好，這絕對會是新宿住宿首選！ 接待櫃檯不論哪一國的服務人員都很親切，尤其我們還遇到一位台灣女生，非常貼心以及親切，很開心可以遇見他！ 早餐的麵包很多選擇，也都很好吃！ 房間一如既往的乾淨，甚至還提供了濾掛咖啡以及看起來很高級的礦泉水，也有沖泡壺，浴室提供的洗護髮沐浴乳也都很好用，真的很棒的一間住宿，可以看得見所有的用心🥰

フロントが分からずカフェの方に入ってしまったが対応もよくフロントの方も日本人では無かったが丁寧で安心出来ました。二泊三日滞在しましたが便利で快適でした。 外国人の方が多かったのでラウンジで過ごす様子は海外に居るかのようで雰囲気も素敵でした。

モーニングサービスで朝食をいただきましたが コーヒーが少しだけぬるかったかなぐらいです 熱々が好きなお年寄りなんで(すみません)

清潔で寝るためだけなら必要十分な施設だった。朝の軽食無料サービスがあったのも良かった

It had a nice feel about it. All the Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are smallish which is not unusual for Tokyo but very comfortable. Laundry available for small fee.

Location location location. Located right in Shinjuku it's walking distance to SO many things. The station is a couple minutes walk away and provides access to everything else in Tokyo (if you don't get lost in the station lol). The hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly and everyone spoke perfect English. Rooms were small by western standards but decently sized by Japan standards. Price was pretty good for where the location is.

The bathrooms were tiny. It was hard for me to use it comfortably while travelling alone. Everything else was great though!

The location is pretty good and close to a lot , the train station is about 7-8 min walk which isn’t bad at all. The atmosphere in the hotel is so cosy and fun

There seems to be a cool community radio station somehow connected to this property but never saw anybody using the equipment but i was very curious and the hotel had all of there merch. The location is extremely good. So so so close to Shinjuku station.

But the hotel itself has no character and the rooms as well feel like a boarding house with no character. Very basic rooms and tiny but i imagine most rooms around this price will be this size. I actually kind a like these tiny rooms. Solo traveller though so def very different story if sharing a room. When i arrived my room stank so bad of cigarette smoke i knew (i was really trying to not make it a thing but….holy hika) i wasn’t going to be able to be in there for long not to mention sleep. I thought it was my fault as in New Zealand we have banned smoking inside ages ago we don’t even think about it anymore. Anyway, i went to talk to the receptionist hoping and first they didn’t believe me and they said that the entire hotel is non smoking but they were so good about it and we went together to check it out and then they showed me 3 or 4 new rooms for me to pick, so in the end, good result and lovely staff.

3년 후에 다시 이용한 호텔입니다. 긴 세월이 지나도 그때나 지금이나 청결하고 깨끗합니다. 역세권이라 이동성은 말할 것도 없고요 주변에 편의 시설이 많아 좋습니다.

화장실에 수건 1장만 더 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 여성분이 쓰기에는 수건 1장이 있었더라면... 조금 아쉽습니다.

Centrally located and walking distance to all the sites in Shinjuku. Shinjuku station only a 5 minute walk away. Staff very good. It was hot and I was sweaty so they gave me water and cold towel to wipe myself down when I went to reception. The pastries and tea, coffee and juices in the morning were a nice touch.

Rooms are a bit small but you are only there to sleep not to spend all day there. Some people thought the pastries were a full on breakfast they way the loaded up.

イベントブースでの提灯作りやアーティストさんとのコラボのTシャツなど、面白いお取り組みをされているということをホテルの方からお話しを伺いました。とても魅力的で今までにないホテルでの感動体験を感じました。提灯へのドローイングなど楽しかったです。また、館内の匂い、お部屋の中や全ての共有スペースのデザインなどセンスの良さを感じました。今まで経験したホテルではただ泊まるだけ、でしたが、ホテルのスタッフ様とお話しする楽しさや視覚的、体感的にも感じることができるホテルはこちらが初めてです。非常に良い思い出となりました。また、提灯を作った後に、共有スペースにてくつろいでいる海外からお越しの旅行者さんにも声をかけられましたが、このようなイベントを通じて何らかの繋がりなども広がりやすくてとても良い空間だなと感じました。また、東京に赴く際には是非利用させていただきたく思います。今回は1人での利用でしたが家族旅行の際にも利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

WPÜ Shinjuku is a fantastic base for exploring Tokyo. The location is ideal—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station and within easy walking distance of top spots like Omoide Yokocho, Kabukicho, and Shinjuku Gyoen. ​The facilities are clean, modern, and modernly designed. While rooms are cozy (standard for Tokyo), they are very efficient, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The lobby cafe/lounge is a great bonus spot to relax with a coffee, and the laundry facilities and smooth check-in made the stay effortless. Excellent value for money—would definitely stay again!

While the hotel is sleek and convenient, it leans heavily into a streamlined, ultra-modern aesthetic. If you're hoping for traditional Japanese charms—like tatami mats, subtle wooden accents, or a classic ryokan vibe—you won't find them here. The overall feel is much closer to a Western-style boutique hotel than an authentic Japanese stay.

Location was fantastic to be central tokyo and quick access to all travel options (including transport options for airport commutes) Lots of restaurant options & small supermarket shops in close distance to hotel. Very Friendly and professional staff - trendy vibe! Also great breakfast option of juice, toast and pastries in the morning! Set us off for a day of exploring Tokyo. Comfy bed & decent size rooms and are group had a mixture of single, double and twin rooms.

Breakfast was ordinary but convenient. They had juice, water, milk, café and bread and pastries'. Good enough because the location was perfect in the middle of everything you would want to explore for the first time.

I think given the room rate and great location it was hard to complain about anything. If the hotel didn't have something you needed, you could simply walk outside and find it near by. I got the recommendation from a blogger and it was good advice to stay here to start my exploration of the city. Everything you needed was right at your finger tips.

就是大廳是要搭手扶梯上下 那個 手扶梯太窄 行李拉著往下 非常危險‼️
